I have already purchased several items from saudi.souq.com. I have not encountered any negative issues with them so far.
I also have had the best experience with the customer service and delivery staff as they are very friendly and helpful. What's best is that their delivery time is always 1-2 days ahead from the original delivery schedule.
This is the best online shop for me.
I have ordered an item and got another one. Souq.com doesn't take the responsibility and is not guaranteeing for the it. Now I have to wait more than 20 days (return the item+ refund) because no one is checking from their side before sending an item. Customer service call - disaster, nobody will help you.
I placed an order for AED. 196 and paid cash. My housekeeper accepted the order as I instructed her to. As it happens it was the wrong item. When souq resolved the matter I was given a credit. I placed another higher in value and assumed I would just pay the difference. I received the invoice and it was for the full amount. I called customer service and was told that was not acceptable as I needed to order something at the full credit value and the credit exceeded my purchase amount. I was told I could get my credit transferred to my bank account. That would require I round the credit in 10s, meaning AED 190 and pay a transfer fee of AED 10 leaving me with a refund of AED 180. Going to government customer protection center to report this scam they are running. I have all the texts regarding this.

Souq.com used to have the best quality and commitment to its costumers, but now it's really the otherwise... I have placed an order 6 days ago with due for delivery next day. Until now I haven't received the order, I have called the courier and souq. Come several times with no result, they are only promising... I am really shocked from this very low level of quality that they have reached
There are always problems when ordering my items, and lack of understanding, Souq dose not care about their. Customers anymore and never ask for their review. I had to cancel all my orders and deleted the app/all my accounts of my phones
I ordered few items including power saw to sent as a cargo. Time to time i received items except the saw. Being busy i couldn't check & when the high time to sent my cargo i checked ''MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED WITHOUT INFORMING ME". No E-mail no phone call, No SMS. Then i call to customer service they were not except their mistake and money not yet refund too.
ONCE I ORDERED ITEMS ONLINE, THE COURIER FAILED TO COME ON THE DELIVERY DATE AND LIED THAT I WAS NOT PICKING MY PHONE, I COMPLAINED TO SOUQ AND ALL THEY SAID WAS "SORRY" I ORDERED AGAIN AND WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVED, THE MASCARA I ORDERED WAS TOTALY DRY! I WAS SHOCKED, HOW DO THEY SELL SUCH PRODUCTS? THE NEXT TIME I ORDERED, IT WAS AN IPHONE, TWO WEEKS INTO USING IT, THE FRONT CAMERA STOPPED WORKING AND THEN IT STARTED HANGING A FEW MONTHS LATER, I CALLED TO FILE A COMPLAIN AND THEY INFORMED ME THAT THEY WOULD PICK IT UP AND CHECK THE PROBLEM. I RE-SCHEDULED THE PICK UP DATE AND GUESS WAHT, NO ONE BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME ON THAT DAY! THEY LATER SEND AN EMAIL TO ME SAYING THAT "THEY ARE HAPPY MY PROBLEM WAS RESELVED!' ARE YOU GUYS KIDDING ME?
NEVER ORDER FROM SOUQ.COM THEY ARE THE WORST EVER.
Put order online for car charger, received sms of its shipping and I can pay by credit card. Courier came have no machine, said ok will send my colleague with machine.He went and I kept calling souq they said he will come sure. 3 days later the courier returned back the order and cancelled it while I keep calling they both say sorry but no one knows who cancelled the order and why and how? No one solved my problem and I was in tight time travelling, went to Jumbo found the original charger even with less price.It is better not to buy from them as you may get hypertension or heart attack from their careless actions.
I had ordered a phone from souq and informed them to get the card machine for the payment.
They have sent me a mail and message confirmation for the same.
Now the delivery person did not bring card machine and called the police against me for not paying, i had clearly told i will pay but i have a card but the delivery guy has no customer service or politeness he is treating me as a thief.

I was a very old customer of souq but what happened last time was worst. I ordered one item paid through card when the shipment arrived it was missing i contacted them and they said its not available and noone bothred to email or call to apologize and when i call them they said correspondence going on. After one week when i called a very rude guy told me take ur money back. And i was like why ur getting angry to me it is suppose to be me and i am asking what happened to my order if u didnt had item why u take money and place order and instead of apologizing u guys are fighting. I think they should check the calls how they respond on phone and noone bothers to reply email. So no more orders
Multiple delivery is stressful. I hope Souq will work on consolidating a customer's purchases for a more convenient experience.
From souq, worst experience in my life, I ordered a new mobile from souq and they delivered second hand used mobile, at the time of receiving that mobile has the external scrren guard with bubble, I returned this product and after more than 30+ days they giving excuses you put this screen protection cover,

Souq has quick delivery, the bring your staff directly home even if you have no P. O. Box.
I bought a 75" TV over a promotion from Souq, the item was under one year warranty, after turning on the TV I have found a blue thin vertical like along the screen, which I have immediately reported to souq, customer care center!
The team advise me that I have to return the item and get a refund, but wait!
1- the item is under warranty
2- Souq has no replacement policy? Who knows the policy?
3- I bought the item on promotion which is no longer valid,
All of the above means I WILL LOSE!
However as they agreed to fix or replace the TV so I return the same and now for over more than 40 days and 40 frustrating follow-ups they called to say you will get a refund!
I have asked them for a proof that they have gone through the maintenance procedure but no response,
Such a poor quality customer service and lake of transparency in addition to the fake warranty, I will never buy from souq again
Orders delivered on time and lowest offers in town, great on shipping from Amazon US to Dubai as well.
I have been a regular buyer on Souq.com till last year as they used to have good deals & offers on products I wanted & their customer service used to be good too. But from 2018 onwards their "offers" are more expensive than the supermarkets & their customer service has become terrible.
In the past 5 times in a row I had ordered Fine Baby diapers in large quantities which were on fantastic offers & ALL the times the wrong quantity was delivered to me. I had to wait almost 2 months to get the matter sorted out after innumerable follow-ups & calls. They were just not sorting out the problem from the vendor after my repeatedly request to do so.
I bought a laptop under one year warranty, after some time the laptop cooling fan stopped working so I returned it for repair, first of all it took around 4 weeks to pick it up from me, they always send me a message saying someone is coming but no one shows up. After they received the laptop they returned it without repair because there was about 2mm scratch in the laptop and the reason was the laptop is damaged and not covered by warranty.
I tried to write a review of an item purchased but SOUQ prevented it from being published because it was a complaint about the purchasing process.
The Seller advertised a black item on the website. I ordered 5 expecting them all to be black. They came in 4 different colours, none of them black. I sent in a review of the fact that the items were not as advertised and the review was rejected because it was considered a complaint.
Worst website ever. Placed an order on July 20th and kept getting 2 SMS saying its on its way for delivery continuously for 4 days, they called me on Wednesday to make sure of my location only to deliver it next day to the wrong location, again called on Friday to make sure of my location saying it'll be delivered the next day, however it didnt, even though I called the same say to make sure it'll actually arrive, next day I call they tell me the order was cancelled even though I did not cancel it, just HORRIBLE never gonna order from them again
Answer: They are not allowing to open the consignment and will ask if any non-conformance you contact SOUQ customer service and they will refund. But remember refund is a hell process and finally you will say go to hell i no need any thing. Like i did

Answer: Do not. You are more than likely to not get a warranty with your purchase. Even if the phone is broken from manufacturers side they will not refund your money. I used to buy from them all the time. The last time I decided to buy wifi extenders, I brought 3. One of them blew up as soon as I plugged it in. I explained this to them, first they accused me of using it wrong (it's an extender you are supposed to plug it into a wall socket - I had set up the previous 2 the same way). Then they tried to claim they won't take it back because I opened it... Illogical stupid excuses for why they wouldn't refund my money. They refused even to exchange it. That was this time last year and since then I've never ordered from them again.
Answer: Not at all. Its an auctioned product which i got, which was not working and already expired one. You will not get warranty for that, if you need to confirm this, just take the serial number of mobile and go to apple store. Please dont ve cheated.
