Warning traveler!

Warning traveller! Please think twice before booking a flight using eDreams. Yes, they are cheaper, but you pay the price in bad customer service quality. About a year ago I booked a flight to Vietnam with eDreams. Total value was over 3000 euro. The flight got cancelled. Their customer support is unreachable (mail, phone, Twitter,...). You will be left out in the cold if anything happens. I have never received a refund for my booking *******954). Think twice before ordering.

My stopover was changed from 4 hours to 14 hours. I just need to talk to a customer to change my flight dates. I'm always calling on their 50 numbers, they are always busy. When I talk to an agent on chat, I feel like the chabot is smarter than the agent. There is no way to communicate with the office. I ask to raise a problem, the agent on the chat refuses. I surely don't recommend this website.

Horrible company

Never in my life had so horrible experience like with eDreams. They are at all rubbish company. Just you pay money, and didn't have any help. Until last day they keep you in ignorance. Last day before flight you can find info that you need contact with airline companies for your boarding pass, they didn't inform by email. Promised send to you tickets by email. But nothing. If you contact with them, they just take your time. Sending by messages, pl be patient, nothing more. Avoid everyone.

Booked a flight with edreams on the 19. 12. 19 from Lisbon to Cape Town on the 20. 12. 19 and a return flight from Cape Town to Lisbon on the 01.12.2020. I paid approximately EUR 1600. In August 2020 I got an email advising that my flight got changed. I got another email in September that it got changed and in October i got an email that I will be refunded. In December I got an email that I got a refund. However no mention of amount and on my bank account I cannot see the refund. Due to Covid i expected delays so waited a couple of month before reaching out to them again. I ask if they can advise me about my refund as i haven't recieved it nor do I know the amount.the email got ignored. I then spoke to the customer service team who advised that they cannot see my flight for the 02.12.2020 and that I am not entitled to a refund as I taken the flight on the 20.12.2019. I advised that there are two flights and that I can send them my confirmation email. Every time they just hang up!( I can give you time of calls so you know I am not making things up). No money for the flight they have cancelled and no one that wants to help me with it

This has been a nightmare. I booked flight and hotel for my teenage daughter from albuquerque to florida. The flight was canceled. I was able to get her flight changed to the next morning with the airline no problem. I called edreams to change the hotel reservation to which they said I would get a confirmation email within an hour. Several hours later still no email. Called the hotel and they had never changed the reservation. Hotel cant do it, has to be through edreams. Spent 45 minutes on hold only to get hung up on as soon as they answered. Called again spent and hour and 30 minutes on hold for them to tell me it takes 7-8 hours for it to show the changes in the system. The next day my teenage daughter gets to the hotel and the room was never changed. Forked over hundreds of dollars to book with someone else so she wouldnt be stranded. Called edreams who told me there is no manager on the weekends and one would call me monday. By wednesday still have no heard back and I demand a refund. They tell me since it is "after check in time" they are refusing the refund. I called 7 hours before check in time on DAY ONE and had proof of that. They refused my refund and I never did get to talk to a manager. Dont book with them unless you want to lose your money. HORRIBLE

I bought a flexible flight with them and when I tried to change my date "there weren't any available flights to switch to for the next YEAR. And past that year period my booking will be expired...
I have spoken with someone about it on the phone, when she told me that I asked to speak to her superior, she made me wait 20min before coming back to tell me everyone was busy and HANG UP on me.

I can not express enough the disgust that I feel for this company, for the constant lies they say, often disguised by kind customer service manners.
Being a prime member customer I preferred to book with them rather than directly with the airline, though the price was the same.
Once the airline cancelled my return flight I immediately requested a refund, I was then told they sent my request to the airline but that this will take up to six months to be processed. BIG BIG LIE: all my friends that were on my same flight had booked directly with the airline and received their refund within a few days; I even called the airline a few times and they told me that they always process refunds very quickly, and that in my case edreams NEVER sent them a request for a refund.
I contacted many times edreams (more than 10 calls), each time they kept lying saying they forwarded the request and they are waiting for the airline to respond.
How can they lie so shamelessly when I am giving them the evidence of the contrary of what they say?! After two months I am still waiting for my refund!
I suspect they hope the customers will forget at some point so that edrems can get the money for themselves. I will never ever buy a flight with them anymore.
SHAME ON YOU EDREAMS!

Our flight to NYC (Air France) was cancelled in April 2020. They haven't refund a cent yet. A month ago, they asked for our bank details so as to refund us but nothing happened. This is really a horrible company with no customer service to speak of. They really don't want to talk to their customers because they are so lousy. I think I will have to sue them using the Small Claims European Procedure. I have a hard time believing I will have to do that but you need to go all the way when necessary. Of course, they will reply that it is not their fault but my father-in-law got a refund two months after his claim. He got lucky and used another travel agent.

My tickets to India were canceled March 2020. I was calling to edreams and to United Airlines between them both directed me to each other. Then I was told by United to wait for a year before I can apply for my refund! When I call them the next time they say it can only be issued by edreams! They are just playing with you. Turns out edreams hasn´t til now even apllied for my refund, they lied to me, and has completely disappeared from the face of the earth! The phone is NEVER answering. I wish I had checked their reputation before, that was stupid.

Avoid at all costs!
We tried to book flight from edreams on February 2021. The booking never went through, they never issued a ticket, we then booked flights through another airlines, but their payment partner deducted money from our bank account and transferred it to eDreams (payment partner has provided us proofs on this). But eDreams tells that the booking was not successful and they have not received money and refuses to even confirm in writing that the booking was not successful. We have been calling them every week and receiving answer that the issue has been forwarded to finance department since last 2 months. We are still waiting to hear from them.

If you need to contact eDreams for any reason (e.g. If the airline changed your flight) you will end up in a never-ending loop of: wait up to an hour on hold to talk to Indian call centre -> reach someone who can't help you and has no authority to do anything (even simple things) but will definitely (!) look into it and get someone to call you back in 48 hours (or maybe longer, sir, depending on how busy we are) -> no one calls you back so you need to call again and be placed on hold to speak to someone where you get the exact same treatment. They also fraudulently made up charges and charged my credit card against the fare rules saying the airline had charged them but when I rang the airline they indicated that there were no such charges. Dealing with eDreams has been the most stressful and frustrating experience, I will never make the mistake of booking with them again.

EDreams is a fraud, avoid them at all costs.
The did not mail me the 10-digit reference number nor any other confirmation of my flight booking.
They did get paid though.

Their chatbot support leads to nowhere.
No human support agent was to be found anywhere.
Total scams.

Stay away!

It is been 2 months nearly that I am waiting on my refund. First, they didn't confirm my return flight and started asking for more money to get it confirmed which was completely unprofessional as the mistake was from their end. I had to spend weeks to convince them for refund. I was sent email that my refund is processed and will be coming back to my account in 5 to 10 business days. It never came. I call them up every week to which they say there was an error which is been fixed and now another few days. So guys, if you are reading this, please STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

We booked flights which were canceled due to the pandemic. We called edreams to reschedule them. The edreams representative, Mustafah Saleh, transferred us to a scam company who had us transfer money to them to reschedule our flights to a later date. We were skeptical of them and asked them to send a confirmation email to us from edreams confirming that we were actually speaking to the company. They were able to send a confirmation email from the company as well as provide all our personal information. Apparently, there are employees at edreams that are transferring your calls over to a scam company in India. Not only that, but eDreams employees are working in tandem with these scammers to transfer company calls, customer information, and going so far as to send confirmation emails to customers at the request of these scammers to "prove" that they are legitimate. We lost $3000, and have been fighting with eDreams for compensation. EDreams has records of our conversation transferring us to the scam, as well as the email that was sent to us from their company at the request of the scammers, and are still claiming that they aren't liable for money lost to a scam. They are not a dependable company. I highly recommend against using this crooked company for any of your travel needs.

My daughter recently purchased a ticket for a flight and accidently booked for the wrong day. She then cancelled and requested a refund or credit for that flight. EDreams informed her the refund for the ticket will take between 3-6 months to process and be returned to her account! I would highly recommend NOT TO USE THIS SITE...

My flight was cancelled in May 2020 and I still haven't received a refund. The website conveniently changed the refund requested date too. It is understood that due to the pandemic, things take time but this is outright thievery.
Highly unprofessional, no proper service centre. It took months to actually get out of the hands of the chatbot and to talk to a human agent. Twice I was promised by the chat agents that it was being processed and was delayed by the airlines when the airlines has refunded most people's money already. And that too was months ago. Now the chatbot doesn't give acess to a human agent. EDreams is just eating up everyone's money and blaming the airlines. Better not book with these unprofessional people. This website is a scam.
