Bought a ticket from them from Delhi to San Francisco. The ticket mentioned on Kayak that free changes allowed. After buying the ticket they did not show any such thing. No proper documentation of the terms were given. Also I could never find the Airline booking reference number on the Airlines website so could not contact Airline for any help.
They mentioned schedule was changed and then I tried cancelling the flight. I got not documentation or confirmation for it. I tried calling them or doing live chat, was never able to reach anyone. Finally I asked my credit card to get the refund but they responded to them that the services was delivered.
They are a class 1 fraud and I am going to challenge them further. Stay Away from them.

To start with I have waisted enough airtime on this useless company 1 hour 40 min, not even to start with my time that they are wasting with all there robot chats, non of the agents can come back with an answer. I was told I'll get my refund in a few minutes, about 8 hours ago. I told them this is a urgent matter, I need to be with my family. I need to leave Saturday morning, I don't have the money to buy another ticket and wait for them to realize they want to release my money now. I must say you have definitely managed to make me go this far. Total useless, and terrible thing you have running. You so fast to take the money with stories to assist with the refund, even after I suggested the option / solution to send a cancelation email so my bank can assist us to reverse the money
What a nightmare! Beware! You tell them you don't want the prime membership, yet a month later a charge will appear on your credit card for $59.99. There is no one to call. A robot tells you after the "one month free membership" you don't want is non refundable. They will charge you every year for the rest of your life and there is no way to cancel. Fighting this charge now and it will take months. Their website says it's easy to cancel. It's not true. They want you to put in your booking number. I don't want to cancel my booking that is already paid for, I don't want and never did want to be a prime member. This company is a soooo frustrating and impossible because there is zero customer service. They only know how to bill your credit card. (Update, the annual fee was reversed by e dreams two days after this review was written.)
EDreams is a scam. EDreams took my money almost a year ago, then told me the airline cancelled the flight, but I have not received a refund, nor did they give me a refund request Case Number for the airline. I am certain that this company is a scam. Do not give them your money!
It's really irresponsible when i bought ticket in 11 for 12, I couldn't pass the board and ur not sending the money back!
Free cancellation means that they will not charge you to cancel your flights. You won't get any money back. Their terms and conditions are completely miss leading and trying to speak to a human is near impossible then trying to understand that person is even harder. DO NOT USE!
Stay away from this company. I booked a flight and hotel combo and then immediately realized that the hotel was too far from the airport, even though eDreams was promoting it. I called and emailed multiple times to cancel the hotel. Emails are responded to with a blanket form letter and never anything else. Calling them? Well, have some time on your hands. Plan on a long wait and a kind person from India (I asked) who has no ability to help you whatsoever. I ended up paying for the hotel and never using it. Then when my flight was changed, by the airlines, eDreams took five extra days to notify me of the new flight details. I called the airline directly and got assistance promptly. Stay away from eDreams.

They didn't send me a flight confirmation after I made my booking and they took my money. Avoid them at all cost. I couldn't even contact them
They book full fare round trip tickets but sell you one leg, this taking up a seat on the return flight that you will never board. Their customer service is nonexistent and they could care less about honestly fixing a problem you may have.
Horrible booking service! Better hope nothing comes up because even though they advertise that they have a cancellation policy up to the day before your trip while you are booking, it's mediocre customer service. This is considering I bought the travel insurance! They'll cancel but they won't refund you or let you change the dates of anything. You will loose all the money without being given credit at the very least. They are false advertisement 100%.

I used eDreams to book a flight from Lima, Peru to Cusco. Within minutes I realized I entered the wrong date and needed to move by one day forward. A flight was available at the same rate. Simple, right? A... wrong.
I was confident since I paid for the premium support. I could chat with an agent, I could call and I could email them. Weehee! Easy-peasy.
I started with a chat through the app, but they would not chat with me because the robot decided I had to make the change with the airline. The airline app did allow me to chat, in Spanish only, with a nice attendant who told me that only eDreams can make that change.
I called eDreams, a few times, to be either kept waiting for time on end or just being told by a message they have no time for me. I also emailed some days ago and have not heard back. I'll mosts likely lose those tickets and have to book another set. NOT with eDreams.
I ordered a 2 way ticket to greece, after i paid irecieved only one way tickets!
After that i tried to cancel the tickets. Its almost imposible to contact a real customer service and they refund me only for half of the money. They are modern thiefs! Do not order flight via this company! They are also extremely expensive and thiefs!
I followed all the rules of the cancellation policy and I was still not refunded my money. You can't even get anyone on the phone. Please do not utilize this company for anything as you will be thoroughly disappointed. The only reason I selected a 1 rating is because it forces you to. If I could do 0 star it would be 0.

Absolute shower, just looking for one off business with no intention of getting you to return. Just a sliver above no customer service at all, website doesn't reflect amendments and hidden fees are the norm. Trying to sort out a friend's flight and have been on hold in excess of three hours. We pushed them back several months because of Covid, but we're now being told the flights have passed and we missed them! Took our money quick enough for the amendment though didn't you Edreams? You'd quicker get blood from granite than a shred of honest information from these brazen scammers.
I purchased tickets without knowing that there were new flight restrictions. The site gave no indication of any restrictions and processed the transaction. Once everything was confirmed, the airline emailed informing of flight cancellation and that the airline would issue full refunds immediately. Edreams took weeks to process my refund and they did not process a full refund. Also, they charged my card a higher amount than what the billing invoice stated. $1009 was on invoice, they charged $1019 and only refunded $868! I believe I have recourse for erroneous charge, just not looking forward to spending time disputing. Hoping others research eDreams before giving them your business.
I booked a flight through this website for the first time and it was a nightmare! They sent me the wrong flight information and confirmation code that I was not able to locate the flight on the Frontier website. Also wrong information about the baggage allowance that didn't match with the airline information. IT WAS HORORIBLE EXPERIENCE and worse than that, there's no contact number that you can call Edreams or email them! I tried to talk an agent through the website's live chat and after waiting online for 1hour and half, still no response and no chat with live agent. This website should be illegal! Don't waste your money and ruin your trip by booking through this website!
We bought 3 tickets, they retreived money from debit card, and after an hour they sent that booking was unsucssesfull. Since then, no one informed us on details, money was not given back, and there is no way you can contact anyone to resolve your issue. It is a complete nightmare. I do not know why this site still exist, after so many unsatisfied custumers.
I purchased a ticket from Bogota to Houston. Effectively, I got the airline ticket with a fear price with supposedly one stop. However to my surprise when I checked in at the airport in Bogota Colombia, I only received one boarding pass from Bogota to Miami. When I asked the clerk, she told me I had two separate airline tickets. I had to pick my luggage in Miami, check back my luggage at the airline kiosk, pay again for the luggage, pass the security point one more time. Affortunately, I had 2 hours to catch my flight on time. So make sure to check the codes when you buy a ticket from this website.
They do not include several service fees (including their own) in the "Final Total - includes all taxes and service fees" button. You continue with your purchase, and not until after is your order confirmed do they reveal the real price you paid. Flat out refuse they did anything wrong over the phone or email, and eventually stop responding to you. Stay far far away.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
