Ordered a 55 inch TV on 11th June 2018, got a defective piece which was returned on 24th June 2018 and till date have been following up almost on a daily basis, to be told by each and every single customer service representative that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours... absolutely unacceptable customer service from a company like Souq who now are a part of Amazon... not sure if Amazon is aware of these standards... very very poor services
Not only did I get fake and wrong items. When I wrote reviews on the items to warn other people, Souq REJECTED my bad reviews! Disgusting.
There was an ad for the Mobil phone 10.orG offering 60GB SD Card included. I ordered this offer and when I received the package SD card was not included. I have numerous communications with SOUQ in UAE to at lease see the photos of the offer and sort out the problem but they could not honor their own advertisement. How much an SD Card can cost? A company doing business of million and billion dollars could not keep its face by sending me an SD as a symbol of apologie. I am a regular customers and already have given them business of few thousand dollars. I am very disappointed with SOUQ... isnt it Amazon Yaqoob Dubai
I was order Bluetooth headset. After five days it doesn't work. I called many times. Always they send massage. """Our courier pick up your Souq.com return order today from the registered address. If you wish to reschedule please call *******"" until now no one come. Please please please if you can't send some one don't send massage. U guys wasting my time.! I'm really disappointed souq.com!
I have ordered some items on 12th july and amount has been deducted from my credit card. I was told to be delivered by 15th july. There was no response, i called them on 17th july. Then they are informing me the order has been cancelled or it was not complete, so they will refund the amount. Such an irresponsible attitude. After 5 days i called them, or else i would have been waiting for my shipment. They told me only after I inquired about the shipment. I asked the call center agent to transfer the call to higher official. She told me they will contact me with ion 2 hours... no body contacted me... It was really a bad experience. Till now my cash has not been credited
Hi! This morning I got the item which I was waiting for 2 weeks and need it urgently for my pastry course. I didnt open the bag, paid for my item and then opened it. How much I got upset and surprised that i paid 5 times more for the item which i didn't order! I got the cheapest one and different brand. But on the bag of delivery was written the price and model of my item, but surprise was inside! U delayed with my item already too much and even brought a bad one and for higher price. U say u care about ur costumers, so why so many complaines in ur address? I think u should solve it... I hope I will get my item these days without any stress or atleast back this one I didnt order...
Placed order 30/6/2018 and till now I am waiting the delivery item.
I sent them many emails without any real response from them. Always they said "we check the details and will contact you soon". I don't know when this "soon" will arrive its destination.
In addition delivery man lies about the time he contacts the customer in the tracking page information. He registered fake time to convince he is doing his job perfectly.
I advise not to deal with such company even if amazon is the owner nowadays.
They are not verifying their sellers. When the driver delivered the package, I wasn't allowed to open it in order to check it!
After he left, I checked the product which came to be a different and cheaper brand than the original brand!
The product was in a horrible state, hot and damaged package, Also the expiry date was very very soon!
I was not allowed to publish any negative comments on their site! I wanted the customers to be aware of this fraudulent product and seller, how on earth can this take place with their weird regulations and rules?!
They are definitely taking sides with their sellers!
I hope everyone knows that Souq is not trustworthy. I will Never ever buy anything form Souq again. I am still waiting for my Refund.

I have ordered a lot of items here, but from time to time I get to recieved fake items which they refund but the problem is when you leave a comment on that fake item/sellers account, souq will not accept your review and will tell you the it was a complaint. How are we suppose to tell other people that a specific seller is selling fake items or trying to fool other people if they only accept positive reviews?
I placed an order for 4 units Tablet from this worst site. At first i got confirmation on order and was expecting it between 09/07/2018 - 11/07/2018. I called Courier company (Qexpress) to check the status on 12/07/2018 and they said that my address is improper (No one called before if they found the address was wrong). So address was corrected and as per CS agent of Qexpress i was expecting the order on 14/07/2018. But order didn't arrived. So i called to Souq.com CS to check the status of my order and then the Unexpected response i received that my order was cancelled "without informing me". They ruined my plan & my vacation as it was an gift planned for kids
Honestly. I have bought numerous items from souq for months. With little mistakes here and there and refunds whenever applicable, the problem is with souq is the problem with every other service in the UAE. A bunch of customer service guys who are so limited to help you and can only raise a ticket. My last ticket was 4 weeks in that time I completely stopped using souq. They deliver water and food items hotter than the temperature of the weather. Over 50 degrees all melted, they outsource delivery to a horrible company where all the drivers don't know any locations and call you for days while they drive with your products till they become melted sand. The last straw for me was waiting 4 weeks for a refund calling 5 times in 4 weeks with 0 result or care from anyone there and in the end they gave me my money in the form of wallet coins. My advise. Wait a year or more before using souq.com until amazon cleans it up completely before you buy anything... because souq people are still there. And trust me they say sorry and we are doing our best. But that's far from the truth. And if even a little bit of excess orders can delay everything and completely ruin your experience...
Some vendors sell fake products and if you tell that on the review it will NOT be approved. It is common for your orders to be cancelled and the refunds can take a VERY long time ( > 1 month)
I have used the site many times but my most recent order was the last straw for me. It was not processed there is no way to track it and no one gave an answer to the problem, even after I asked for the refund. It's cheaper for a reason after all
ANOTHER DAY HAS PASSED AND I STILL HAVEN'T GOT MY PACKAGE. PLEASE STOP GIVING ME FALSE HOPE. ULTIMATELY POOR SERVICE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
STAY AWAY FROM ORDERING FROM SOUQ. QEXPRESS IS VERY BAD IN SERVICE AND NO ONE KNOWS WHERE THE PRODUCT IS AND SOUQ NOT READY TO REFUND THE AMOUNT TOO. SO IF AT ALL YOU PLAN OF BUYING PLEASE GO WITH CASH ON DELIVERY OPTION ONLY.
My family and I have experienced repeated delay and cancellation of orders without prior information by souq.com suppliers. It has become usual thing to have delays in delivery or cancellation. Customer service reps assure of improvement but doesn't seem to have any impact on complaints... I wonder does this really belong to Amazon?
I order for a mobile cover and it took 6 days for dat and still im waiting for dat, i have not seen any bad service like this in my life, horrible
I order a 43" t. V on a Tuesday and was guaranteed delivery for Thursday. Thursday came - no delivery. Was told by courier company that special equipment was needed - I asked to speak to manager, there was none and I would be rung back - then ws told they are just to busy to deliver my goods - Manager never rang. I rang soul - was told they tried to deliver Tuesday (I only ordered tuesday evening) Souq said it would be delivered next day... never was delivered. I rang back courier company, I was told I just don't get it, I'm not allowed to speak to manager, I had no customer rights. It's a shame because SOUQ could be a great company - they just don't care and will take your money then Lie to you. Hence the saying 'never buy from SOUQ"
Purchased a Samsung J7, delivery was within the date but the phone started acting up immediately, logged a customer complaint, responses were swift, but i was told that theres no return or exchange policy. This whole thing seems really shady, would seriously not recommend anyone to buy anything from these guys. I was also told that my money would be refunded within 72 hours hopefully this happens.
Unorganized in deliveries. There is no updates from Souq for the delays. Fake promises all the time when calling the given number..
Souq.com has become such a horrible service provider. I ordered a TV, Microwave, camera and 6 other items from them on 28June... The only thing i have received is the camera. They are not bothered by this delay and when i call they say they cant trace the ordered goods... Really? I mean this is the last time ordering from souq. I would rather pay a little more for quality items from people that do care about customer service.
I am absolutely shell-shocked how a company like amazon can partner with such an unprofessional and unethical business... I wonder
Answer: They are not allowing to open the consignment and will ask if any non-conformance you contact SOUQ customer service and they will refund. But remember refund is a hell process and finally you will say go to hell i no need any thing. Like i did

Answer: Do not. You are more than likely to not get a warranty with your purchase. Even if the phone is broken from manufacturers side they will not refund your money. I used to buy from them all the time. The last time I decided to buy wifi extenders, I brought 3. One of them blew up as soon as I plugged it in. I explained this to them, first they accused me of using it wrong (it's an extender you are supposed to plug it into a wall socket - I had set up the previous 2 the same way). Then they tried to claim they won't take it back because I opened it... Illogical stupid excuses for why they wouldn't refund my money. They refused even to exchange it. That was this time last year and since then I've never ordered from them again.
Answer: Not at all. Its an auctioned product which i got, which was not working and already expired one. You will not get warranty for that, if you need to confirm this, just take the serial number of mobile and go to apple store. Please dont ve cheated.
Answer: Typical Souq.com. File a report with the Department of Economic Development or the Dubai Police.
