Wont answer phones

Have to change dates due to a medical emergency, they don't answer their phones and won't allow me to modify my trip online.

Stay away from e-dreams. I booked a AeroMexico flight through their website more than a year ago. The airline cancelled the flight due to Covid. After about a year of waiting, Mexico Air apparently refunded the money to e-dreams but e-dreams did not forward the money to me. I contacted them by phone, was placed on hold for two hours, and finally spoke to a customer service representative. The person said she would check into it and get back to me. Of course she never did. I called them again (this time the wait was three hours) and she said the same. I called a third time with the same result. It has been more than a year. It is clear that they stole the money and have no intention of issuing the refund. Stay away from these crooks.

I paid extra for Flexi flight ticket option incase my plans change given Covid situation. Their website will take you in circles and the chat box is beyond useless. They have no customer service and absolutely no way to reach them!
I'm worried if the site is even legit.
Sky scanner needs to do something about this, They are equally to blame for listing dreams on their site!
Absolutely frustrating experience!

Complete rip off service. In our case, we paid for air fare from Spain to the US, airline cancels flight (not us, the airline) and it takes 6 months to receive a partial refund. EDreams keeps 20% for themselves calling it a "service fee". Wait times in excess of an hour to speak to a human being that I can't understand named Shivani Sharma (California phone number my tail, subbed out to some place in India or Pakistan). Look around to find and use a trustworthy service. They are out there. Oh, before the bot asks, my booking number was *******175

Do not use these cowboys! In the day of our flight, we just got an email that our booking has been "unconfirmed". Now trying to book the same flight is 3x the price. I cannot understand how Skyscanner suggests them in the redirection partners.

If I could give less than one star I would

Do NOT fly with eDreams. I booked my flight weeks ago and couldn't seem to find my booking through the airline. My ticket to my destination worked perfect so I thought nothing of it. Then as I tried to get back home, I couldn't find a boarding pass anywhere. EDreams told me to contact my airline, who then informed me that I did not have any ticket or booking with them. I've been trying to get in contact with eDreams but they will not get back to me or answer the phone. To say I'm upset is to say the least. Now I'm out more money because I had to find a last minute flight back home. Please avoid this company at all costs. It's not worth it, you'll just get screwed over in the end!

For the last couple of weeks I have been trying to figure out how to contact someone regarding canceling a ticket I purchased. I bought two tickets at the same time and one ticket needs to be canceled. No reliable way to contact through email or phone. It's amazing they find ways to take your money but no way to reply to a question. The only option I'm given over the phone through an automated service is to cancel my entire flight which is not what I'm wanting to do. I specifically try to avoid third-party bookings but I don't fly often and although I directly put in an airline it somehow looped me to edreams when I booked my ticket. I will definitely pay more attention in the future although I tried to avoid this altogether. I absolutely 100% Will tell anyone I can speak to regarding this website not to book with them.

I purchased Turkish Airlines tickets via edreams back in November 2020 for December 2020. It was two separate bookings for $1200 each. Then I had to cancel due to Covid. Turkish airlines refunded me the tickets but edreams posted the refund only for one in May, pocketing the other! That's 1,200. There's no way to contact them either. I had to work with my back and cancel but I missed the deadline since they promised the refund very late. Avoid them by all means and work with your bank if they are not refunding

Very bad customer srvice, they make you pay additional costs for insurance and many other services, that when you need them, they don't provide them, meaning you pay 20€ extra for missed flights insurance and medical support, but ask for a refund of a missed flight, they disappear, no one will help you!

I bought insurance for a flights I knew I'd probably have to change. When I tried to change the dates of the flights, I could not simply change it online, and waited an HOUR AND A HALF on two occasions to try to change the flights. My insurance was not honored, and I was told I had to re-book the fights and my original flights would be cancelled. They week before I got ready to fly, I'm getting TWO email about confirming my flights. Apparently, my departure flight was never actually cancelled at all and now I am out money for that flight because it is too late to get any refund and I bought insurance! I do not wish to wait and hour and a half to even TRY to contact eDreams so I give up. I do all my flight searching on Kayak.com and third parties like eDreams and JustFly and Priceline, etc. show up all the time, but I must say this is a lesson learned. I am ONLY going to book DIRECTLY with an airline in the future and not deal with these third party intermediaries to try to get the best price, it is not worth it. Imagine you at the airport and can't deal directly with the airline if you have an issue, you have to wait on phone for over an hour to talk to someone rather than dealing directly with the actual airlilne.

In conclusion, eDreams did not cancel my flight and I was DOUBLE-BOOKED on 2 different airlines (Spirit and Frontier) and now I am stuck with an extra flight voucher I cannot use.

Horrible service

Warning: Horrible customer service.
Trying to change a flight and I can't reach a live person, they disconnect me, they are charging higher flights then what is posted. You can't talk to anyone, robots or any live on line agent says you have to wait to rebook. Do not book with this company - not worth the aggravation at all.

Worst company ever! First of all, get ready to wait about an hour to talk to anyone. And then when you do, get ready to be told someone will contact you. And then after a couple of days, if you don't miss the one attempted call, you might get someone on the phone who will be as helpful as a toddler! It's been weeks and weeks trying to get anyone to simply process a change of date! Multiple times I either got emails responding to the wrong question and even emails meant for other customers. On top of that, I got insurance through them and they are in complete denial that I got a policy through them even though I have the actual confirmation email from them! It's actually CRAZY how appalling they are. My friends have the same issues. I don't usually leave reviews but this really has to be said. DO NOT USE THEM!

Booking my trip, I made sure not to add any services. My final price right after adding my credit card details was 176€. After I booked I saw my trip cost 240€. The costumer service agent kept telling me this is the price and that's it. So yes, basically it's a scam. They literally present you the wrong price. They actually charge something irrelevant to the price they show. I can't believe in 2021 companies can just scam you like that and there is nothing I can do.

Giving false booking, advertisement! Poor customer service! Our flight was cancelled june 8,2021. But not because of the airline but because this edreams doesnt know the protocols in hongkong airport which that protocols were since last year and up to know they are still advertising the 2 different airlines in one booking and they cant even refund the ticket.

Fraud fraud fraud.

They took 100% more from my bank account. Raised it as fraud with my bank as i never accepted the rate increase on the last step and abandoned the cart but they still proceeded to take my money while trying to get home to bury my mother. Absolutely disgusting company stay well away. SkyScanner is just as complicit by listing these con artists.

Edreams does not support customers. Applied for refund 3 months before and still did not get it back. Its not quite accessible as well. They do not pick up phones neither reposnd to email. Bad service

Bought plane ticket's for the family, when printing the tickets realized that actual tickets date did not match the booking date + date mentioned on the reservation / invoice. Called edreams VIP contact ref. By phone and was told that they would get back to me within 2 to 3 days. Still waiting a week later... As such was a concern, called the airline to find out the root cause for this issue, Swiss told me that my flight was canceled and they proposed an earlier date. With cancelation insurance booked with edreams, they now shared that reimbursement could take 3 months or more without explanations. Stay away from scammers like edreams. BAD BAD BAD

Very very bad travel agency. I had a refund problem with edreams. They lie to me two weeks now. The Airline refund the amount two weeks ago, and edreams don't want to give the money back. They offer me voucher for another tickets, they lie continuously. I don't know how to get my money back? Never trust them anymore.

Please be aware this is unprofessional untrusted travel agency my flight has been cancelled by airline and they deducted of me airline issued full refund coz it was their fault this company ripping people off please avoid
