My issues with eDreams happened before the Covid-19 situation. You can book with them unles ANY issue arises and then their phone service is impossible to navigate. Don't use this sight - I have been trying to resolve an issue for 8 months and I'm getting nowhere.
Liars! Thieves! They put on charges that airline says there isn't! They claim that ticket is non refundable when airline says it is! There is no free rebooking as their site claims! They pocket your money! Stay away!
I made a reservation thru this website, and they quoted me with a $200 dollar flight for September 11,2020. I thought everything was fine. And today I reviewed my emails, all of a sudden they charged me $300 dollars. This website completely robbed me. They are not good at all.

We received a letter from edream THROUGH OUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY WHEN WE FILED A DISPUTE saying the flight was canceled and they provided a service so they are charging us $1,900 for their services which is the full amount of our ticket price. I booked multiple flights with eDreams. At first, my flight from Dubai to Istanbul was canceled by airline and I got a email from them. I called them to rebook my flight but they were not native Japanese speakers and they were so helpless. They asked me to call emirates so I did but emirates told me to call eDreams so I did. But they didn't rebook my flights and they did nothing for me. One week later, I tried to call eDreams again and they told me all my trips were canceled by airline. But I don't think it's true cuz emirates still have available flights... they didn't even email me that my other flights were canceled until I called them. Totally bullsh*t. They ruined my whole trip. Don't book flights with eDreams. I still have no idea if I can get a full refund. Plus, as you can see the first and second pic, emirates said they didn't cancel my flights except my flight from Dubai to Istanbul and they didn't receive a refund request from eDreams. However, eDreams said they didn't cancel my booking and my refund request is pending. There is a contradiction between those two. I think eDreams is lying to me and I just want a full refund. I just called my credit card company to dispute the charges. I hope it works. My booking reference is *******177. Plz cancel the charge. I don't like to pay ¥******* upfront for nothing
Single worst customer service ever experienced is a strong statement and not an exaggeration. By this I do not mean rude -- they are polite if you can ever reach a person, but provide zero customer service. I booked a round trip international flight Africa - USA and immediately saw a typo I made that must be corrected -- entered first name in both first name/last name field. I was typing fast and made a mistake; one that should be easy to fix. The customer service phone line requires the flight reference number in order to connect, but it then screens all calls by flight date and hangs up if not within 7 days. Then, when within 7 days, I have spent over 15 hours on customer service hold, reached a live person 5 times, then told I need to have my call transferred to another service agent each time - resulting in no less than another 20-30 minutes on hold. Then, the live person tells me they can't make a change - only the airline can. I reported that I have spoken with the airline multiple times and have been told only the travel agency owns the booking and can make the change; that the airline can do nothing until the agency releases the booking to them. This circle has happened multiple times and talking with eDreams customer service is like talking with a robotic automaton -- polite, repeats the same thing over and over again, provides no help, and then asks if there is anything more they can do to help. In the meantime, the airline has cancelled my connecting flights and rebooked with multiple day layovers (where I can't stop b/c of COVID restrictions). Can edreams look for a shorter connecting flight? Oh no, they can only rebook the entire flight -- even though the first flight if fine and is only offered once each week and I can see from the airline that other connecting flights are available. Absolutely awful. And as I write, my flight is in two days...

I purchased my tickets weeks in advance and the dates were incorrect. Trying to get somebody on the phone is basically impossible unless your flight is literally only a few days away. They won't even answer the phone unless your flight is a few days away. So if there is an error with your booking consider it a waste of money. After 45 minutes of being on the phone with somebody I was told "because the airline is the one that canceled your ticket you have to rebook with them." Except the airline isn't doing international flights right now because of the Covid. They also told me it could take up to four months to see a refund. Now that I'm reading other reviews I doubt that I will ever even see a refund. So I'm out 240.00. I will never use them again. I suggest you completely stay away from them.
I rented a car from Turkey. They took my money but did not give my vehicle. They do not refund money. They do not answer my calls. They are qualified scammers.

I have been waiting since May for a refund for my cancelled flights. Customer service is none existent. Emails are not answered and telephone contact is impossible and if you try and use their website to find an answer it just sends you around in circles.
All they want is your money and once they have it you're on your own. They only get one star because I couldn't put minus five.

If you write emails all you get is some automatic answers and they send you the "manage your booking" page where in fact you can not manage anything. I have wrote a lot of letters, already called 10 times, it is very difficult to get through on the Russian line. They say that Alitalia did not transfer the money to them. But why should I suffer? We have encountered an issue with the card and instead of presenting a solution, the taunted us. We ended up losing our money, and renting a car from another company. Flexibility does not exist, despite the fact that they mention it in their site, as a competitive advantage.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
