Today is 12 of April. Me and my wife ordered maturity pillow on 6 of April. After that we didn't receive any calls, so we decided to check our profile, it is still written that order is Out of delivery and delivery will be during 9th and 11th of April. We called customer service and informed that our order is mysteriously CANCELED. However, how I said before WE DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY CALL from on these days and we just recommend to wait until money will be backed and make again the new order. I do not understand how Amazon's brand can mange their work like this and force their customers write this kind of reviews.
I ordered bag from Souq and I can confirm that Souq is extremely unprofessional. They delivered the item not conform to what has been described, the delivery was with 3 days delay and for the return it took 10 days and every day I receive messages to stay at home the driver is coming! I am inviting everyone here to be careful on what it is announced as it is not reflecting the reality! I had to call every day the call center for the return and the refund. The staff is not trained and not helpful including the manager. I can share more if needed...

The worst company of online purchasing and the badest customer service at all it's waste of time to order from souq once u order they will say 2 days to deliver or express in 1 day but it's all lies even u contact them 6 times in the same day to follow your shipment they will tell u on the way and you will receive message that on the way then after 8 hours you will receive message be waiting in the place where u are the driver is coming and then no one came and you call again the call center they will appologise from you that the duty of the driver is finish I dunno actually what to say more but it's the worst online delivery at all and every time I say they will change since 4 time already I order and same issue driver finish his duty and in this 4 time I didn't get my shipment one advise for all who read my review base on my experience the badest and the worst online purchasing and customer service

I recently purchased a mobile device from this website, i got a defective device, when i tried to return the item, they do not accept it and they are saying that the device working fine, the customer service is the worst, do not believe their warranty of 2 years, there is no buyer protection in this website, my advice s do not use this website to buy even a single item, also they sell many fake products, you cannot expect genuine items from them, use other websites like noon.com.
It has been 1 WEEK since I ordered from souq. Website tracking says "DELIVERED" but I STILL haven't received my order. I have followed up several times with their customer support- it seems like nobody is taking action/ quick action is not taken. Not to mention order is "FULFILLED BY SOUQ".
Refund system is also taking WAY too long. They promise 5-7 days. Until now, my refund (on a cancelled order) hasn't returned.
Truly disappointing. Better opt for CASH ON DELIVERY or trust another website.
I have purchased a refrigerator from Souq.com. Item was damaged and I requested a refund that my item is eligible for. Since 2 weeks I have been following up with Souq.com but they just ignore my request and not willing to fulfill their responsibilities.
First of all, I would like to highlight that souq.com sells defective items. Second, they are not willing to abide refund policy.

I had to cancel my order due to the horrible service that I received and I had asked two representatives to have a manager contact me and was promised yesterday that within 2 hours I will receive a call from someone but again false promise and nobody has called.
It was my first order with souq.com and the last for sure. And I will make sure to spread the word of the horrible experience I had.
If you're reading this and wondering if you should buy from souq.com in egypt don't. Don't waste your time and money. Cause if you buy something and it comes used which is was suppose to be new, and you try to return, souq will try to convince you it's new and force you to keep it, and even if they return it your money stays in their website! Most of their products are really bad. Nothing here is worth buying. Don't waste your money on expensive products here. If you see a cheap one and it's something you need go for it, but i still wouldn't recommend. Don't spend more then 500ep on any item, cause the anything more then that comes used or doesn't function!
I'm waiting for my delivery! Text message says package are on its way I need to be at home. I'm at home waiting. NO DELIVERY! And driver says I couldn't be reached! LIES LIES LIES!. Next day SAME EXCUSE! LIES! I cant sit for 3 days at home to wait for a package to be delivered and drivers lying about I'm not reachable!
I placed an order and they shipped it to my old address, which I'm certain I changed before I placed the order! I requested for them to ship it to a different address and they cannot accommodate me! To think I email them immediately after the order was placed. Instead, they asked me to cancel the order. REALLY? It's paid by my card already! This website has many sellers and merchandises for sale. There are items with different qualities in the store. Make sure you purchase something that allows for return or exchange in case the quality is not as you expect. It is best to purchase from the ones with their own websites set.
Hi everyone forever i can't recommend you for online shopping with Souq.com because they make fake promotions if you order they don't send you the items then you call and ask for extra money that is my order tracking number ************** and still i can't receive my order
Bought 2 products on souq that arrived USED, only partially functioning, and a different brand than specified in the listing.
Not the first time this has happened with souq. I once ordered a grill that arrived USED and with charred meat on it. The response of souq? We asked to return it and get our money back, they sent someone 2 weeks later! After many phone calls.
Save yourself the peace of mind and just go to the store and buy this stuff yourself. An actual souq customer service person advised me to "open all boxes before paying for them"... which to me says they KNOW they have an issue with quality control.
Answer: They are not allowing to open the consignment and will ask if any non-conformance you contact SOUQ customer service and they will refund. But remember refund is a hell process and finally you will say go to hell i no need any thing. Like i did

Answer: Do not. You are more than likely to not get a warranty with your purchase. Even if the phone is broken from manufacturers side they will not refund your money. I used to buy from them all the time. The last time I decided to buy wifi extenders, I brought 3. One of them blew up as soon as I plugged it in. I explained this to them, first they accused me of using it wrong (it's an extender you are supposed to plug it into a wall socket - I had set up the previous 2 the same way). Then they tried to claim they won't take it back because I opened it... Illogical stupid excuses for why they wouldn't refund my money. They refused even to exchange it. That was this time last year and since then I've never ordered from them again.
Answer: Not at all. Its an auctioned product which i got, which was not working and already expired one. You will not get warranty for that, if you need to confirm this, just take the serial number of mobile and go to apple store. Please dont ve cheated.
