I rented a vehicle at the airport I flew in to. I was travelling to a family event. On my way, the tire pressure on my rental became very low, so I put in my maps for the closest Enterprise location to me. I stopped at the location to get the tire aired up. At that time, I talked about where I was headed and they suggested to switch out vehicles, for same costs, in case the tire had a slow leak on the original rental and I had a longer trip to drive yet. They were very helpful and efficient to get me back on the way. My new/updated rental ran good and got me through my trip. Very pleased. Everyone was so helpful. I recommend Enterprise.

No vehicles available at reservation time. Was told there were vehicles with broken windshields or check engine lights? Was able to get vehicle one hour after reservation :(

Turo has several cars in the area that are much cheaper but i decided to go thru Enterprise since its a big company and I have never had any complaints, but this time around, the car was dirty. Its almost as if the car had been just returned and had not been cleaned. There were sticky spots on the center console, the cup holders were filthy with left over sticky spills from coffee or soft drinks and enough loose hair to make a voodoo doll out of it. We all caught a funky smell in the car, no idea what it was but it was definitely a little nauseating. I had to spray some Febreze and run with the windows down for a while. It would have been nice to have a full tank of gas instead of the 1/4 that the car came with.

Every representative we dealt with was VERY helpful, cordial, and accommodating.
During our trip several unexpected events arose that initially caused me to panic. I struggle with ptsd and anxiety. However, when it came to Enterprise and my rentals, they not only made it easy to make changes, but they did it with a smile and reassurance. These little acts of kindness make an impact on one's overall experience.
On this trip we required getting a car in Boston and New York. That's four times that we had excellent service from them. I will rent again.
