My flight was cancelled by ANA in March 2020. I have called, emailed and always get an answer that my refund is being processed but until now nothing. I had another segment on my flight with Priceline with ANA and my refund was processed in 1 month. I will not book in this website no matter how cheap it is. No guarantee that you will get customer service.
Yesterday I booked a flight but I type my surname wrong. Today I spent 8 hours on the phone to resolve this problem but was not possible. I spent hours talking with the robot giving him the same information over and over again, I spoke with 7 different guys and non of them was able to resolve the problem.So at the end I had to cancel my flight and I lost 800 pounds just like that because the job of this travel agency is to take your money and they are not care for anything else. Now I understand why this eDreams has 50% bad feedback. Honestly I wouldn't recommend eDreams because if you have any problems you can not expect help of them!
I've booked through edreams in 2016 from paris to New York, later that they canceled, didn't pick up my phone or reply my email, so i took initiative and apoke to my lawyer and he handles perfectly fine got back my refund but they charge me $45 for service fee, they are F... g indians who operating this Sh... ty website, google should take notice and terminate their Sh. It's been a year and I'm still waiting for my refund. They requested the airline to refund them on my behalf, they did not inform me of this, I only found out from the airline. Edreams is currently sitting with my money for over a year now.
Edreams prime membership is a scam. Upon browsing, the membership approval is checked. You must uncheck before you buy any ticket. Once buy a ticket, your prime member fee is signed up for 30 days. You only notice withdrawal on your bank account 30 days later. Too late to cancel the payment. You automatically becomes a member of the edreams prime. NO REFUND. A real scam

I made the mistake of purchasing airline tickets from this company using google flights as they were listed. They are based in Spain. The airline I bought offers free cancellations related to COVID issues which i tried to do. Airline stated I had to contact edreams to cancel given they bought the tickets. THEY REFUSED TO REIMBURSE ME AND DO NOT HONOR THE SAME CANCELLATION POLICY AS THE AIRLINE TICKET I BOUGHT!? STAY AWAY! Given i am a heavy social media tech expert, those folks to not realize how much business they are going to loose given the mass posting they will receive. More than the $100 bucks i lost. Dont Mess with Texas!
The worst experience ever, booked a ticket and had to check out and checking my luggage due to how they purched the ticket with the airlines. Even the airline was dumbfounded by how they charged for the ticket. The ticket went up by 600 dollars at checkout. The people at the airline showed me how much they had paid for my tickets and it showed that the extra 600 was profit on top of profit. Is there a way to SUE these scammers... CLASS ACTION maybe... kept all my tickets and proof of these cheats
They steal your money and are scammers. Please do not use them. They do a booking with you and then they get the refund from the airline and then refuse to give your money back.
I advise anyone not to purchase your ticket through edreams.net. They are the worst scammers. They will surprise you at the airport especially with luggage allowances. They have a bad customer service. I urge anyone not to buy through them. No. No and No.
These guys are a joke, I booked a flight for my Husband to come back to Australia from Jordan to Melbourne. The flight was booked for the 20th and due to a change in the departure time from Amman, to Egypt he would have missed all other flights.
They tried to help us, however it was very hard work it was many phone calls again and again and they NEVER call you back as promised.
Im fed up, they have our money and they won't render any assistance they won't call us back they won't find a new flight. We are simply told to call back in 24 hours.

I booked a flight in April2020 which was cancelled due to covid and I still waiting for my refund. They send me an in a month for last two months to send my bank details so that they can refund, I sent via email, waited on chat for more than hour and gave my details again and they still sent me a form to fill my bank details which needs IBAN number that my bank does not use. They charged my card but do not want to return to my card and wants details that my bank does not use. I gave them SWIFT number and all other details but nothing. Seriously never use them they are the worst.
Warning traveller! Please think twice before booking a flight using eDreams. Yes, they are cheaper, but you pay the price in bad customer service quality. I booked a flight in March 2021. The value of the flight was almost $300.00 The flight got cancelled. Their customer support is unreachable (mail, phone, Twitter,...). You will be left out in the cold if anything happens. I am still fighting with edreams. Never ever will I use them. Think twice before ordering.
This is the worst experience I have had when dealing with costumer services. I bought ticket and the Airline Adjusted the departure time and Edreams claimed it was cancelled. I calls to resolve this but to no avail. Because the ticket was flexible I tried to change the ticket as at first they said I can but after three weeks they said I couldn't even though the Airline is saying I can. I called to solve this but to no avail. The costumer services in edreams are very un professional they keep on going in circles and not resolving the issues. I am still waiting for my refund. It is unbelievable that such site is still operating. Never again
They have a agreed on no cost Rebooking as per there website logos signs etc etc. Then demanded 200$ USD. After a long calls/hold and hassle, they still charge me 78$ USD.
Refund time is about 120 days, and its hard to get ahold of a representative to solve simple problems. Save yourself the stress and simple use any other of the dozens of websites out there. Oh and hear is another thing my ticket doubled in price right before I had to pay.
Purchased a refundable ticket from Sydney to Brisbane for 20th Dec 2020. Ticket was for Qantas airline with a tag " COVID refundable" means if for any Covid related reason you needed to cancel your trip before your flight it's fully refundable or you will receive credit. I paid almost double for this ticket to make sure if anything happened I am covered.
Just 2 days before my flight border between the states where closed because of Covid I had to cancel this flight. I received an initial email from eDreams that my cancelation has been received and they will start processing the refund but it might take couple of months, after 6 months I have received another email that you ticket was not refundable and the closed the case!
Look eDreams I am not gonna give up... I am going to write everywhere.
I can happily report that eDreams has refunded me $400 ($386 plus $16 as cost of wire tx) after I requested Kayak.com customer service to help me. Thank you Kayak and I appreciate eDreams finally correcting their mistake.

I made a business class booking from Islamabad to San Antonio. I searched on Kayak and then went to Edreams from Kayak. Edreams confirmed the ticket and charged me the amount shown on the website. However, when British Airways issued the ticket, two long segments of the 6 leg journey (from Chicago to London and London to Islamabd) were in economy class. I contacted Edreams approx. 7 times and spoke to different agents incl. Samuel, Joshti, Agarawal, and others. Each had a different excuse. One said it is their error but they can't correct it, or reimburse me. One asked me submit an online form, only to receive a reply that I need to call them. One even asked me to call them at 1 am! The travel was on April 1,2021 and return on April 11,2021. But to no avail. Just a run around. Customer service was a wasted time, money (overseas call) and effort (nearly 7 hours). I don't have to tell others what to do, they can decide for themselves. The company did not honor their own booking, what more can I say except that I am grateful they did not send to some wrong destination.
When my flight from Rome to Tehran got cancelled due to security issues, they would not refund my money even after calling them several times. In addition to this, I was randomly charged 44 euros for a prime account that I did NOT consent to. Now, after trying to call them and cancel the prime account, I cannot find the option to do so. The link they say you can click on does not lead you to a page you can cancel your membership.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
