To charge 24,10 euros on the return Ryan air flights to and from Lindon it is a rip-off. I had the chance ti compare prizes and all the rest, this is true, but I think it would be appropriate to charge no more than 10 euros.
Their invitation to ask for ingormation does not work, their robot respond is too limited and their information is wrong. There is nocustomer service.
Never buy with eDreams! In November I bought some flights from Siem Reap to Sihanoukville. Until the same day of the flight (in December), at the airport, nobody has had the decency to inform me that my flight had been canceled.
Now, after months of contacting two companies that doens't want to take responsibility for the cancellation of the flight and subsequent reimbursement, I have been waiting almost a month for an eDreams response about the status of my refund, on "request" from day 21.
It is worth paying a little more and avoiding eDreams, only at your service to keep your money.
Don't bother to buy insurance for an eDreams airline ticket. They won't give a refund if you cancel and have insurance.
Wanted to cancel my flight due to the coronavirus, i called a total of 38times, and waited over 20min each time, being told to "wait as you will be attended to shortly''. Never happened.
Tried the twitter acount, no response.
The facebook worked at the begining, got a response once and was told to wait for a phone call from them which would come in 48hs after checking with the main airline. Never got the call.
I did get an email that there have been large changes made to the flight so i should call; (with no details otherwise)... the phonenumber attached was a nonfunctioning number.
Then facebook stopped responding, always sending me back to the ebot and telling me the agents were all busy at the moment, i tried over and over (saying a hundred times wouldnt even be an overstatement;
Lesson of story: edreams has a perfect network that lets them avoid their customers in clever ways.
No matter what, AVOId. TeRrible.
This is not a legitimate company. They are fraudsters and should be investigated by the fraud police for criminal behaviour. They take money for flights yet provide no service after you have given them your money. Nothing. Their call centre staff are rude, useless and obstructive. Edreams should be struck off the company register.

Timeline;
1. Contacted on 30/01/2020. Father diagnosed with lung and bowel cancer, doctor has contacted End of Life team at hospice.
I attempt to cancel booking, spoke to Mr Mohd Shavel who tells me to call back 24 hours before flight.
2. Contact Edreams 24 before flight on 01/02/2020, told I am not entitled to a refund.
3. Contacted Edreams again on 01/02/2020 and spoke to Mr Sundip who tells me I will receive 80% of the cost back.
4 Receive several emails (some with incorrect spelling), informing me that they will contact me;
RESULT-contact yes, passing the buck saying they will be in contact and no refund as of Tuesday February 4th 2020.
This is a scam, you are not getting the service advertised, you are sold the insurance as if it is an easy deal, easy to obtain money back, nothing could be further from the truth.
I am a frequent traveller, I believe Edreams is part of the ODIGEO group. I will not use GO Voyages, Opodo, Travelink or Lligo, subsidiaries of ODIGEO.
So you trust a website to find you a good overview of flights. I did so with eDreams to book a flight tomorrow. The booking is pending after one hour still. So I look up if the flight exists at all. And no, it doesn't. The actual flight provider Vueling doesn't even show that flight. So I try to reach eDreams four times now. No chance what sort ever! Spending each time more than 10 minutes with going in circles in the menue of the robot answering your call - still no agent responding So I could sort out their mess that I got into. First they take my money for a flight that doesn't exist. Then they re fully not reachable to change to an existing flight. Sure next thing is they will ask way more money and sure I'll pay more as I can't rebook in time. Worst service ever!
My booking reference No. Is *******643. Due to the outbreak of coronavirus, we decided to cancel all of 6 passenger's ticket.(Travelers include child and old persons). I have called more than 10 times to the agency and each time I had been waiting more than 40 minutes on the phone, and unfortunately I haven't got any specific answer from an agency and despite the emergency situation the agency didn't solve my problem. The customer service is very poor and they don't care about the customer's right.
This booking platform gives TERRIBLE customer support. I really don't recommend it... I had to call 3 times for them to help me with something and each time took 30 min (no joke) to pick up. Absolutely terrible and inneficient
I booked 2 flights each one $140. However my credit card got charged for total $336 additonal $95. No answer from them.
This is a fraud company! My flight was cancelled, they played for time and when the time for chargeback has passed they just stopped responding.
Do NOT book on this website! I CANNOT EMPHASIZE that enough. Poor change of command. The confirmed the returned flight and took 2/3 of the $, then declined the departure flight. So, you can come back but you can't go?!?,@! Ridiculous! On the phone every 12 hrs for 2 days and got nothing fixed. Waste of time! What you think you can save through them is not worth the hassle.

THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE RAIDED BY THE AUTHORITIES AND CLOSED DOWN WITH THE OWNERS GOING TO JAIL. TO BAD THIS IS NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN.

Stay away from edream if you want piece of mind. Their customer Service is the worst I have ever face. It took us 17 phone call conversations, 10 voicemails and 7 emails (none of them replied) to try to fix a simple letter change in a last name. We contacted them the day after booking and after 4 weeks of waiting for them to fixed (btw, they charged us $250 for the change but never do anything) we ended up calling the airline directly because the departure date was 5 days after. When we called the airline they asked us why it took us so long to call them (edream never tried to get ahold of them), they told us that edreams were the only ones allow to request changes in a behalf. So I called edreams with a different phone and have the airline in a 3 way call then I got disconnected and they dealed with the situation.
(All this after 4 weeks trying to have them fix the situation) An email from edreams was sent to us claiming that they have fixed the situation, then I went to the airline website to pick my seat. Of course, edreams made a huge mistake. Instead of changing just the name, they canceled our ticket and issue a new one with the name corrected and it showed as stand by. Then a called the airline and they said that edream purchased a new ticket but there is no more spots available for the original price and in order to be able to fly (yes 3 days left for departure) I needed to buy a different section ticket and that upgrade cost $450 dolars.
In conclusion it took 4 weeks to solve a simple issue and we ended up calling everyday desperate to edreams and the airline. It cost us a lot of stress and $700 more expensive (almost the full ticket)
We tried to call the headquarters, contacted via FB and IG, sending emails, etc... but everything filter back to India.

I agree with a previous review: total nightmare! I booked through eDreams, then the return portion of my flight (6 passengers!) was cancelled by the airline (no fault of eDreams) but then to get the refund... that is another question altogether. I called eDreams 3 times and was told each time to send them documentation showing the flight services had been cancelled by the airline. However, the email addresses provided by eDreams do not work. On the third call I was told that the next level up in customer service would be in contact with me... they were, with a message that the airline had to refund me and that eDreams would not! Since I paid eDreams directly for the flight (not the airline), the airline has said that eDreams is responsible for the refund. Every time I write to eDreams customer support, I get back a message saying that the customer support email address is not valid. At this point, I have still not been refunded and I have had to purchase new tickets on another airline. I will never use eDreams again and will advise my fellow travelers to do likewise.
I sincerely hope this review can help you guys avoid them! I would give 0 if I can, worst experience ever!
Purchased 2 tickets to Chengdu, China on March 2020, 3 weeks ago my wife and I decided to change our travel plan, so we called them and asked for cost of changing our flights.
They informed me one of our first leg flight has been cancelled by the airline and they automatically changed my first flight 2 days later...
Since this is a case of involuntary flight cancellation, we are eligible for a full refund and up to this stage we were in the dreamland still, then the nightmare started.
I have asked for full refund over the call and the answer is to wait 24-48 hours for them to process the refund which is very reasonable.
Called them again after couple days without any result answer then was to wait anther 24-48 hours because they simply haven't got any response from the airline.
I lost my patience after the 4th call as I have been always told the same answer and asked if I can speak to one of the supervisors, the answer of course is no you cannot!
Then they started to make up all fancy excuses like: Please call back in 4 hours as the refund department of the airline opens up in 4 hours because they are in US/UK (Chinese Airline by the way), Please call back in 2 hours as all our supervisors are busy at the moment, It is too early in the morning/It is too late at night, I am really sorry but the only thing we can do is to wait etc.
I realized they are not willing to issue any refund and is wasting my time. Called the airline myself and been advised under such situation they don't need authorization from airline to issue a refund! Please avoid them if you can!
Booked 3 flights through edreams and emailed that it was being processed. Never received email confirmation yet received multiple texts and emails that check-in was now available through their app. Turns out flights were not confirmed because of a price increase, an increase that was not present with other companies, so I requested cancellation. Days later still pending and still getting texts about flights and my paymen card was showing pending transaction still. Chased 3 times in end to have cancelled. Finally have email cancellation confirmation however still making sure they do not deduct money from my account as I do not trust them in the slightest. Booked without issue elsewhere!
I have worked in aviation for 20 years and never experienced this. Overcharged $280 side swiped by every representative. Site keeps crashing so does theirs and they absolutely refuse to deal with it. I am sure I was speaking to an 18 ur old overseas. I will dispute with my bank and advise everyone to stay away.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
