I tried to confirm my niece's reservation. I filled out the prompts and asked all questions and nothing happened. The boxes kept coming g back blank, and asking me to put the info over and over again.
I will never use this website, and definitely do not recommend it.
I bought a ticket through eDreams online, they listed it $48.94 Jetstar sydney-Brisbane, however, they took $89.90 from my card without my even knowing it until I checked my bank statement. I tried so hard to finally reach their "customer service " if you got time to wait on phone don't be surprised waiting an hour on phone. The CS can't do anything to help, even he said he will email me a claim form, he said at least 3 times on phone he will email me and I should have his email in two hours but nothing from him at all. I made a online claim and so far has got nothing back, very high risk when you put all credit card detail at their site and eventually got overcharged.
Do not book with them! They do not refund and just hand out phone numbers to cancel your flights etc. Complete garbage and crooks!
E edreams should be called nightmares. Never again, waiting for 1 1/2 years to get my refund? 1 star is to good of a rating.
I'm still waiting for a refund do to my flight had been cancelled by the airline. 6 months already passed... and more to come I believe. Everyone that made the reservation thought the airline already received their refund... and I believe that edeams already received mine, but they are financing themselves with mine money and everyone else that are waiting for a refund
Booked a flight with them because it was a few dollars cheaper then other sites. They emailed me after I bought it that the flight had gone up by a few dollars. I call them and fell asleep waiting on hold for hours, then called again and talked to them. I said I would pay the extra and they said ok sounds good. Next day they email me and say that they were unable to get my ticket. By this time the price had doubled. Hours of my life and hundreds of dollars wasted.
We booked our flight online and once we got to the airport it said we weren't booked for our flight we just missed our flight and we got scam! Don't book anything with this company

My flight has been cancelled by Emirates and unfortunately I booked through eDreams and they didn't refund my money back after calling several times. They are big fraud.
After promising a refund on the flights that they canceled within 3 to 6 months 15 months later they have still not refunded even after many phone calls they just lie to you tell you it's on the way to you in 3 days still not here they are nothing but thieves and scammers. DEAL WITH THEM AT YOUR PERIL.
We booked a flight from Philly to charlotte we flew down no problem. When I went to check in for the return flight I couldn't I called airline the6 said they had no record of my tickets. We had to pay triple the price and get new tickets. Edreams just said contact airline, airline said contact edreams. Now I'm out a crap ton of money
EDreams is world's worst e-travel agency. It is very difficult to solve issues with agents because they systematically make it impossible to speak to agents. They offer the online help service to chat with agents but it is also difficult to be connected. Yesterday alone, I tried 3 times with no luck. Even if you get connected with an agent after many attempts, the agents you chat with are just operators. They can't handle anything for you but to report it to the "special team, " which I am beginning to believe that it's just their tactic to make you wait until you give up. I have been trying to solve a refund issue for more than a year. After so much time and energy being wasted, the agent I chatted with offered me a solution, which was to file a formal complaint. I don't know why customers are suggested to spend time to do their job. It is their job to do an internal investigation and sort out issues. Finally, I reported eDreams to the government run agency and a few private agencies because companies like eDreams must be stopped from scamming people. I do NOT recommend eDreams to anyone because innocent, hard-working people cannot be ripped off by companies like eDreams anymore.
They are cheaters and fraudulent. I bought what I expected to be just a flight ticket. When I was going to pay with my credit card online, the price increased by 25% at the very last second. Then they asked me to accept the new price which I didn't. They did fraud me as when I pressed the correct button they still charged my credit card and told me that the transaction was completed and finalised. I was furious, but that was only the beginning. The day after, I received an email from the air company which advised that "This booking has been identified as an unauthorised online travel agent (OTA) booking. Unauthorised OTAs have no commercial arrangement with Ryanair, and use "screen scraper" software to mis-sell Ryanair flights in breach of the Terms of Use of the Ryanair website". I tried to contact eDreams but the numbers reported on their websites are all fake! No ways to contact them! I finally tried to cancel the ticket and ask to be refunded as I also paid an insurance. Incredibly, they asked me to fill in a form to be completed with a reference number which I had and with a PIN number which has never been given to me! So I had no chance to fill in the form and ask for reimbursement. Stay away from this trash company! I am also very surprised by Ryanair behaviour. Why do they ask me to go to the airport 90 minutes before? Do they want to sell me a new ticket at the highest price? Please see the email from Ryanair attached.

I booked two airtickets costing $5770 from Canada to Portugal through eDreams flying with TAP Air in October 2020. We paid extra for Premium Insurance.
Due to Covid issues we had to rebook our flights. Was told this wasn't possible, and advised to purchase two 'new' tickets, while the original tickets would be refunded in full.
Each time I contact them they inform that the air line is not contacting them... this is madness, my insurance was with eDreams.
I would strongly recommend not use eDreams for any service unless you have money to burn.
They are by far the worst booking service I have ever used.
This company is a total scammer.
My husband bought tickets from NRB to FRA and FRA to ORD. Paid $566.11. Went to the airport, waited for an email confirming the transaction. It never came. He received an email saying "Booking request in process." A booking confirmation never came through, so he had to buy tickets directly from the airline at the airport for the flights that ENIGHTMARE had sold him. Enightmare is impossible to get a direct refund from. They give an infinite roundaround. We had to file a dispute with out credit card company. But in fact, EDREAMS is a fraud, it's not a legitimate company. It gets interest free loans of the consumers money while the consumer spends hours trying to get it back. They do not have an email address, suggest that one use their APP to request a refund. We didn't need the app to get the ticket, there's no reason to need it to get money back. And the app wouldn't download anyway.
Adjoining flight cancelled, No seats for new flight allocated, 4 hrs of calls i'm winging it, not sure if I'll get home, they have my money, can't answer my questions, tell me to contact airlines, not my job, I booked through them. Will never, ever use them again. Do yourself a favour and book direct with who you want.
We purchased a flexible ticket. But when we tried to use our privilege, we wasted 4 days, a lot of nerves and finally will purchase a ticket again. I can't describe how bad customer service is. Just hope soon they will go out of business
They sold me ticket and i couldnt use because there was restriction for that kind of flights. Thye still sold me ticket and now they dont want to return money. People dont but ticket through them.my mistake i didnt check reviews before i bought.the worst ones are they
Biggest scam ever! They kept telling me the airline took my money then cancelled the flight and they wouldn't refund! I had to book another flight straight through Qantas and you can see the difference. I spoke to the airline and they never received the money and told they get it a lot with eDreams! Disgusting!
People should sue them to get the money back. They never call you back and keep saying they never get the refund from the airline even the airline claims that they already complete the refund. I am just a student, that 2000$ they holding from me is quite a damage. I have to prepare for court.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
