The worst experience of my life! There is no way to get their phone number online. When I finally did I was on hold for 2 hours! My problem was so simple I just needed to combine two bookings into one ( which initially was their mistake) nobody helped me, told me that I have no option but cancel my reservation for 80% refund and that's after I paid cancelation and return fee when purchasing the ticket. It's the WORST booking service! Save your nerves never book with them!
In one word- DO NOT BOOK flight here even if it's $5. They out inaccurate information's as " carry on included in price", then when you cancel, you can't get money back. Nobody is responding to Chat and there is no phone to call. Unbelievable they still exist.
I'm chasing them 18 months for a refund while Easy Jet made a refund after couple of months due to a canceled flight.

I searched for flights on eDreams and found results that mentioned "carry-on included" so I went ahead and booked the flight. After receiving confirmation, I went to the airlines website to check and the airline said that a carry-on is not included. Since then, I have made 15 calls to eDreams (all well documented with the amount of time spent on each call) to rectify the error and their agents have been harassing me all this while. They say that they can see that a carry-on should be included but I will have to wait for the issue to be resolved. They told me that I will hear back in a couple of hours but I did not. I called back and was told the same thing again and again without any response from them. Even when I requested to be transferred to a supervisor, they said that they will not do that. All in all, they listed certain inclusions with the itinerary but have not honored that after the booking, which is simply unethical, fraudulent, and unacceptable. If that changes because of this post, I will post an update, until then, you can assume that you will not be getting any help from eDreams, no matter how much you try.
Couldn't recommend edreams any less, 100% will not be using them again. Only gave them 1 star because I couldn't give 0.
Kept moving my flights to Rome around with corona which was fine, but when my flight was cancelled the kept the refund from the airline and refused to give it back to me. Staff couldn't be less helpful, they don't have a clue and even worse don't seem like they remotely want to help.
Also, never use their option for a free refund when booking a flight (that costs about £50 more) because if the flight is changed ever so slightly you forfeit the right to claim a refund.
I hired a car through eDreams and was charged the full bill (£500) despite the booking being cancelled from arriving 30 minutes late (the eDreams website does not allow you to make amendments to the booking!) to collect the vehicle. The provider of the vehicle provides a full refuend to eDreams and they yet they believe they are entitled to the full sum of the booking, £500, for doing what exactly? Absolute SCAM.
I have contacted citizens advice in the UK along with the European cross-border equivalent. IT IS AGAINST THE LAW TO CHARGE FOR A SERVICE YOU DO NOT PROVIDE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
Edreams took payment for a flight that they did not have tickets for. Its fraud. Customer Service is non existent. I'm trying to get my bank to get a refund. Do not use Edreams.
The business has no working phone number, even if you pay their "prime" subscription. They do not advertise any address being afraid of agree mob and lawsuits. They sell you a booking, a day before your flight when you try to check in you understand (from the airline) your booking does not exist. They sell you the same trip for 3x the price. Stay away from these criminals.

There should be a UK law that any company offering travel originated from th UK has to have a UK base governed by our laws and where we can take legal action.
These people are fraudsters.
They are given some credibility by the likes of Skyscanner promoters and other reasonable websites who must know their reputation but profit from their custom.
Websites like Trustpilot allow them to suppress negative reviews on technicalities with the result they just look poor rather than blatent scammers.

I am now waiting for well over a year for a refund from Edreams for a flight that was cancelled by the airline. Edreams have repeatedly assured me that they are dealing with my request and although they have given me some money in drips and drabs. Their online system has now reset my request to 'completed' and I had to escalate the issue all over again more than a year after my initial request. Edreams still owe me over £500 and it is now impossible to get through to them on the phone
I bought ticket by edream, and then airline cancelled the flight due to something. And they told me that I am entitled to a refund. But I must apply for that through the agancey you bought the ticket. I applied for refund by email phone and edream app. Their customer service keep saying lies. The said that they received back the money from airline and they are transferring the money to my account. It has been a month so far that I didn't get back my refund
People be careful about this website! They apply hidden charges without let you know. My flight ticket currency was set in EURO but they charged me in GBP without showing that. Then I noticed that they charged me 45 euros more than the flight airline! So they sold a 200-euro flight for 245 euros! That simple!

Booked in June paid extra for free cancellation had to cancel unable talk to any body, The only message I get is waiting for Quantas to refund my money. What a hussel. Think I'll have to say goodbye to my money.The only thing left is the department of free trading. Why are people like this allowed to operate in Aus.
Absolutely horribly. My husband booked through edreams and his return flight was canceled three times. When he called to see what was going on to try to confirm another return flight he was put on hold for hours and hung up on three times. When he finally got ahold of someone they said his flight wasn't cancel and sent his flight information via email but even the email they sent while he was on the phone with them said that THE FLIGHT WAS CANCELED! They obviously didn't read the email they had sent him! When the return flight was finally fixed after much finagling my husband went to the airport to check in for his flight three hours before scheduled take off to find they never actually made the connecting flight to his destination! He had to wait 19 hrs in Amsterdam because of their incompetence! I just hope my husband can get home! We will NEVER EVER book through edreams ever again. Absolutely appalled with their services and customer service. Shameless!
Booked my flights here, didn't receive a confirmation, just an in progress email. Company keeps making promises about confirmations and refunds, but not sticking to any of them. Nobody is calling me back, blaming it all on the airlines, instead of solving their internal problems. No honest information, callcenter agents who are not allowed to think for themselves. The service is not even worth the 1 star, minus 5 would have been the right amount in this company. They expect customers to go to the airport on a non-comfirmed flight to find out if they're leaving right there, instead of helping you out with decent information. I'd made the mistake to book here and deeply regret this. Warning to all potential customers, think twice before making your booking!
Never book via edreams! I tried it once and it cost me a lot of extra money when I had to rebook a flight. First of all it is impossible to speak to them on the phone and it takes days for them to reply. I paid extra to edreams to be able to change my flight and they replied after two days that they contacted the airline and said there are no flights available for my request, which was a lie because I managed to buy myself another ticket for that flight. From now on I only book directly with the airline company, if you have multiple distinations book every flight as a one way...
This is not a ligimitmate business or if it was it isn't now. They seem to be on every travel and flight web search as the cheapest option but all they will do is take your money and run. Fyi. All the positive reviews on trust pilot are obviously from the edreams own agents. Name checking themselves as great advisors.

I have been waiting for over a month for a refund of $2300 Canadian... I've called and spoke to a bunch of different people now they have gonna very rude and hang up on me... their number is 1 they 613 sent 366 me 4297 they sent me an email saying the airlines would not refund my money. I called the airlines and they said they have nothing to do with the refund because I didn't purchase the tickets through them. I called the company back and they said we're not an airlines and to that I said your the company I bought my tickets from. They said they wouldn't give me anything and closing down the company wouldn't get my money back
Over charged me on my baggage! Then I got to airport and they didn't have the reservation for the extra baggage. So, I paid again.
Got a hold of a rep and they said go elsewhere for a refund.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
