Discusting company- avoid

A bunch of crooks. Avoid.
Fontxsbswer the phone, csnnot contact via social media or email. They take the money and run.
Save stress go somewhere else otherwise you will be joining the boycott edreams groups that are forming by disapointed customers

The worst customer service ever. There is no option to cancel the flight in manage my booking section and when you try to call them, the number is always busy. I contacted them on social media and the customer service agent gave me a special number. The number was from UK and even after staying on hold for 40 minutes, no answer. Getting refund is another thing, i am unable to get to talk to the representative of this $#*!iest agency and its been three monts now.

Avoid at all cost

Horrible experience, charged for one trip with change midway, last minute they cancelled the second flight so had to get new one myself. Was told refund will be issued yet thats not happened and trying to contact their customer services is nearly impossible. Stay away from this company, you are better off getting your own trips

Don't book with them

During this difficult period with COVID-19, please don't book *******@eDreams; I booked two trips with the agency and due to restrictions in the UK I had to cancel my holidays.
I cancelled a month in advance and even then.
I didn't get a refund or support *******@eDreams didn't notify the hotels nor the airlines on time.

Scam!

Edreams are scammers. They took my money, Air france cancelled the flight and I never saw my money again. I called both a hundred times... nothing happened.
Be careful!

Totally useless. Booked a flight via Edreams. Their website shows they are very flexible with regards to changes. Unfortunately the person flying contracted Covid-19 (is OK) so I contacted customer service.
I used all my call credits of 500 minutes over 2 days on hold being transferred to the customer transfer desks over 8 different calls - managed to get 1 flight changed, but still waiting for the return flight. As I can not get hold of the customer change desk (not reachable direct but only after being transferred by the secretary after a long long long long waiting time) I still have not managed to change the return flight. FRAUDULENT COMPANY, DO NOT USE! Just realised I paid over E900 for a useless 1-way flight...

Rent a car in Amsterdam Schiphol but when I arrived there was no bus and rental company was bankrupted when I arrived there by taxi. Since August 12 struggling to be refunded. Their *******@carrental.edreams.com mailbox is always full!

This company is a scam

This company is big scam. They have the worst cutomer service and almost impossible to reach them. My flight was cancelled and they ignore my calls and never contacted me for compensation. They dont have email address and managing your flight through their website is not reliable. Becareful guys. Never waste your money with this company.

Too bad to be true!
They care nothing about their costumers. They only want your money. It is impossible to contact client support. It just does not work if you do not have a booking reference and you will end-up in an endless loop speaking to a machine while they charge for the phone call per minute.
Just do not buy from edreams

The airline cancelled my flight. It's been under review for a refund since 9/11- it's now 10/11. They won't even allow me to "chat with a live person," until it's 14 days from my return flight.

By that point, I won't be able to use the funds to book a new return flight; because the rates will have more than doubled for waiting too long.

You can't access a live person, the site isn't set up well for self-service options, and I would never use this service again. I wish I'd read reviews prior to purchasing. They've been absolutely awful, changing my flights multiple times, and failing to reimburse for changes or cancellations that they made AFTER my booking.

Terrible customer service. Definitely a scam

I am writing this review because I feel I have been scammed. On October 2nd 2020 I made a booking to go from Heraklion to Frankfurt at 03/11/20. With the Flight A3430 from Aegean. I started putting my information and the price from 60 went to 67 right before I Press the button to pay the price climbed to 89,63 euros. And they said please accept the offer to avoid any increase of the price because it is the last seat on this plane. And I just moved forward to complete the purchase. Immediately they sent me a message on my email confirming my purchase. I open it to see my booking and I said the flight has been cancelled from the flight company. I I immediately requested a refund. The refund was free of charge and they accepted very fast they even sent me a email confirming my refund. That said your money will return in 5-7 days in the original method you used to pay us. I thought it was fair enough. After a few days that my money didn't return in my bank I started searching. There is no way of contacting them. Then I thought it was very strange that they make you pay and then they said that the flight is not happening from the flight company. So I called Aegean the flight company. And they said that this particular flight is confirmed that will happen and they are still selling tickets for this flight. So I bought directly from them and it was actually a little cheaper than from edreams. I don't know what is happening but still a week later I haven't received my refund. And after all this very strange situation I really feel that they are scamming people and the refunds are never going to happen.

HORRIBLE COMPANY

I have just spent over 2 hours trying to cancel an upcoming hotel reservation and have not gotten anywhere with it. I can't cancel on-line because they don't recognize my booking number which they gave me; can't get through on the phone again because they don't recognize my booking number; and can't set up an account to manage my trip because again they don't recognize my e-mail with my password that I just set up. What a scam!

I'm waiting for a refund for a cancelled flight since april 17th, 2020, 6 months ago! Although I was promised over phone I would get a refund, nothing yet. Their customer service phone is off (no answer) and they do not answer emails or messages over social media. Worst company ever! All they want is taking yout money. Do not waste your money and do not book with them!

Scam company

Having booked a flight from Thailand to the Uk and a return flight through this company, I got an email saying due to Covid the return flight had been cancelled and contact customer services.
Tried numerous phone calls, tried on their website bookings section as well as Instagram and Facebook but can`t actually get anyone to physically talk to and have yet to get issued with a refund. Have an awful feeling I will not see this money again. Weeks of trying and no further forward. Please do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs.

Horrible

I have used this travel agency before, but recently I had a horrible experience with them! I have booked an air ticket, but that flight was canceled, so later I wanted to contact their customer service in order to get a refund, or to change the date of my previous flight. Well, I have called different numbers they have given to me on the Facebook customer support, but anyway, they were all useless and wasted my time and money, because they first require to enter the 10 digits booking reference number, and every, every time they eventually say that number is incorrect! So it's basically impossible to reach any operator. At that point, they said they would have organized a call back for me within 72 hours, but the call never came. Result: I am gonna keep my old (cancelled!) ticket and lose money, cuz apparently there is no possible way to reach them and make a rebooking! Such a shame!

I requested my refund for cancelled air tickets and get nothing. Every time I call them, I get the same bull$#*! 'your booking reference number is not recognised'. I don't recommend this Travel agent to anyone.
