So when we bought the tickets it said that carry ons where included but in the confirmation it said that it wasn't. So we decided to call the customer service and it was abysmal to say nonetheless. We wanted to sent them the evidence of the photos where it said that the carry ons where included and they didn't even want to give us an email and obviously they didn't do anything with that BUT that wasn't the worst thing they did. They charged a prime subscription of $60 without our consent and when we called to get a refund they said that we couldn't so we just decided to cancel our subscription. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Customer service is horrendous. They are literally unreachable on any platform. Airline cancelled my flight and because it was booked through a third party, they are the ones responsible for a refund. I have been trying to reach them for MONTHS to no avail. Do NOT book through eDreams and don't let their low prices fool you. Luckily my flight cost was not a lot, but some people have been ripped off for thousands of dollars. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS TRAVEL AGENCY!

Had booked a flight through them for July 7th - was cancelled by the airline due to Covid and the option provided was for Aug 1,2021. That didn't work for me so I requested a cancellation through the email I received from eDreams. Just as well I called the airline (Air India) because they hadn't received the cancellation request from the travel agency! The airline cancelled the flight with no fees. Still waiting to hear back from eDreams on the status of the refund. Emailed several times, and if you find a number that connects, you'd have to wait for a few hours to speak to anyone.
If eDreams goes through this - my Booking number is *******547. I'd much rather shoot myself in the foot than deal with this agency again.

Edreams is a scam

I want to share the horrific exerience with Edreams:
Once the airline cancelled my flight, I called and chatted online with Edreams customer service multiple times for more than a month. Despite promising those multiple times the flight would be rebooked within 48-72 hours, it never happened. Every individual that picked up the phone or chatted online from Edreams, guaranteed me that all would be taken care and sorted. It never was. They bank on the customer, pressured by anxiety, to resolve it via other means (i. E. going and buying another ticket). Luckily, Lufthansa was amazing and took over the situation, even though the ticket was under Edreams responsibility.

Edreams is a SCAM - I have started to seek legal advice against them.

I have never encountered such a grotesque way of embezzling money from customers. I would give zero stars if I could.

AVOID EDREAMS

SCAM FOR YOUR MONEY! I booked a flight and moments after I tried to cancel, then all of a sudden their website was under maintenance. I waited until it was back up and it worked as soon as I was over the 24hr threshold. I tried to cancel via the app and they stated to "call the airline directly". I then waited for 20min to speak with an agent at Frontier for them to say that they cannot confirm the booking because EDreams does not supply the customer with any information to verify the purchase. They do not supply the direct confirmation number with the airline, nor do they put down your phone number or personal email. So in the end I could not cancel directly with the airline or even get flight credit with them. I've called EDreams number several times, I've sent int emails, and waited over an hour for an agent on the Live Chat option. Scam after scam. I will never be booking with this company again.

Pointless

I went to confirm my reservation with Frontier on their website and the confirmation code I was given failed. Called Frontier twice and once got a nod that they had a reservation but without the correct confirmation code I could not get a boarding pass, I would need to call eDreams. I was given one number and it turned out to be disconnected! Flight at 6 am and at 10pm I'm discovering I don't have a an accessible booking. And for real laughs I wish I had checked out their note on "how to get a refund" for an idea of Non-informative blather... contact us! And no link to actually start a refund. https://www.edreams.com/customer-service/#/cancellation/refunds/how-to-request Actually, Ebay does a similar thing when "guest" purchases go south.

Dishonest

I booked flights and the amount on my credit card was greater than I had agreed. I called the company but got no explanation. The date of the flight was 12 July and I noticed later that a further £59.99 was taken from the credit card on 12 July by eDreams Barcelona. I have frozen my credit card and will be getting it replaced.
This company should be avoided and airlines would be advised not to use them as it is so dishonest

Bad Service

I had a canceled flight and for 1 year I have been waiting for my money back. Communication with them was inefficient; I contacted them several times without any result. I also sent emails, I tried to call, but nothing. The application is difficult to access, information is missing, it is not at all malleable for users. I will never buy plane tickets through this platform again. I do not recommend it at all!

Ripped off

We booked 2 flights for June 2021, in December 2020. 4 weeks later, due to health issues of a traveller, we requested cancelation of the flights. (4 in total)
Well, after numerous requests and the departure dates arrived and went, we received an email saying no refund available even though we took out insurance.
Now we are told it is up to the airline.
All bull $#*!. Ripped off. We would never use or recommend this company.

One star is one too many. No customer service. I had to purchase return flights For 4 adults, while standing at the airport. Apparently eDreams had cancelled the return flights weeks prior for no reason other than to take my money. 4 months later, still no refund just give you the run around in the hope you give up. LIES AND BULL... T. SCAM COMPANY DO NOT USE

A disaster!

I booked a return ticket. Then I got an email with cancellation of the return.
Now the way to destination is in process, but I have no certainty of travelling tomorrow.
I've booked a hotel and I need to go to a conference, but the BROKEN DREAMS with its professionality is showing how trustful it is.
No way! Never again with BROKEN DREAMS!

We used eDreams without issues, pre covid, but few days ago, while paying for the tickets, after we submitted all the passenger info, on the last step of the checkout process, the price suddenly changed to more than double of the initial price. And unfortunately we realised what happened a moment too late. Even not-approving the transaction on the bank's mobile app didn't stop it.
Now the cancelation is in progress on the eDreams side, estimated to last 3 to 6 months. I believe we wont get it back. There's no one to call and complain, they are even forcing me to install their application to be able to follow the cancelation process..

Charged more than stated on invoice. Wont send me an invoice. Applied for a change of flight policy, which they ended up charging $70 for admin fee. Terrible customer service and can't speak to a representative. All I want now is an invoice and I can't even get one. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I had a terrible experience with eDreams!
I bought a ticket from EZE (Argentina) to MIA (USA) with 1 stop in Chile.
The airlines cancelled all the flights so I could not travel.
The tickets were bought in June The flight was from july 4 to july 15. I contacted Sky and LATAM. They told me that the flights were cancelled but eDreams did not get the notification yet. How can they did not receive it? I was notified and they did not?
Sky offered me a voucher and LATAM a full refund but unfortunately as I purchased the tickets through eDreams they cannot send me the money back to me but they have to do it through edreams. Same with the voucher.
I spent almost $1,000 and I did not travel! And I am still waiting for a refund. This is not serious! Its a lot of money!
Everytime that I call eDreams customer service is a horrible experience. I have to repeat every time the same story and no one gives me a solution to my situation. I asked for a supervisor and they did not want to get one.
It seems that i am talking to ghosts and no responsibles.
I will not purchase any more tickets through eDreams! I do not recommend it to you either! Pay some more money and do a deal with a serious company or directly with the airlines.

They are selling fraudulent not accessible tickets from Inida to locations you cannot travel.
I am stuck with 12+ Calls with each about 40 minutes wait calls to speak with agents to assist with ticket refund. The help desk number is based in Spain only (+44).
Opening case with EU and Spanish authorities to assist with refund.

I have booked flight through search kayak and thy pull up 5 different web site edreams ws few dollar cheaper wch i never heard took risk did booking got ref# thn few days gone to airport thy never found my info in their system i gave thm all info from this web. But thy said need ticket number.so i contact edreams on app only robot talk to u but never able to hold anyone so my flight gone. Still hv to get my refund back by this co, dont no what tht do now thy still not answering its seem fraud thy charged on my card. May havt contact fraud agencies.

Booked a flight to San Diego, CA about three weeks before we were supposed to depart. On the day OF the flight, I was trying to check in with Frontier (airline I purchased flight through) and Frontier told me that my flight had been cancelled (by eDreams according to their system). I then called eDreams (let me add I had to call MULTIPLE times bc their customer service is doo doo) and they told me the flight was still confirmed on their end and I needed to reach out to Frontier (keep in mind I just did this and Frontier also wouldn't cancel my flight). We then had to purchase plane tickets at DOUBLE the price I initially bought them at. A couple days later, I received a phone call saying I would receive a refund of the initial amount BUT they were unwilling to pay the difference they cost us, which was a significant amount given I bought the tickets at $256 and we then had to buy NEW tickets at a total of $500+. This was mid May and I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN A REFUND. TERRIBLE COMPANY WITH DISHONEST POLICIES THAT DOESN'T CARE IF THEY RUIN YOUR TRIP.

Scammed

EDreams booked me 2 flights instead of just 1 and they were for seperate times. I called to get that canceled and they said they can't cancel it. Then they informed me that the airline wouldn't let me cancel it even thought I've been fighting to cancel this flight for 3 weeks now. EDreams $#*!ed me over and I will never use them again. I disputed the charge and the individual said "you won't get any money from disputing it from your card" and I ripped him a new one. Crappy service, unlawful service, SCAM.
