This travel agency offers the poorest customer service and quality. They refuse to make bookings and constantly state that there is no availability. They are scammers, and they removed my booking reference from their system after my persistency to book an emergency flight. Additionally, the individuals who answer the calls are always dismissive and splenetic. I am very aggravated with this agency and their services.
I booked a return flight, their website says both flight is conformed. But when i tried to checkbin for departure flight at airport my departure flight was not booked with airline.
Worst company ever. Stay away. They will tell you a supervisor will call you back and no one does. I've been trying to work on this for over a month now. STAY AWAY.
This company has got to break a world record in lying, twisting words and total incompetence. I am stuck in a continent I don´t live in because my flight was cancelled and they wont do anything for me. No flight, no hotel and no answers.
They lie about trying to contact me, and I know because I am sitting by the phone all day waiting for the to call. THEN all of a sudden... an email. Saying they are sorry because they have no flights for me on the 24 of feb. LIKE I REQUESTED! I asked them to get me home. I was not asking for them to check for me on the 24th. IN one of the phone calls it was said that they would check from the 24th and onwards. I was supposed to leave here on the 15th. It is now the 20th of feb. And I am still stuck and they do nothing.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY PEOPLE.
Walk or swim to other counties if that´s what you have to do to avoid these scammers.
We booked a flight to go from Perth to Melbourne Australia. The airline cancelled the that particular flight a month in advance. E-Dreams couldn't refund the money to my credit card. E-Dreams agreed to refund finally to a bank account and told me it may take from 120 to 180 days.
It cost me 20 dollars to get a refund and 13 dollars to book a flight. I will never recommend booking a flight from e-Dreams again
I was simply asking to rebook my flight, the agent was still not able to do it, They give few no ( none of was working). I would not recommend this agency to book in future.

I have called so many times them and the airline that they sale tickets for, they have no connection, I had called edreams they said call the airline, I called the airline they said call the edreams! Probably a fairly typical covid situation, airline cancelled due to our govt restrictions. Edreams notified us, then started the full refund process. It took a while, but I suspect that was mostly the airlines. They gave periodic updates. Only thing they could have done better would be if I could call them to get updates when there were longer gaps between steps, but I can understand why they can't do that.
Overall, I was worried being an online agency during covid cancellations, but they came through for me and I received my full refund. Would be happy to book through them again next time.
I bought a Qatar airways ticket with flexible changes. They were charging outrageous amounts for a date change even though the price was the same online. Then I cancelled the ticket and they only refunded half the amount. When I called they kept on giving me excuses that Qatar airways did not give the entire amount. However Qatar airways policy is to give full refunds during this pandemic. They kept on telling me to call Qatar airways and resolve this issue. Every time I call an agent there is the same story of "escalating" your case. When I ask for proof that Qatar airways sent a partial amount, they would not give it to me. NEVER USE THIS TRAVEL AGENCY EVER! I MADE THE MISTAKE AND LOOKED BACK AT ALL THE TERRIBLE REVIEWS SO I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO GOT CHEATED!

Book directly and don't use this agent. Not cheap at all. I booked it late and they said there is only one left and after checkout they said airline increased it 200 more! I just accepted but will not so that again
I booked a flight over 6months ago and after flying halfway, there was changes to my return flight through the airline. I didn't accept the changes and was offered a refund. This is 6months ago.

More than 1 year since I've requested my refund, they don't answer anything, emails, telephone calls, chat!
They just got the money, and vanish, but the funny and disgusting fact is that they are still selling for you whatsoever but not paying their debts! How can this be legal?

In December I booked several tickets for my family through edreams. Due to lockdowns I requested for a ticket change on the 5th January. The ticket was for the 17th to be moved to the 25th. I got an online response that said your issue is being looked into and that they were prioritising people with earlier flights. After this I followed up again after 5days and again and again with the same response. The original date of travel came and passed but I was not worried as I assumed they had already removed us from the flight based on our request. A day before my requested date of travel I still didnt have the revised ticket so I called them. After 5 attempted calls and being put on hold I was eventually attended to by a very rude male staffer in bookings office who told me that since we had been a no show on the 17th, our ticket had been suspended with no refund. There is nothing edreams can do. I asked for an appeal process and was irate when he kept saying there is nothing they can do and that he will cut the phone if I continue talking to him. These people are poor communicators who dont care about the customers. They claimed having tried to reach us which was not true. All the emails they sent had auto replies sometimes in foreign language. No efforts were made to change our ticket. Someone dropped the ball on their end and they refused to take responsibility whatsoever. They sell cheap tickets to lure people and then treat you like rubbish. I will never use them again and will do my best to discourage people from using their poor service.
Like with everything, you only find out the value of a service when something goes wrong. In this instance, when the flight is cancelled last minute. Not only that it takes hours waiting to speak to someone on the phone and that there's no way to get help through the app, or even a chat box BUT they also do not know the protocols to help you rebook! Asking for a refund is a no go, from edreams, just assigning an agent to review the case took 10 days - or it could have been more if I didn't call the airline directly and they rebooked my flight in under a minute. It took me 19 days to get any information from edreams and 1 minute with the airline operator who had mercy after hearing the ordeal I've been through with edreams. Honestly, I hope a proper investigation is reviewing their operations because they are a scam.
I have been booking with Edreams for 9 years. Last year, i booked a flight for my wife and son from Africa via Egyptair, they arrived in the UK and after 3 weeks the return ticket was cancelled. I was on call for about 8 times and no one staff could give me a definite answer or solution. Same stories continue and all staff kept telling me same word: we will call you within 24 hours, but guess what, it never happens. I am so disappointed
I have contacted and I have been waiting over the line for more than a few hours but I have received the worst customer service ever. It was the second time and would be the last time for sure.
I won't recommend eDreams to anyone.
Your company didn't care about their customers. I know a few things about eDreams during this time:
1/ Absolutely irresponsible
2/ Shocking irregular
3/ Deeply unorganised and obviously disorganised
Poor customer service with useless and unprofessional staff.
I'm extremely dissatisfied.
In the end, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. One star is even too much to give.
Big Scam
I have traveled since March last year and still didn't get my refund money back. Have been promised by members of staff that my money would be in my account in 7 days for the 3rd time and nothing happens. Every time I request to speak with a manager I get a diferente excuse and/or the call gets disconnected. The worst travel company I have dealt with in years, unprofessional, rude, do not have a true process in place, overall a big disappointment.
People please don't don't don't book your flights with eDream Flights not operated no refund from them even I took out insurance They won't even reply I ask you save your money by not even contacting this company Other people put up your reviews and let people know about your treatment from them Thank you
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
