It was awfull in the last few years but now it became much better and they fixed the problem with customer service and they deliver things at the proper date without any excuses.It is cool and compatible for people who are living in dubai
Placed the order ************** on 21st July and the estimated delivery was in the next 10 days. I made many many attempts enquiring about the delivery thru the compliant board.
All that I received was one lame excuse in reply and mostly no replies from the customer service. And of course, the escalation button is useless.
I almost accepted that I have been CHEATED but after exactly one month, I received the delivery which obviously I had to return and requested for refund. And now, its another one more month and still haven't got my refund.
This is a scam site and seller is a cheat, INSULTING and ripping off hard earned money of common people.
This site one of the wrost site in dubai, they making full to the customer, i don; t believe how the customer service they have
Scam and when you buy anything and try to return it back it will take more than a month when you find that it's not the item that you ordered it looks like it they go behind a seller, now they owe me money and i raise a case against them plus another one for compensation. They show you something and give you another a high copy.
Souq.com sells just about everything under the sun. The prices are okay but they have just terrible customer service. They like to say Souq.com is like the Amazon.com of the Middle East. Nice try -- if they were more helpful then perhaps I would give them that name.
