EDreams booked me 2 flights instead of just 1 and they were for seperate times. I called to get that canceled and they said they can't cancel it. Then they informed me that the airline wouldn't let me cancel it even thought I've been fighting to cancel this flight for 3 weeks now. EDreams $#*!ed me over and I will never use them again. I disputed the charge and the individual said "you won't get any money from disputing it from your card" and I ripped him a new one. Crappy service, unlawful service, SCAM.
Booked turkish airline cancun to Istanbul and flight got immediately cancelled. Turkish said they refunded to edreams (£380) but its July 2021 and I'm unable to even reach them. This company is a scam that should not be even allowed to operate. I can't believe skyscanner etc refers to them
I've been contacting this company over my tickets for the last 4 weeks! They did not promise the call back several times. I've been on call with them for more than 100 minutes, we will call you back in 48 hours repeated several times! Now i'm stuck even while booking with insurance. Very unprofessional & irresponsible agency - Avoid at ALL COSTS - else it will COST you a lot!

I booked a ticket from Perth to Adelaide and there was no flight, according to a employee at the airport those flights from Perth to Adelaide have been stopped for a while already. This happened December 2020. I had to book another flight and pay again. They never refunded me for the booking.
I tried contacting them in regards to the problem.

Please don't book the ticket from this company. Very bad customer service. They told me there are going to rebook my ticket with in 72 hrs. Still i am waiting more than a week. When i called them. They told me there still waiting for the klm replay. I don't know how they run the business.

I booked 4 flight tickets through edreams. I entered the site through my google account which has a different name to my passport. Trying to get the problem solved through edreams has been impossible. I have phoned & contacted them on their help page for 2 weeks. Every time I was greeted by a polite voice promising it would be corrected. I had 1 ticket with the problem. That was eventually corrected but then it appeared on another ticket which originally had been correct. Obviously something is wrong with their ticketing programme. But their inefficiency has been shocking and i will definitely NEVER book through EDREAMS again.
When I tried to buy a ticket through United, EDreams took over, promising a discount. I didn't like the price ($726) since it would have been cheaper directly through United (or Travelocity) but I okayed the charge. NOW I find they've charged me $71.94 for the seats I chose. I already paid for those in my original payment. I tried to clear this up with an agent but she (Adrienne?) said it was their right to charge me again. She said I can't do anything about it, and can't process a refund either (even though it said I could on the original screen.) The agent told me it was a kind of company where there was no one in charge, and when I argued that, she said she could ask a manager to call me back in 1-2 days. Hah!
I wish will be able to give them a smaller rate, they need to close down

I have requested for refund since December 2020 and they still have not processed my refund up to this date July 2021.
Every time i send an email to request my refund they tell me it is being processed but after 7 months waiting still nothing.
My advice avoid at all cost. I will never ever book a ticket with them again.
5 days after booking the flight, the flight being confirmed, and two days before the flight, they emailed that the reservation was cancelled. Horrible company. 0 stars. They offered a $8 credit off my next flight.
I bought my plane ticket on June 23rd, 2021. I needed to get in touch with edreams because my first flight was delayed and i could not reach my connection. Beyond frustration entitled from the moment i tried to get a hold of edreams. No phone line to get a hold of them. I was able to connect with a robot (Kris) and explain my situation over and over again for more than two days with the promise that an agent will get in touch with me. I am lucky to have a good credit card company. They will take care of this scammers. STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!
The pic below is just a sample of full pages of the repeated message I was receiving from edreams. I was telling them over and over that I need to cancel or rebook my ticket…all my efforts were in vain.
They collected my prime payment early without giving me any warning of renewal and wouldnt cancel it - after the worst experience on the phone, they then tried to sell me another year... NOT happy.
Downloaded the app, booked and paid for a 1 way flight to Spain. The price went up during the booking which seems to be a theme and part of the scam.
The reservation was genuine however there was no way to check in or get a boarding card hence no way to do the electronic Spanish track and trace form as no seat number.
Customer service is a hopeless automated "bot".
EDreams apparently uses "screen scraper" to steal Ryanair logos etc to make it seem genuine.
Ryanair waved my £50 costs of checking in at the airport and I had to complete a paper trace form upon arrival in Spain but no thanks to Edreams.

This company is one of the worst travelling websites you can use to book a flight. I purchased a flight and after clicking on the payment button the price changed with no reason, and when I contacted them they told me that it's the flight company's issue and the prices can change any time, and the "any time" includes the time right after clicking on "pay".

If I could give eDreams zero stars I could. From the beginning of June when I booked and cancelled a flight, I was hoping that was the end of it but it wasn't. I was trying from the day after my wedding day in Italy June 8th until the day their prime subscription came out to cancel it. I spoke to customer service who said they would cancel it but this did not happen. I have now disputed this with my credit card where the amount of £59.99 is pending and has also been taken from my account. That is almost £120 I am waiting to get back when there was been no service provided and I was trying to cancel this for a whole month so I didn't have to pay for a subscription that I don't use. Give me back my money. STOP STEALING.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
