They are the worst for sure!
I will not ever buy an airplane ticket with edrams. Ugh! What a waste of mone and time!

I canceled my flight within 24h and even though according to Airlines I was entitled to full refund, I recieved a mail from the eDreams telling me that my tickect is non-refundable according to the Airlines! Which is a LIE! I got back to that mail and nobody responded, I tried calling, no any number was working. I called the Airlines and they said that they dont have my money and I have to call eDreams... The money is missing from my bank account and I dont know what to do! I will higly appreciate if anybody can help me to get my money back. *******@hotmail.gr

Worst experience in my life

On September 12 2021, I received an email about my flight info from Cuenca to Berlin saying
Flight IB7280 is flying at 12 Sep 17:35 Ecuador time.
According to this info I want to the airport 2 hours early, just to find out that the actual time is 15:52.
I couldn't chick in because it the gate was closed.
I called edreams and they didn't help me or book me another flight.
They offered only to refund the missing flight but that doesn't cover 10% of the cost of booking a new flight.
I asked them to book a new one but they refused to help me. And put the blame on Iberia.
I called Iberia and also airhelp, and they both said it's the responsibility of edreams to communicate the right time and date and can't do anything about it.

As a result I end up stuck in the airport without any help or support from edreams.

The worst part that they stopped responding to my chat, and not answering my calls.

It's a nightmare as I missed very important appointment and about to miss another extremely important on the 16th of September.

Total Rip off! Customer service is a waste of time!

Firstly i tried to change my flight to the later date, but the fare eDreams quoted to exchange was almost double the price i could buy from the airline directly.

My flight was on July 29,2021. So I canceled my flight on July 24,2021 and requested for the airline voucher on eDreams app. After several useless calls with the customer service to follow up, no progress. I called the airline side and found out that the booking was under Oppudo not eDreams. And there was no request from eDreams for a voucher. The airline informed me that eDreams can issue the voucher directly.

So I followed up with eDreams, after several follow up calls every few days, eDreams informed me that the airline marked me as no show so they won't give me a voucher. How can it be a no show when I canceled the flight a week in advance.

I'm not sure what to do next now. The whole thing is just a $#*!ing scam! Stay away from eDreams if you don't want to get screwed.

Fraudulent Service

Reported eDreams for fraudulent activity with my bank today after booking a roundtrip flight to Vegas. I noticed that the return date was wrong from my original plan (likely from me clicking around to test costs). When I tried to change it, their website told me to contact the airlines directly so I did. The airlines had my name for the flight but didn't have card information, my address, nor any way to verify me as the purchaser (meaning that even if I went to the airport, I couldn't board the flight or even pick up my ticket since they didn't even have my birthday). Tried to contact support at eDreams.net for 30 minutes before calling my bank to report fraud.

Their no confirmation number either for the flights--just a booking number that means NOTHING to the airlines.

Which I recommend everyone does if they have any hope of getting their money back from this company.

Big Indian scam. Flight got cancel and no refund yet. Reported with BBB. They will keep you looping and holding your money. Dont exoect customer service your best bet is the catbot or some rude indian guy

EDREAMS IS A COMPANY OF CROOKS

I had the misfortune to buy an air ticket from them. On the same day I received it in my email. The next day, they wrote me that my flight was canceled and they offered another, for a date and time that did not suit me. I wrote them several emails with a refusal to replace flight and a request for a refund, since I bought ticket in other company for the date which suits mi. It's been two months now, and there is no answer or greetings from them. Moreover, a month after buying the ticket, they charged money from mu bank card, which I used to buy the air ticket, as if for services that I had not asked for. They call it Prime. I had to block the card to avoid repetitions. I wrote about my troubles to Air France, demanding a refund for the canceled flight. The correspondence with both – eDreams and Air France went on for two months, since there is no way to get through to eDreams. Finally, few days ago I received an email from Air France with a refusal to refund the money and advise me to go "to the village in my grandmother", i. E. in eDreams, which is impossible. They do not respond to the Emails addresses from which they send messages with their advertisements almost daily. I copuld not find any contact information on their website. Tried to get through to them - it's impossible. I tried to find a way to remove this Prime hook, which they use to catch fools like me who bought an air ticket from them - it doesn't work. Although I have some experience with the computers and modern software. I Looked through many other reviews - a large number of similar cases, and in Russian, English, German, Spanish and French. It is impossible to fight with such arbitrariness of crooks in "democratic" Europe. There is nowhere to write complaints. An obvious example of corruption that no one pays attention to.
Perhaps there is one remedy - to bombard the airlines whose flights are sold by eDreams with emails and demand compensation from them. Airline contact details are available on their websites. And at least they reply to emails. In their letters, indicate that airlines that care about their reputation should not allow such eDreams to sell air tickets on their flights. If they receive dozens of such letters a day, may be they'll take some action. Another useful thing is to inform your banks, to write them complaints about the collection of money from yours account for services not provided to you, with supporting documents. At the very least, your bank will inform eDreams bank that their client is a fraud. I did it. When I get the final result, I will let everyone know.

Do not use these site!

Do not use this site! I bought beats several times and they saved my credit card details! Today, without my knowledge, money was withdrawn from my bank account for a ticket to Spain! But I have never bought tickets to Spain. And in the last month I have not bought any tickets at all.

It's the fact that you can't call a real person for me. I paid for my flight and they said the airline cancelled the flight. I called the airline and the booking never existed. I flagged it as fraud with my bank that still has to conduct its own investigation before a refund. Don't. Don't do it ever - deal with the airline directly

I would never ever book with edream. By far the worst customer service
one of my flight got canceled and requested refund. It took 3 months to get a reply and got email saying that i needed to get in touch with airline company which i did the next day. Airline company said that they have issued the refund and looked like refund was paid in cash. So edream somehow refund the money in cash and I never received. Every time I call the customer service there is a 45 minute wait time and I still have not got the money back. Please do no book with edream unless you want to lose your money I am trying to sue them now.

I did not realize I was making a booking through edreams.com vs. the actual Frontier web site when I clicked on the Kayak.com link from my search to book the flight. My fault, I was distracted and I regret it deeply. They have totally messed up my flight reservation. Frontier does not recognize my airline reference code and says they cannot talk to me because they have all the wrong details on my flight. I'm about to blow a cork!

Useless and fraudulent

Absolutely terrible customer service. I booked through edreams return flights flights with Aer Lingus, Gatwick to Knock, 23/09/21 - 28/09/21. I had an email from Aer Lingus stating that these had been changed to Heathrow to Dublin, and with the return flight at 07:00. I have had zero notifications from edreams about this in fact the app still states that flights are Gatwick/Knock. It is impossible to get any response from edreams via email, through ‘manage my booking' in the app and the so called customer service contact number is automated and after entering details just cuts you off "as your booking is too far away for us to deal with an enquiry". Too far in the future? We are due to go in 3 weeks and need to make alternative arrangements because as I have stated in numerous emails to them I have a disabled daughter for whom the additional travel time involved in using Heathrow and Dublin (our destination is Mayo) makes the trip:
1. Impossible
2. I would incur additional costs in the region of £300 for car hire and Dublin hotel due to 07:00 flight, aside from having to get up at 03:30.
3. Is causing unnecessary distress to my daughter who wants to visit her grandparents in Mayo not having seen them for 2.5 years.

They are awful. I could never get in contact with a customer service representative almost lost flight. I called several times because the airline was unable to locate flight with the confirmation they provided. It was so very much frustrating. Why are they in business? They never ever send me the boarding pass. On the email below they stated the boarding pass was going to be sent.

This company is a scam, bought an urgent flight ticket, got a confirmation email, when I tried to check in on-line I could not, called Qatar Airways and found no record of me on the flight due to leave the next night! Tried multiple numbers to reach them and was unable to. Finally contacted the US number, was told my flight time had been changed and I needed to pay extra to confirm it, I received no such communication from them, neither was the flight changed. I had to borrow money from my dad and book a new flight with the airline directly, and fought with edreams for a week for my refund! Will seriously discourage anyone from using them, don't be fooled by the cheaper looking quote initially.

Booked a ticket and needed to change flight, even after paying for "free change" service the wait time was minimum 2 hours to speak with a human. Once on the phone with Customer Service, they say they will change the ticket but you have to wait for an email confirmation. I called in 3 days in a row and still no change. Each time you call, there is a 2 hour wait. HORRIBLE! Stay away from this lousy company who has people in India who cannot communicate well & cannot do the work needed for changes

Scam artists!

EDreams are nothing but your worst nightmares! Avoid them like the plague if you don't want them to ruin your holidays and lose your hard-earned money!
I paid 73 Euros for them to book my flights on EasyJet but because of Corona I was unable to fly to England with my three granddaughters and use the tickets. I spoke to at least four different Customer Service representatives who all promised me that they would either change the flights until when I can fly to England or refund my money. They did neither. I am now left 250 Euros out-of-pocket.
Don't be fooled by their sweet-talk. They are nothing but scam artists!

I booked a flight with departure and return, ref. *******309. No return ticket flights exist on the site.
I found a few minutes later after the booking that the Travel Insurance does not cover the main issue that made me want to buy it. It covers "Extension of hotel stay due to illness or accident", but does not cover "Epidemics and/or infectious diseases which appear suddenly and spread rapidly through the population, as well as those caused by pollution and/or contamination of the atmosphere", which means it does not cover the main reason for purchasing this insurance: the covid 19 infection. It is a fraud.
Edreams also collects a fee to make this insurance, which is non refundable.

Since I'm Portuguese, I've contacted the company in Spain (*******). I was told that since the insurance was sold by edreams, and it was Edreams that received the money for it, I should cancel it with Edreams.

I called then to: +44-20-7660-2213. After pressing a few numbers, the operator who attended my call informed me first that I should contact Europe Assistance, and later that the insurance was non concealable and non refundable.

I will never use Edreams again. The company is a FRAUD.
