Recently I bought a Sony Bluetooth headset and found its metal clip to be very hard, Souq.com wanted me to write the review according to their own likings, after multiple email correspondence I finally gave up.

It's the only website that I fully trust them their services!
Fast in the delivery, good prices, always respond to my quires, even once they have shipped my items within 2 days because I was really on a harry to get them before I travel!

The perfumes that they are selling are %100 original! The accessories are very good quality! I have never tied to buy cloths from them yet.

Although, lately, I have noticed that the perfumes prices have been increased little bit, but it's still below the market rates.

Worst Crooks

I ordered a product which was damaged upon delivery. Spent ages trying to get them to take it back which finally happened after several weeks. To date, two months and 7 emails later, my inquiries as to when I will get my refund have received zero response. In my opinion, soul.com is nothing but a scam and it is unfathomable that they are still allowed to operate.

Selling Fake products

Souq.com selling fake products. Bought Rayban class, in site mentioned Made in Italy and received made in China. When it got a scratch in glass, tried to replace glass. Rayban dealers confirmed its fake product and original replacement glass wont fit on it. Model number not available in Rayban official site or catalog. Souq customer service agent took the sunglass and promissed to replace the glass... After one and half month they asked to take it back without proper explanation.

Very sad... such a reputed company acting like it.

No 1 Cheeting Company

I have purchased one phone (HTC M8) and used only 2 week, got damaged and now they r saying they cannot give guarantee.
First they collected my phone for Servicing ( Phone was in working condition) then they delivered after few days and went back with out saying anything and I try to open phone is not working.
Friend Please don't buy any thing from SOUQ. No 1 Cheating Company

Delivery chios

Everything I bought from souq.com so far has been great. I feel though they r struggling to put in order their logistics. Have ordered 4 items yesterday and had received notification for delivery today. When the courier came, he only brought one out of four items. If they bring them one by one, for me this translates into overall longer waiting time, when I'm unable to leave my house and finish other important work, multiple times I need to tip the courier, as well as spending time writing this review, hoping this will improve. Would be more than glad to wait for a couple of days more to get it all delivered at once, rather then sitting at home waiting for multiple deliveries. Shall this be sorted in more intelligent way, it would have been a great customer experience!

I tried it, they charge a lot to sell in the site and they have so bad service agents on the phone, site or email. They are selling things that breaks in 3 days, the material of the dress i bought was horrible and they dont answer you after they sell things.

I dont recommend it to anyone.
And they even hang up on you if you contact

In the past we use to visit local street corners and get fooled by local sellers with counterfeit product due to lack of product knowledge,
Now souq.com has just taken all these sellers and created an online platform where they can sell these counterfeit and fake products and deliver it at our doorstep "including a delivery fee".
I don't blame souq.com he's just a street smart business man with a high school degree who played you all graduates holding degrees.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED.
PURCHASE OF 2 SELF BALANCING 2 WHEEL SCOOTERS
I bought 2 identical scooters for my sons birthdays. They arrived in the same boxes and were both black. It took us 24hrs to realise that the scooters were actually different as one ran out of charge quickly. On studying the scooters we realised that one was far inferior in quality than the other. We uploaded photos to the seller and asked for their comments. We were simply told that because we had purchased the scooters over their 3 day return policy there was nothing they could do? We escalated the complaint to Souq.com and after 3 days got the same response?!
The reason we hadn't opened the boxes was because we were waiting for our sons to open them for their birthdays. If you receive 2 identical boxes that you have paid over 1,000aed each for you expect them to be identical?
My point: One was of good quality and one was cheap. The seller is clearly a cowboy and Souq.com are allowing this kind of trading on their site?
The seller trades under the name of Bargain-deals.

Never buy something from suq, worst experience ever. Tv damage, no refound nothing. Costumer service say package is ok you break the tv, the true is suq is unprofessional totally, he Don t care about costumer, you pay and after your problem. Never and never again. Wrost company on line I try. Better you change your marketing strategy

I have purchased bedding that was supposed to be delivered today. Received a call earlier in the week from Aramex asking me where King Khaled Eye Specialist hospital was and I explained to this person from Aramex. He told me that the delivery would be today between 1000h and 1400h. Today I receive a call again from another person asking me to direct him to my hospital. If I do not want or cannot he will not deliver my purchase. Of course it was not delivered. He asked me to send a whats app message withmy location. I donot think that this is professional to ask your clients to do that. If you do not know how to get to a place, you log on to GPS and will find the place. Are drivers picked up off the road to make these deliveries? I see drivers from Aramex making deliveries to our hospital. What is the deal? You are going to lose a lot of customers because of your support service.

Save yourself from this awful, awful site. I bought a gaming monitor worth 130KD. And when it arrived, it turned out tgey gave me a cheap made-in-China product. The pictures were fake, the specifications in the site were also fake, and the reveiws were probably written by the sellers. And when i contacted them (which in itself is a pain) for a refund, they gladly took the monitor and didnt even return my money. Its now been 2 months (im nit over-exaggerating) and nothing. Ive called them maybe over 20 times and still, no sign of my money. So, i decided to file a formal lawsuit and hopefully will get my money.

Just please, dont get anywhere bear this god-forsaken site full of theives.

I am confused

I am planning to get a watch which of lucien piccard and the original worth is 2500aed approx, showing 84% discount and after discount the price is 279aed... i am shocked how these type brands watches i can get by paying just a 280aed. Is it fake? And if they are selling original brands why dont they offer brands warranty? Why souq warranty. So that they can get repaired by themselves easily and make us fool.? Any idea?/ anyone?

Guys, don't buy from souq.com. Don't waste your money on a website, where the sellers just want to fool you. I ordered and iPhone 6 Plus, it was working fine, 2 months later it stopped working, even when I didn't spoil it, or no damage. They said they would offer a warranty repair, which they didn't do. Liars, thieves! This online store is just theft! Don't use it again!

Also once, I also had bought a Galaxy S5, it took too long to deliver and they claimed the order is cancelled because it was out of stock. They don't even offer refund, I think all those people in souq just want to fool you and steal money from you...

Fake Clothing Brands

I ended up buying 4 tommy hilfiger shirts and one DKNY shirt from souq.com. The seller's name is dod_uae but it's "fulfilled by souq.com"

I don't have much of an experience with those two brands but it seemed like a good deal (1 shirt is 150 dirhams).

After some days and after comparing it to other original shirts of the same brands, I realized that they all were fake. The tommy hilfiger and the DKNY were packed exactly the same and after reading online reviews I realized that I was scammed.

I filed a report to souq and the customer service sucked. They said that i could have returned it after 3 days of purchase but that's it.

In their FAQs they promise n pledge that they don't tolerate selling fake items, but the reality says that they thrive on it. They didn't even offer any kind of compensation for this.

Souq... never again!

Phone Dead on arrival

I have purchased IPhone 5 from souq.com. When arrived the phone was completed. Charged several times not charging and powering on. Made a complaint and waiting for 3 weeks, they neither replaced the unit nor returned the money and very poor response. Pathetic... Really worse experience.
