On Nov. 14th I booked and paid for 2 tickets on Pegasus Air from Istanbul to Antalya and never got a confirmation email or flight voucher My money flew but I didn't. Document all the details before you book. Better don't book.
Impossible to get a hold of someone for any kind of customer service. Airline changed the flight schedule and it no longer worked for me. All that had to be done was to cancel and refund my ticket. It's been 5 days and cumulative 8 hours of waiting on hold over multiple calls and still have not been connected to the relevant department that can process the cancellation.
Worst experience ever. After I booked a flight ticket through them, even if the flight company cancelled/changed the flight, they are refusing to refund me. After I called 3 times, they are still verifing it. I have the impression they are wainting for the date to pass in order to say: Bye bye to your money.
Edreams does not provide the services announced. They dont purchase only simulate to act as travel agency.
Through eDreams I booked flights on United Airlines from Johannesburg to Toronto via New York, scheduled for 6 October 2021. I had all the approvals for travel for USA and Canada, namely the ETA, ESTA and ArriveCan approvals, negative Covid test taken within 72 hours of travel. On arrival at the check-in counter at the airport in Johannesburg, I was advised that as a traveler originating from South Africa I needed a National Interest Exemption for Covid from the US Embassy to allow me to transit through New York to Toronto. I was not allowed to board the flight. At no stage was I advised by eDreams that this was a requirement (all other requirements such as ETA etc are advised).
I have tried to get a refund from United Airlines (they too did not advise me of the NIE requirement at any stage). United advised me to try get a refund from eDreams. When I tried to get a refund from eDreams they advised the ticket is a non-refundable ticket. This is grossly unfair from both United and eDreams - they do not advise their customers of the requirements for travel and then keep the funds for ticket for which I was denied boarding.
Booked Miami return flight. EDreams said return flight cancelled. No alternative offered impossible to speak to eDreams - robots take you round in circles. Contacted BA who said no record of us even on the outbound flight. This company is an absolute disgrace! £1,000 down the drain.

We had the worst experience ever traveling with two airlines that we booked in Edreams. It was a self-transfer flight. The first flight charged us $40 euros because we didn't do the check-in online, even when we were three hours before in the airport. Nobody told us about that situation at all. Unbelievable that this kind of situation still happens in this time, with all the technology that we had. Then, the second flight didn't let us to get into our flight, even we are vaccinated and we have all our documents in law. They didn't know the rules to get into Egypt, even when the official website of the Egyptian government says clearly that people with the vaccine can go to Egypt for holiday. We were vaccinated in the United States but they didn't understand that our vaccine is the same as in Europe and they didn't let us to take the flight. We try to contact Edreams to get a type of compensation for all the problems that we passed through but guess what, impossible to reach this company. We sent emails but any agent reply, they have a Robot system super useless. How can we contact this company? Does anyone knows?
My worst experience flying and I've been in more than 60 countries. I hope this situation helps to save you a lot of problems with this company.

My mother has been stuck at the airport for 3 days waiting for these people to get back to us after her flight delayed and made her miss her connection flight! I called them talked to them, used their website chat which is a joke. My 57 year old mother had to sleep at the airport for 3 days because apparently we shouldn't book a flight until they get back to us. Its been 6 days now and nothing. They said 72 hours at first and then 24 hours. I guess hours work differently at eDreams. An absolute joke. Not the type of people you want at your side when things don't go right. Put your money elsewhere. You have a better chance at getting help from a rock. Zero ratings for zero help we got.
So I tried to book a flight on the 22nd of august 2021, and at the end of the booking, it told me the payment failed, So i went to another site and booked a flight to the same destination, only to be surprised in the airport that I am double booked, and I discovered that edreams took my money 140 euro, I contacted them 2 times by phone, on uk number and italian number, filed a complaint on their site and i have a prime membership! And attached proofs of double booking which i had ground staff print and all this and they refused to refund me saying that there should have been an email sent to me that informed me of the booking, which i never got, It is shocking how a big company can have such a bad customer service!
I got scammed with this company be aware. I bought 6 tickets for my family the price was same as the airlines website however I decided to book with them. I ended charged extra I called them, long holds then they said it was service fee which I didn't see during booking I asked for refund the said I have to complete a form after wasting my time with calls and filling out the form the got back to me after a week saying the can't make any refund. I paid for all the extras & got none of what I paid for. Spend 3 hours on hold one day, 2 hours on hold another day & no answer. Their website doesn't work, the app doesn't work. I missed my flight due to these issues & obviously can't get a refund because no one is answering! Cyber theft!
They claimed to cancel my flight they had a $75 dollar fee and never canceled it and didn't even bother to call and advice me about it worst people you can get a service don't use them at all.

They created a ticket which is not valid. Its from india to canada via usa. As per canada govt requirement there should be covid test from third country for indirect flights. I called airline united airline they said usa won allow you to transit.
First of all they said 18 hours no cancellation fee. After cancellation they said they will check with airlines I cancelled ticket within 18 hours and airlines said they refund whole money within 24 hours cancellation. They completely denied to refund

I booked a trip with return for me and 3 family members.
The airline cancelled the flights. In the first days I had VIP membership because of a free trial and likely because of this VIP membership I was able to contact over the phone and they said they would refund me, weeks have passed, the VIP membership is over, I try to call eDreams, but I receive a recorded msg saying they can't help me, they only help people travelling in the next 14 days (my trip would start in around 40 days).
When I use the chat bots to check "refund status", the chat bot says there isn't any refund in progress. If I go to "my trips" and press "cancel trip", it gives a msg I will be charged a fee for cancelling the trip.
I need my refund to book other flights (flights for 4 between Europe and South America isn't cheap). If I leave it to the last days, the flights will be very expensive and only very long flights.
If they can't handle the support, limit the sell. For sure they won't do it, but should to keep the support in good level. They want your money to get in, and will delay as much as possible to give it back to you.
Never will buy in this company again!

I'm waiting my refund since August about 300$ and I receive the message informing the refound is just 45... I have a lot of messages from sprint informing they did the refound 300& for eDreams
They are not only scammers, the do also illegal activities by charging fees which are not agreed! I was charged only a monthly basis for a fee and I try to find out for what it was.A.) I did not get ANY Feedback at all, even why try to reach them - forget it impossible, B.) FEES are completly intransparent and not based on a legal contral. I will start to sue them for a legal procedure with their illegal activities.
This site has the worst experience, the screen told me one price during booking and my credit card got charged almost twice the amount. This site is completely fraud don't ever book with them. How is it even legal to charge more money than what you show customers? Thankfully I took a video and I will be publishing it all over the place.

I tried to change my flight from Brazil Edrems did not answer the calls I was left alone without to know what to do and I have to pay to come back to London again. I contact them in london to ask for a refund they left me waiting over 30minutes to get support. AVOID travel with dreams.
Tried many times to get Customer Service help to make a change on my reservation. That never happen due to their automated system no offering an option addressing my issue. Neither they have the option to talk to a human person. I lost $151.-
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
