Yo soy de Colombia y compre un paquete con Edreams y debido a todo lo del corona virus no pudimos viajar en resumidas cuentas cuando fui a llamar a cancelar no tienen ningun servicio en espańol y después de esperar dos horas me contesto una persona de hindia, que no tiene ni la más remota idea de lo que yo estoy diciendo y no tienen ninguna persona que me pueda ayudar en espańol. Y no cabe mencionar que trate de hacerlo por al página de internet y tampoco me es posible de hacerlo. Mejor dicho. Ni por teléfono ni por internet!

I had a problem with the flight sceduhle due to the corona virus. First of all i had to call each day 2 hours or more to get in contact with them. Their emplooyes dont even understand proper english. They`re like robots.

This company is quite frustrating. You cannot get a full refund unless you cancel within the same day. The customer service is taking forever. You should, also, be able to cancel online. There are no notifications from this company that the flight has been changed/canceled nor do they update their site. I am canceling because of the coronavirus since United canceled the flight. Also, the call is only in Spanish, so I am fortunate that I speak it, but otherwise you'd be out of luck because there is no English option. There was no notification or indication on the website about the cancelation policies. I understand that businesses have to make money, but this is ridiculous. If you do choose this, good luck. It will be quite frustrating.
I booked a flights with them and then Coronavirus got my plans cancelled! I rang airlines for cancellations they were happy to refund my money but couldn't as I have booked through edreams as I was living in next 18 hours I contacted them urgently after 40 mins wait I got through. They disconnected my call mid process. I tried calling again, my call never got picked up after 1.5 hours wait and got disconnected. Tried again and now I can't even call them. I was up until 12 midnight.
When I booked with them I read a few good reviews and thought it can't be that bad some people like it and they were offering a very good deal. But now think they just pay people to write good reviews. It's so pathetic that I am not sure how they are operating in Australia, no airline should have any ties with them.
I had problems with my ticket due to corona travel ban. Although KLM stated that all tickets could be changed, eDreams refused to honor this. Customer service is apparently operated through a foreign call service. After being on hold for hours (understandable in the midst of the travel bans) I talked to someone who barely spoke English, was rude, and dropped my call multiple times, and gave me an incorrrect phone number. The phone number he gave me was to a porn call service- I am not kidding.
Horrible customer service, horrible policy on refunds. I will never ever do business with them. I would rather pay more for my vacation then deal with them ever. The cheap price does not out way the experience. I understand it's busy because of the corona virus, but to give horrible experience and to have to wait 4 hours each time I had to call back! Which I called back a total of 4 times. That's a total of 12 hours, that's a full days work just to get a refund. Really? They need a better system and better follow up.
I have been on and off waiting for my call to be answered for 5 hours!

Edreams is fraud. They don't have an official email id for refunds, responses. They have a chat bot which will take 1 hour to connect to agent and it will connect only when you will not be online. They will never refund your money in case of cancellation. They looted my money 2000 USD ! And now not refunding me. Their helpline won't connect to the agent for talking. All emails will give auto reply to you that this email has been closed for responses
Allthough they are indeed a bit cheaper then other booking sites, I recommend paying the bit extra and enjoy a better service.
I was offered to change my flight since my initial one had been cancelled by the airline. I called the edreams customer service to make this request.
Two weeks later, nothing has been done. When I know ask for an update I was told that this can take 2-3 weeks more... the funny thing was that I have called the airline directly and they told me that changing a flight can be done immediatly... at this point I am not sure when I will get home after my trip:-/ and edreams is not willing to help.
Have been charge for extra baggage and missing a bag on return so have to buy again...

If you book, you better hope you don't need their support after the fact. Called several times, their hold message said a wait time of 5 minutes. First call 20 minutes no answer, second call 40 minutes no answer. No email, no online chat, only a number they do not answer. Airline cannot assist until 24 hours to go direct around them.
No customer service at all. I am repenting booking flights with edreams. They charge for no service..
It is not understandable that the reservation is not eligible for cancellation under the insurance "Cancel for Any Reason" that I paid 48 euro to guarantee an eventual cancellation.
The "Cancel for Any Reason" suggested by eDreams should be applied in any case by its definition.

Had to cancel my booking due to an injury and was advised not to cancel by e dreams as it would add costs. This jeopardised my insurance claim.
When calling I was on hold for over 30 minutes before speaking to anyone.
When making the booking, I looked to reserve seats and was shocked by the charges imposed... I went directly to the airline with "manage my booking" option and did this with ease, saving a substantial amount of money.
Tried to call several times.
1. you to wait for long time then then will say system is down
2. Ask you to wait then kine will be cut out
3. Ask you to wait but the moment you ask them to wait for a while just to check for calendar they will say they cannot wait.
What kind of service and very unprofessional agents. No manners at all.
Their attitude of the staff that all base in India are the worst! Not willing to help, I just needed to change my flight and Ive been calling for days, nobody is willing to help. I had to wait for the office in Barcelona to open, I had to call back 4 times. Just the worst. DO NOT BOOK WITH EDREAMS!
On January 29,2020 I booked a ticket from Kuala Lumpur, to Nha Trang, Vietnam. Advertised price was $72 USD I refused all add ons and at the end before I paid the total was listed as "all taxes and service fees included. $72 USD. I paid the amou, scrolled to the bottom of the page. I was billed $119 USD.
I immediately contacted them to cancel. They advertise that if you tell them within 24 hours they can usually cancel
When I wrote a negative review, they answered saying the billing is fully explained

I have still received no explanation for this billing, included are an example from their app, the price is listed as $62 USD. And with service fees and taxes included $62 USD.
As you can see the photo on light is advertised flight, photo on left states " all taxes and service charges included", same price.
I bought my ticket from the Web page the advertised price of same ticket on the app was $62. App offered a $10 discount.
I still have no explanation or cost break down to explain $72- billed to credit card $119.

I booked a flight buying the full insurance. I cancelled the trip calling 3 times edreams, they give me 3 different contact number of the insurance company as it is a different company that has nothing to do with edreams. I waited 40 min each time I call, no refund was given to me.
I tried contacting EDreams staff on an existing reservation via chat but the employee there had no proper English skills. Like talking to a wall. Coudl not get any help.
Meanwhile I discovered this is the same company as Opodo with offices in London UK but their reps could be anyhere in the world.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
