Booked online, but they had no cars when arrived less than an hour later. They did offer me a diesel Mini-bus, all they had left, which I eventually took. The price was not right either, because I got there slightly before the time in the reservation it tired to charge me an additional day. We discussed the issue's long enough the price reset so that resolved, but not before I tried another agency. On the plus side, the staff were super friendly and the vehicle was decent despite the size.
JuJu Hutchins on Broadway in Edmond, Ok provided excellence service. He was a great communicator, easy to work with, and got the car that I requested.

The most I had to do was make a single phone call to give them the code the adjuster gave me. The pickup was quick, the drop-off was easy. I couldn't have asked for a smoother experience.

Be cautious of this shop; they engage in deceptive practices when you return your vehicle without buying insurance from them. To summarize the situation, they will scrutinize the car for any minor damages, even if they are less than 5 cm in size, and will insist that you pay for these damages on the spot or file an insurance claim. Although the cost for these damages typically falls under $500, they are aware that most customers will opt to go through their insurance. They will pressure you to sign an agreement, stating that if you don't, you won't be allowed to leave the shop. One of my friends had a similar experience and even called the police for assistance. Although everything seemed settled with an agreement to waive any charges, he later received a claim statement demanding payment a month later. I urge everyone to think twice before renting a car from this shop. It seems to be a scam operation. Good luck!

I rented a car from the Bingle location. Dustin was courteous, professional, and welcoming. I called to extend my rental reservation, and it was a smooth and convenient process.
The entire process of renting a minivan for the weekend was seamless and efficient from start to finish. The staff were courteous and helpful. The minivan was in excellent condition. The picking up and dropping off process was quick and easy. I would certainly recommend Enterprise, and would use them again.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a car rental company. I thought customer service was dead, however the branch manager proved me very wrong. The service was exceptional and the delivery, as well as the return was quick, easy and actually enjoyable. I had never used this office in the past. However will use exclusively going forward. I rented a car under unfortunate circumstances, to go to my boyfriend's Memorial. Unknowing what car would be leased to me at random, the car ready to go, my rep lead me to was the exact same model and color EXACTLY as my boyfriend's car! I was slightly aghast see the car door open and waiting! My rep Jared Scott,was so very poignant and understanding: heartfelt said " the universe is talking to you" Jared Scott provided excellent service, the car "embraced me with love" during this overwhelming sad time, everything went so smoothly without a hitch and the cost was surprisingly affordable in times when everything is inflated. I will definitely use this location and service 12 th st, Sacramento again. Thank you Jared Scott.
