I would rather to give Edreams 0 scores. This is a very very terrible agent company. Many agents' English ability is bad, and this company acts like a cheater. It knows Egypt airlines doesn't have any flights on May, on June, but it sells tickets for us, receives our money, and would not give us refund. My flight is Jun 15 from CMH to CAN. An agent helped me change my flight (Cairo to CAN) from Jun 16 to Jul 1. He told me I have to take the flights Jun 15 to Cairo, then I should stay there until Jul 1. Is that a normal agent? Does his brain have any problem?

Like many I fell for the low prices that edreams offers... I wish I would have spent a little more money on a confidential airline (like LATAM,...) so that I would have not lost all my money (500).
If youre wondering what happened to me, due to the Corona-crisis I had to cancel my flight from Buenos Aires to Patagonia. I did buy an insurance JUST IN CASE! So I was confident enough to believe that I was able to camcel my reservation.
I tried contacting them, calling them, emailing them,... etc but nodoby helped me.
I tried cancelling my reservation (500) 2 months IN ADVANCE but they refused to refund me saying that my insurance didnt cover a pandemic etc.
Totally unfair considering that I am responible for the pandemic either.
Other companies like LATAM (where I also bought plenty of flights) refunded EVERY PENNY.
This should have nerver happened!

The worst company do not use it. I would give them a zero but it would not allow it. They canceled my seats but did not send me a confirmation number to see if I was still good to go.

EDreams CAR Rental BEWARE! This can be consider a SCAM, yes, as you read a big SCAM. You rent a car with them and the car company in this case Europcar charges obligatory charges like the CDW waiver so its cheaper to go elsewhere. If you CANCEL as I did EDREAMS will take your money without refund. It is mission impossible to contact them. Just ask yourself before you get a cheap price: What if you need to cancel or refund even if it's a ticket. AVOID them! You can email me for details.

Flights were cancelled over a month ago. No refund no nothing, the flight company say you got it.

On Mar 21th, I called eDreams customer service all day, they told me to send them flight cancellation confirmation then I did, but I have to call customer service again. So I waited for hours then finally someone picked up the phone. I send them the refund receipts from Peach airline, but they told me that they can only locate one refund, so they need 72 hours to call Peach airline to find out where is the other refund. On March 25th, I called again and waited for 4 hours but no one picks up the phone, felt very frustrated.
4/21 I called eDreams customer service once or twice a week to check my refund, every time I got different answers from you. Today, edreams told me to wait for another 60 days to check my refund. How is it possible to wait for 90 days since Peach airline has refunded money back to you on Feb 28th? I see no help from eDreams. Strongly advise who read this review to not ever book with edreams, it's a nightmare.
I have had nothing but nxiety and frustration dealing with this company. On Dec 22,2019 I booked six flights online for a volleyball tournamnet to Edmonton, 3 for our family and 3 for our teammates family. I procceded to obtain travel insurance, which I almost never get, but did. Once I went to pay there was a MEDIATION FEE added of $445.90. At no point was I informed of this fee. I refused to pay for it so I called Customer service right away (not a toll free number, I asked where they were located and the person said "INDIA") They said I would have to cancel the full booking and they would hold back 20%. This was not the customer service I am used to where you are entitled to a 24 hour waiting period to cancel your booking. Nontheless I was concerned about the long distance charges so I angrily hung up! I have tried emailing them refusing to pay the MEDIATION FEE as I was blindsided. There has been no reply at all! POOR customer service!
Shame on you eDreams for misleading people. I am going to see if my VISA company can start a dispute case as they are not a reputible company to be dealing with.

ETRAVEL AGENCY cannot be trusted with your hard earned travel money. Their policies support them to steal 100% of your money without recourse.
I paid the eDreams fee for a 20 day car rental insurance, that the rental agency would not honour. Once aware of this, I canceled the insurance 20 hours prior to pickup and received notification of cancelation from eDreams. My expectation of refund for the insurance fee was denied by customer service on the grounds as per policy, that the cancellation was made within 24 hours of scheduled pickup, therefore no refund.
As an E-commerce customer, my dealing with eDreams has left me feeling robbed and cheated of my money.
Please recognize this as a buyer beware company, having no respect towards customer relations and appreciation of your patronage.

Una vergognosa azione di far stancare il cliente affinché i soldi possono trattenerli. Ma non cederò, vi porterò in corte e li perderete anche più di 800 euro.

So many negative reviews, they don't provide ANY service to those who they sold tickets to, YET, they keep on sending emails of specials on airtickets.
On the top of their pathetic response over phone I've just got an automatic message that they are sorry to inform me that their customer service email address was no longer used for Support services purposes.

I booked flights with eDreams and for the last couple of weeks have been trying to get thru to them with no success. I received an email (with no option to reply) a few days ago saying I need to call their helpline to find alternative solutions to my flights being canceled.
There is absolutely no way to reach them. Their chatbot doesn't work properly, their phone line always says it's busy and to call later. I tried emailing them a few times and never got a response. Still waiting for a refund for the cancellation of both flights and there's nobody to talk to. I regret trying to save a few extra bucks by booking with them instead of booking directly with the airline.
I strongly advise you to NEVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.
Have tried reaching the Edreams Customer Service many many times by now, writing this review out of fatigue! My flight was cancelled and the airline (Indigo) agreed to pay us full refund. It is now in Edreams account and they are refusing to return my SGD 864.71. Its such a MATERIAL Amount and I am unable to reach their customer care through mail or call or any channel! They posted a response to my previous review saying someone will contact us and refund, but NONE OF THAT HAPPENED! This is DAYLIGHT ROBBERY! Extremely annoyed at their APPALLING TREATMENT and SUCH DISHONEST SERVICE!

Incredible idiots. After 8 days of trying and 250 minutes waiting on the phone and endless chat requests, I was told to reply to an email I was sent, with the cancellation email by the airline (as if they didn't know my flight was cancelled). The main problem was that it was a no-reply email address. They just don't want to reply and help anyone. They shouldn't be allowed to operate. Not even in a free world. They are scammers. Period.

I wish I had researched/reviewed about them before booking my tickets. They weren't the cheapest but they were amongst the few websites who carried flights to Galapagos.
Like other reviewers have said, you cannot get them through online chat. I've waited for upto 7 hours straight. After waiting for over 1.5 hours, you can get them online on the phone. Even then, they will transfer your call, put you 'on hold' and ultimately very useless or unhelpful! My trip is in 48 hours and I've been reaching them for the past 5 days. Though the airline website clearly says that all national and international flights are suspended (covering the duration of my travel), they don't want to take any action. The airline does not want to take an action, since I booked through eDreams. EDreams won't take an action, because, the airline hasn't told them specifically to refund my tickets!

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
