BEWARE! SCAM ALERT!

I was charged more than the upfront price they offered so the card I used had insufficient funds and it was declined. But then I was later charged, one way w/c I didn't approve. When I asked for a refund and cancellation I was asked to call the airline. Now I've been trying to cancel the Prime Subscription but no agent can help me. They've been sending a link that NEVER works. Terrible company!

Biggest fraudsters

I strongly request everyone not to use edreams as your travel partner they are very professional in cheating and tricking when it comes to refund. As you can see in attached picture my refund was fully approved by airline but they charged me for nothing... PLEASE STOP USING EDREAMS

A very disappointing service and experience

Do not book your tickets with eDreams - they are mainly non-refundable/non-cancellable tickets and hard and usually very expensive to change - after the initial 24 hour period. Nowhere on my booking or ticket was that information included. When I purchased my ticket - all the site displayed was that there is a lot of flexibility and I choose the premium service which offered speedy refunds. None of this was true about the ticket I purchased. It is much easier to deal with airlines directly and get all the information about what you are purchasing.

I am so disappointed with this service. I have called and all I can do know is go through their claims process to try to get some kind of refund and may have to forfeit my ticket entirely :(

The price of airline ticket was listed at $97 on Skyscanner, but my credit card was charged $219 as "eDream Prime special" WTF? These guys are real digital CON ARTISTS, now I am dealing with pile of sh$#% trying to get my money back. I am retired now, so I have a lot of free time to spread word about lack of integrity and honesty in this eDREAMS, com outfit,

The company is an absolut scam. Dont trust them we had to pay twice for our car rental. The company did nothing to support us during our rental period. They do not answer Emails, neither does their "ChatBot" work properly and dont even think calling them via telephone they dont answer that either.

The WORST EVER!

If I could leave negative "stars" I would. This has been the absolute worst customer experience I have ever had in my 55 years on the planet. The list failures is literally too long to list regarding the deceptive and unhelpful ways this company operates. Unfortunately, I did not check reviews prior to booking with them. Had I taken the time to check ratings I would have seen that the experience I have had is all too common. The few bucks it appears you may save with this 3rd party company is not worth it! I was forced to cancel my booking with them as they had secured additional flights I did not order and did not need. A few days after my cancellation, mind you I have still not been able to speak to anyone to this point, I was advised I was not entitled to a refund, by throwing the airline under the bus. Absolutely unconscionable!

Total fraud

Edreams is a total fraud. They took 400$ for a 200$ ticket and the thieves cannot even send an invoice stating what they have deducted the money for despite multiple attempts to reach them.

Never ever going to purchase anything from these thieves.

EDreams SUCKS!

Dear diary, today is November 2nd 2022 and I still have not got my money back. My flight was canceled back in March 2020, you remember? When Covid hit and kept everyone home?
Well, 172 calls later, I am still deprived of my money, and whatever the community manager will reply to this review, my request was escalated 155 times to specialists, I was promised to be called back 126 times and got 0 call back. I was promised timely answers, my money to be reimbursed promptly, but nothing happened.
I am very frustrated and irate, as I feel ignored in this world of incompetent third party providers...
What is more, AirCanada claims that they sent the money back to eDreams. I don't know who to believe anymore.
Such a cruel world.

Never Again

I cancelled my flight booking more than 3 months ago and despite several emails, I have been unable to get any response from eDreams customer service on the status of my refund request.

I paid a premium passenger assistance and cancellation insurance (garanteeing a refund within 3 days), but all my messages to the contact email address provided have been unanswered so far. All I receive is automated responses redirecting me to their website. I tried to call their customer service telephone number, but gave up after staying on hold for more than 45min (for an international call).

This level of customer service is simply unacceptable. After this experience, I will never book flights through this site again.

They sent me a fake ticket and the company caused me to lose more than $500 and travel to the airport for more than 6 hours. They cheat. Caution is important. When I asked to return the amounts, you will be cut from the amount paid.

Price Scam

I booked three tickets from them for a Ryan Air flight. It seemed to take me through the valid Ryan Air site and the flights and extras came to £300. In fact, I was charged £500. They were valid tickets but Ryan Air said they were sold through a company they did not have any arrangement with. There was a difficult process of validating who I was but that went through eventually on the Ryan Air site. You can't get the money refunded through a credit card company because if you scroll the the very bottom of the confirmation email, you find the larger sum, although I can't recall seeing it anywhere when I made the original payment. I'm not sure how Ryan Air allows companies it doesn't work with to access its site, as I didn't just buy flights but seats with extra legroom and luggage allowance. All this was there on the Ryan Air site when I got my purchase "recognised".

My flight was canceled by the airline over three weeks ago. As of today, there's still no sign of a refund or even a flight credit. I am in a foreign country needing to book out to go home and my money is tied up. Yes, I can book a flight and continue to wait for who knows how long if ever to get money back. But, what if it then becomes a credit only? I have asked for escalation, I have asked for a supervisor. Nothing. This is so common the "refund issues" is a standard option from their chat robot system.

I received a first confirmation email from eDreams for a flight to Brussels departing on 9/23, arriving on 9/24. Then two weeks after, I received a second confirmation with a departure on 9/22, arrival on 9/23 without asking me if that change was ok with me. It was not. I contacted them (hours just waiting to speak to someone). They refused to cancel and refund because according to them the ticket was non-changeable, non-refundable, refusing to address the fact that the departure date had changed! Extremely bad customer service. It was like talking to robots. It was my first reservation with them. Never again.

You may save money from booking a ticket from this company but let me tell you from an experience, they will not ever give you a refund or a credit if you cancel your flight even if you have a valid reason. They will provide a confirmation code that the airline does not recognize. Edreams will email you to call the airline but airline won't entertain you because 1. The reference code does not exist. 2. Because you are not their actual customer, it's Edreams so you won't get any information. Best advice, book your flights directly from the airline company.

Ho comprato dei biglietti andata / ritorno Milano Malpensa – Copenhagen, siamo andati all'aeroporto di Kastrup per tempo il giorno del ritorno, il desk di Lufthansa ci ha detto che il volo, che doveva essere come da biglietti alle ore 19:30, in realta' era partito alle 7:30 della mattina. I biglietti eDreams erano sbagliati.
Ho contattato il servizio clienti eDremas in aereporto, mi hanno detto che avrei dovuto acquistare dei nuovi biglietti e dopo richiedere il rimborso seguendo un link da una mail, quindi per tornare in Italia, sempre attraverso eDreams ho dovuto acquistare due nuovi biglietti all'ultimo momento e così ho pagato doppio.
Ho chiamato tante volte, il link della mail non va e gli operatori non sanno aiutarmi e già passato un mese e non mi hanno rimborsato nulla.

Worst company, ever

Booked a round trip ticket, needed to change my return flight, the edreams app said I had to change with Frontier. I called Frontier and they had no record of my return flight, at all. I was unable to reach edreams through the website or through any of the listed telephone numbers. I filed a complaint through the Better Business Bureau and filed a fraud case through my bank. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not do business with the scam of a company. If I could give them negative stars, I would.

Wish I could give 0 for their Customer Support Service!

I accidentally purchased their eDreams Prime service that I DO NOT USE. I signed up for Trial and forgot to cancel it. I DO NOT FLY, I only flew once ever in my life and it was through eDreams but there was no point for me to pay 70$ for their yearly subscription when I DO NOT FLY!

I explained this to their Customer Support and asked for a refund, first I didn't even receive a response for 7 days, after that I created a new ticket and received a generic response that they won't refund me bcz I purchased their eDreams Prime service, even though I have no use for it whatsoever nor I ever used it.

Once I responded to their refund denial they didn't even bother to respond again and it's been overa month now.

I will never again use eDreams to book a ticket and I will strongly advise everyone to avoid this company with their shady practices.

After leaving a bad rating on TrustPilot, I got contacted to be informed that they've opened a ticket for me.
I've received an e-mail that the refund can only be issued if they are contacted within 14 days of the purchase (I contacted them on 4th day, which was 4th of August).

I responded to the ticket informing them that per their own policy I have acted on time and haven't used their product hence I asked for a refund. I was frustrated that they contacted them that they can't refund me due to their policy which I was in no breach of!

At this point I don't even expect to be refunded and their response to my review on Trustpilot is pure mockery. They're breaching their own rules and do not even respond to the e-mail once they've informed you that they won't refund you.

Pure non-sense and pure money-grab.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!
