Scammers

I have booked three flights through dreams recently. It has been worse then the virus. It has been impossible to contact them and solve the problem. The airline cancelled the flight so I wanted to request a refund. They just want to offer another date. Please buy the flights directly from the airline, it is worthy. Trust me. I was supposed to travel this July 20 and still don't know if I will get my money back.

I booked a flight and bought the additional premium service for quick support and the guarantee of a refund that would be in my account within 3 days.

I have contacted E Dreams on 3 seperate occasions now and they are not replying to me nor have I received any form of refund.

DO NOT USE E-DREAMS

I will happily change my review upon receiving my refund but for now - after two weeks and not hearing anything I am upset to say that this company is a sham. Do not use.

I booked flights with turkey airlines with edreams. Flight has been cancelled but there is alternative flights which I want to take. Edreams told me Turkish airlines want to charge me over £400. I got in contact with TA. And they told me that they do not charge as they cancelled... is edreams tring to get money out of me. If so a big disgrace

Do not trust the company as they promise to refund your deposit month after month but this never materialised, no way of contacting them directly so you are stuck and out of pocket BEWARE.

It is not worth it, booking with edreams learned me to always book with the airlines directly, even is slightly more expensive.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experience in my life. I have been trying to contact edreams for a refund of my flights for four months now. I have paid a substantial amount for these flights and I need to be refunded the money paid since my flights were cancelled. I will write a review every day until edreams get in contact with me as they do not answer the phone or emails.

They charged me for a flight that was canceled by the airline the website does not have any information how to contact customer service then when I finally tracked them down they said money can only be returned after three months.

Dishonest theives

Booked my flights via their Australian website, all transactions and quoted prices are shown in
$ assuming Australian dollars once paid on my credit card ive learned all prices are US dollars, nothing mentioned any where on the website or booking page just simply ripped off, paying another 30 % so beware as your flights are not as good as they seem, also one was canceled within 5 minutes off taking my cash.

I am so angry!

I travel every year, and never in my life have I experienced the lack of professionality! My flight got canceled a day after I booked! I have been calling every week and they keep giving me false promises. They never called back and they never helped me out. I'm gonna get stuck half way my trip and they don't care! They got the money and now they bounce on me. I have been calling them again but guess what? They hang up on me because my flight is not leaving within 7 days! I can't believe this is happening. My dad is very sick and I need to get back home! And they don't care! I'm sad and stressed. I have to wait till I reach the 7 days before my departure. It's so stressful. This is not fair. This is notttt fair! I just want to go home safe and without stress. I paid for it. It's my right. And now they don't even answer the phone anymore.

Impossible to cancel the prime subscription. I do not use the service and they charge a yearly fee... I canT reach them by phone, nor by email or facebook page... typical dishonest company... a real scam. AVOID PLEASE!

HELP! I want to be reimbursed. Emailed them many times since March 23 without satisfaction. Chatted many times with Chris the robot because the humans are always busy ( so they say). They gave me a phone number for Canada *******270 Out Of Service. They tell me to go on Gérer mes réservations which says that the tickets bought on March 16 for a flight leaving Malaga on March 18 have been refunded on March 15. What kind of organization am I dealing with?

Being a tour agent with an experience of 20 years in the tourism I have to say try to forget this company
Last year I lost 500 USD thanks to E dreams. I sad never more. This year they gave me a better price than others so I gave them another chance. My flight was canceled 3 months ago and I got a mail last week that the flight was canceled... If there is no problem with your flight or reservation it works but if you have any problem don`t expect any help from them. I had more than one really bad experience with this company.

1. I tried to call *******719 customer service, it says "this number no longer available" even tho I purchased upgraded customer service when booking. So you are the biggest in Europe and your phone number you provided with booking is "no longer available"?
2. I requested a chat three times in three different days, nobody responded to my request. Each time I waited for chat for two hours and it went back to ROBOT AGENT. Are you sure you are the biggest of Europe?
3. You refer me to go "Manage Booking" there is nothing to do there. There is no link to CANCEL, there is no link to request Rebooking.
4. You are forcing me to ACCEPT your new terms offering me to accept voucher from airline instead of refund. WHY? Airline cancelled flight and I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
My flight was cancelled by the airline. You promised "rebooking " but you dont respond to my requests
Flights are open after Jun 24th, 2020. I want to rebook for dates between 06-24-2020 to 06-30-2020, any day is fine, I do not accept any longer than 4 hours layover in connection. If you can rebook my flight please call me or email me back with options you can offer.
I expect a response in 24 hours. If I dont get any response by email, I will open dispute with my credit card company

Do Not book with this company!
They are gonna steal your money!
My sister booked flight thru E dreams traveling from Spain to Croatia due to death of our father.
She was supposed to fly on June 10
They took her money and two days later they canceled her flight due to restrictions flying zone.
She is trying everything to get refund but no help!
You can't reach them and there is no options.
This company is Big Scam!
Shame on you!

I bought a ticket on business class through Edreams, with Icelandair to travel to Geneva, through Iceland capital on 31 May 2020. But some days before the flight I received a cancellation notice of the flight from Icelandair.
Then after many unanswered calls, I submitted a request for a refund, but didn't even receive a reply from them till now., I wonder now, are they avalid company or scam, company taking the money of naive people like me. I don't want a voucher I need my money back to buy a new ticket to travel to Geneva, as i HAVE TO TRAVEL URGENTLY AND iCELANDAIR IS NOT TRAVELLING TO GENEVA, AND THEY KNOW THAT
THE WILL NOT FLY TO GENEVA, SO WHY THEY ARE TAKING PEOPLE's MONEY FOR INEXISTANT FLIGHTS, THIS IS IMMORAL, ILLEGAL AND OUTRAGEOUS. THEY HAVE TO REFUND ME MY MONEY.

I bought an airline ticket to Spain and the flight was cancelled almost immediately. I have tried all the numbers and emails and the numbers are disconnected and emails are never answered. Their website is pointless because they will not give you any choices to refund or change the flight.
AVOID THEM AT COSTS IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY!

I booked a flight with "flexible dates" and I paid for this "flexible dates" 21 Euro more so that in case I change my flight for free.
Now that because of corona crisis I have to change the date of my flight, after 10 times of calling and online contact finally they respond and say that I should pay 400 euro for the exchange!

APPALLING SERVICE

I HAVE EMAILED THIS COMPANY 20 TIMES, I HAVE PHONED THE LONDON OFFICE, THE SPANISH OFFICE. THE JOHANNESBURG OFFICE WITHOUT ANY ASSISTANCE... they actually pretend they cannot hear you on the phone and then hangup! You cannot request and refund on their website as the site simply refers to their help line and you are back to square one. They have STOLEN my money! They have done nothing to support the customer but turn a blind eye. I will NEVER use this company again. I hope they file for bankruptcy... with my full support.
