This website is a scam. Do not book with them. Ticket was purchased and canceled same day. All airlines and other booking sites will return this money within a week. This one has been holding for 2 months with no resolution in site. They haven't even contacted the airline which is simple. Surprised they are still in business.
This agency is unreliable, they sold me a ticket which was not valid. At the airport, with this ticket, I did not board the plane because while I had a paid ticket, this was not valid. Now they do not change it, nor do they return my money.
I booked a flight through E-dreams from Lima- Sao Paulo with a stopover in Santiago.
I only found out that 1 day prior to my flight date that even though I had paid for the whole booking, due to a "system error" Edreams were unable to confirm my first flight from Lima- Santiago.
The only reason I was aware of this was because I had also booked the exact same flights for my boyfriend and he had received some emails that I hadn't prior to the flight date, so I decided to investigate and make sure.
Sure enough, while trying to speak with a representative via chat, they confirmed that the first flight was not confirmed due to their "system error."
I was told there was no way they could confirm or book the flight from Lima- Santiago, in which they offered a refund for half the price of the entire booking, saying I would have to rebook that first flight on my own accord.
Being a day before the flight was due, I then had to spend more than double what I was refunded without any more offer of help.
When I asked to speak with a higher representative that could explain to me why they were not able to confirm my flight, as it was a fault on behalf of their system, I was told that there was nothing that would be done and I would not receive anything further.
I was severely disappointed, I have been so atrociously mistreated by any other airline company or reseller before and I will surely never EVER be booking any flights, hotels etc through Edreams.
They cancelled my flights and didnt rebook me a new one. Now they took my money and put me under no show. There customer services are handful. They also take money out of your account twice without permission. My return ticket isnt yet expired, they refused to refund and change my new requested dates. Overall i advice to never use them.
Don't buy tickets through this company, they are a fraud! It's been a year and they have not returned my money for the tickets that got cancelled by the airline a YEAR ago!
I even don't know where to start... When I bought the flights seemed fine, after 5 days I checked my bank account and they charged twice, I called costumer service and the guy said that it was a preauthorisation and the charged... I told him to released my preauthorisation as I was missing double money in my account and he said that it wasn't his problem that I need to call my bank... It was so annoying because of edreams take my money twice they need to sort it out... Costumer services were helpless.
I requested my boarding pass two days before and it was 12 hours before my flight and i still not have them, I need to send an email and they sent me the boarding pass but when I arrived to the airport it weren't valid so I needed to go to Iberia to get them on paper.
Honestly it was my first time and last with eDreams such a horrible company which they don't care about costumers at all.
We had 2 flights booked with this company and were not allowed to board them because the eDreams messed with the tickets. We never got any call from the company about he flight changes or issues, they confirmed our booking are all set. Despite that at the airport we were not aloud to board due to the ticket issues. The eDreams support agents keep saying that is nothing they can do, they finish the chat, which is the only way to get in touch with them, without resolving the issue, they do not call back and do not reply emails. Edreams have been refunded my airticket, by swissair but continue to tell me they are awaiting a refund from the airlines. Stealing people's hard earned money

I have sent eDreams a registered letter (letter was returned - no known address even though this is the address on their website!) and many e-mails without success.
I will never use eDreams/Opodo (same company) again!
Do NOT book with eDreams! I booked a flight for my niece back in June, airline canceled it, and eDreams told me I would receive a refund and I never heard from them again. I emailed many times and got no response after that. I called the airline in August for them to tell me a refund was issued but it was NOT to the card I purchased flight with. They explained it was the card that eDreams used to book and it went to them and they have to issue my refund to my card. I still have received nothing. This is a scam 100%! Just book with airline and avoid traps.
I would give zero stars if I could. Waiting for a refund for flights canceled on May 16 and May 30th. Terrible customer service.
I bought i ticket and added insurance edreams add said refund I case of pandemic issue or missing plane. Just received an email from eurp assistance that they can't issue my refund for pandemic raison. Thifs never book again and buy and instance from them.
I have booked some flights with the option of the cancellation and the possibility to move the flight. I have initiated via call and via website the change of the date, and via call they cannot provide me any consistent feedback and information and on the web site after 2 months I get a feedback that an agent will consider my request soon.
I think it is a strategy to scam customers, because you sell the tickets with a surplus compared to the airlines prices pretending to offer some flexibility but the moment you need to use " this flexibility" customers are scammed.
Don't use edreams, the they are scammers and do not support customers with clear information and transparency on refund.
After 6 months and being promised a refund on four occasions (but not getting it) our next step is taking edreams to court. Appalling customers service don't use this company.

No flight, no refund. I booked a ticket. They mucked it up. Bought covid insurance to cover. No way to contact the insurance company. I had to purchase another ticket at the airport.
ARNAQUE EDREAMS SCAM. My flight was canceled by Norwegian and they refunded me. So far no problem.
But I booked my flight via EDREAMS unfortunately and payed for extras on their website. Although Norwegian has canceled their flights, Edreams did not cancel my booking and even managed to propose me another flight and be ready for that!

I bought tickets from Montreal to Istanbul on 21st of May 2020. The flight was cancelled and I had to ask for refund. E dreams did refund for part of the flight ( Pegasus airlines). The application for refund was done by me directly from Pegasus airlines. The first part of overseas flight is still pending. E dreams told me that I have to wait 90 days, then 120 days. Now it is just not possible to contact them at all. 120 days past already since I applied for refund. I consider the policy of E dreams as dishonest, they probably just wait their customers will die from COVID and there will not be anybody to request refund of cancelled flights. There are so many similar posts, I guess the police should investigate the activity of e dreams in the light of frauds for their customers. On my side I advice to everybody- STAY AWAY FROM E DREAMS.
After booking my wife on a flight back to Asia (Philippines) i undersatand Covid plays a big part on availability etc... however i booked Perth to Singapore then a 2.5 hour stopever then Singapore to Manila - total time 11.5 hours. About 2 hours into the booking i get an email saying SG to MAN is unavailable and heres the alternative... a 18 hour stop over in SG... WTF.? After getting online telling them no way if i wanted a long layover i would have booked their cheap a** seat. Customer Service is Indian english extremely poor no understanding what a bunch of sh*t... told them cancel the SG to MAN leg... went and booked the original flight myself as there were plenty of seats... cost me alittle more but shows me EDREAMS - ENIGHTMARES more like it... just wanted to change the flights cause of $$$$$... NEVER EVER WILL I USE THESE PARASITES AGAIN.!
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
