Booked a flight, then it got cancelled after they took the money out, id give them a no star if I could the worst.
Booked two tickets in August 2020 from Tiruchirappalli to Bahrain. E dreams booked tickets via Abu Dhabi,
Where as Abu Dhabi has banned transit due to C 19 pandemic. I have cancelled tickets on the same day. I am yet to get my refund. They dont respond to email, phone calls. They claim that they have 24X7 customer care support, which is incorrect.
1000 emails sent concerning the reimbursement of my family eDreams flight bookings without any response, even so I received email from Turkish Airlines which shown and confirm that my tickets have been fully refunded by them to eDreams.
Knowing that I am trying to resolve this purpose, with giving to you more than option (amount reimbursement or change the booking to another dates) from 9 months ago without any response from them.
These guys are not contactable nor do they respond to emails.

I decided to give eDreams a try since they had some nice reviews and offered the Eurowings flight for cheaper so I booked a return flight from the Gran Canaries - Dusseldorf and Dusseldorf - Berlin. I was notified by eDreams that my flight from the Gran Canaries - DUS and DUS - Berlin was changed to the following day which was fine. However, there was not an option to check the status of your flight on their website nor was it clear on how to check in so I tried to check on Eurowings' website, but for some reason it was not working/showing up. Then I figured I check google flights to make sure that these flights existed since this was my first time using eDreams. That was when I found out that while there was a flight from Gran Canaries - DUS, there was no Eurowings flight from DUS - Berlin on the day we were supposed to fly.
When we contacted eDreams, they insisted there was such a flight in their system, but to be safe, we called Eurowings and it was confirmed there was no flight from DUS - Berlin. We then asked eDreams in the chat box for a refund, but later received an email refusing our refund saying we confirmed the flight change so we wrote back to eDreams explaining the situation and about 5-10 mins later, received a response saying there was such a flight. Obviously, you can tell that they didn't bother to do further research into our inquiry based on their response time. We then replied back with the google flight search showing that there was no flight available, and we never heard back from them.
We decided to reach out to Eurowings and they were so helpful and were able to process our refund. Later, we were informed by Eurowings that there was a system glitch with the flight information on their side and would communicate with eDreams about it. While now I know it wasn't completely eDreams fault, they didn't even try to look into the matter and never hearing back from them was disappointing.
I learned my lesson and next time, I'll book directly with the airline instead of trying to save money!
For review readers/public - If you would like to start a business and wish to how you should not respect your customer. Call Edreams. Having communication with Edreams you can have number of reasons to fool your customer and steal their money when ever u want.
You enjoy numerous lies from them even though when you know that nothing is going to happen at the end.
For Edreams - Keep up the worst service and improve on how you can make it more worst in stealing money from customers by providing $#*!ty service.

This company is $#*! I booked a flight 5 days ago and still havnt recieved my fligh itinerary they took my money and now can't get hold off them I have no reference number or booking num as they havnt sent it. I have no idea if im booked on my flight or not.
Pathetic service. Never recommend eDreams! They robbed me in broad daylight. I couldn't cancel my flight at the virgin airline as it kept me sending back to edreams and was sent back to Virgin even after I was close interaction with covid case. Once you book the ticket through E-dreams - be ready to pay DOUBLE. That's how they make money. Beware!

My refund request is still outstanding from May 2020. Website send you around in circles and the chat bots are beyond useless. Heaps of time spent chatting to agents via message chat and they never call back when they say they will. Worst experience ever and I am still waiting for a $4000 refund as of march 2021. Very bad customer service
Absolutely do not book through this for a flight. You will instantly regret it and they will automatically charge your account from e dreams that has nothing to do with your flight. And then when you call and keep asking for a refund and asking where that money comes from that they charge your account with they just hang up on you. I called five times and each time I said I wanted my refund and to be explained why I have this charge from eDreams but yet not a charge for my flights and I got hung up on. I got robbed of my money and now I cant get it back. $217 just gone. I absolutely should not have booked through this and I know it's my fault but this is definitely a scam and this should not be allowed on the internet
I bought my ticket with e-dreams because they offered the best itinerary. After my purchase was confirmed my flight was canceled and I was offered an unacceptable option by an automatic service. I called the company to find out more possibilities. They gave me a new travel document, and it was canceled the next day. When I called again, they told me they couldn't give me a new flight.
The re-booking agent Rotih was rude and unconsidered. I asked several times to be transferred to a supervisor, and he refused to do it. I called them more than once and they always said they will call me back to confirm a new flight option but they never did. I asked for a refund, and they said it would take 12 months. They did not confirm I will get refunded. Very Frustrating!
Yesterday I booked online with eDreams to save a hundred dollars on air fair. I was planning on travelling to Maryland for a pre surgery consultation. Unfortunately last night I had a medical issue which will keep me from travelling. I called to cancel my trip today. I know I checked yes to buy the $35 insurance plan (as my wife insisted and confirmed we obtained it) but today eDreams says it wasn't purchased. They are refusing to provide a refund. The person answering the phone refused to pass me to a supervisor. After much yelling I finally was told the supervisor would get back to me within six hours. I am calling my credit card now to make a compliant. JUST DON'T USE THEM EVER.
These guys are the worst, even airlines are not working with them. Scammers, untrustworthy, and huge liars. I changed a booking and the for 2 moths they failed to do that. When I call the airline they said they do not work with them anymore because they are unreliable, liars, scammers, and said never book with them again. So i say, no one must use them.
My airlines canceled the flight, normally I have to get a refund as they canceled my flight under IATA rules! The airline says travel agent must refund %100 full my money but this agency doesn't accept it! They say we demanded that be given a refund and the airline policy is non-refundable. Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
