Having booked and paid for a ticket, I have discovered that this outfit have no association with Ryanair and the flight does not exist. Furthermore, they have attempted to charge my card for additional costs ("prime account") which I was not advised of and never requested. Fortunately, I had an auto stop on my card which prevented them from completing the transaction.
Never use these fraudsters. Go directly to the airline, and ensure that it is the correct site.
Lessons learnt!
Booked a trip to Cancun for 11/15 to 11/19. The flight dates were correct. The hotel was booked for 11/14 to 11/18. I had to pay $340 out of pocket to cover the extra night. Calling the so called ‘help center' sent me in circles until frustrated. I should have booked everything myself. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You will be sorry!
After our flight from Rhodes to Crete was cancelled last month due to bad weather eDreams informed me that I had to contact the airline as not their responsibility!
Airline communication was spot in and organised a refund to the booking card.
Unfortunately the card that was credited was not mine and the airline told myself to get in touch with booking agent.
After contacting eDreams and supplying card receipt there has been absolutely no response after numerous emails.

Very disappointing. After calling up the customer service due to payment issues, the representative Manpreet assured me that we were good to go. The next morning, I receive an automated email alerting us that our booking has been "declined -
We could not process the request for this part of the trip." No reason provided. So I call up the customer service once again (painful experience) - just to be informed that part of our trip has been cancelled (no reason provided). Instead of getting refunded the full amount that we paid, we only receive a partial refund! Never heard back from them again. Not recommended!

I was traveling from cairo to Barcelona and I already did check-in. I submitted my qr code paper and I realise in the airport that I lost the qr code. They told me that I was not able to travel but I can change my ticket. When they realise that I did my booking with edreams they told that the aircraft company they didn't have any problem of changing without any charge. I call edreams they told me that they will not change and was not refunded. I complained since I am a good customer and I have a prime account but they didn't do anything and they didn't change it neither do any refund. Please don't book through them just book through the aircraft company directly

Ryanair canceled the flght because of Covid19 and returned our money to eDreams, but eDreams took our money for itself. In response to all our demands to return the money to us eDreams wrote that we can demand refund on our booking in eDreams only direct from Ryanair.
For several years now I have been using eDrems only to find out which companies fly the flights I need, but I order tickets only directly from the websites of these companies. It is both cheaper and more reliable.
I don't understand how eDreams is still in business! The website crashes all the time and when it doesn't, it tells you that "the flight is no longer available." I got one ticket from eNightmare. The website crashed during the payment and went to the homepage. I didn't get any confirmation or anything, so I got my flight elsewhere. AFTER I shopped for my other flight and got the confirmation email, I got an email from eNightmare telling me that my flight was confirmed. And to cancel, they "respectfully" asked me to call the airlines, which were two different companies, and calling them was a nightmare of its own. Shame! For advertisement, they know how to ask for money. For service, they offer incompetance.
Korean air booking with alaska and delta operating the legs. They could not understand that Korean air did not actually fly any of 4 legs. They could not understand Korean air was not tracking the flights whatsoever. They could not understand that my first flight canceled on me, so wanted them to do something about it or refund me. They simply told me "Your flights have been confirmed" for 2 hours, using their obsolete information. A simple google or glance at the flight on the operating carrier's website would have showed them it was canceled, but no they would not do that for me. I have no words for what God awful service this company has. Never. Again
I was super scared after reading countless nightmare reviews. Our experience was amazing. Phoenix to San Diego price too good to be true and yes I booked it before i read the reviews. I also didnt opt for any additional insurance or any extras. Everything went perfect each way no issues whatsoever. I know sometimes company's make mistakes and then never live it down but this time they did great!
Initially I booked this through Expedia who partners with eDreams. I booked a flight and hotel to Austin tx for a work reatreat. Kasa Living (Air BnB) would not allow me stay there due to an interim ID not being validated by their team... They said the travel agent from expedia would need to trigger the request for a refund. Expedia sent me to eDreams. To find a person to talk to in eDreams was a joke. Get on a bot call for 2 hours and wait in line until you can chat with someone. Then they pass you off to another person and you finally get a phone number. 3 calls later and wrong information from agents, I finally was able to get my refund request in. Booked through expedia and will never do so again. Expedia was just as bad and I was on the phone for over 2 hours with them before being disconnected. All three parties should be ashamed for their level of service and difficulty to reach. What a joke!
I booked with eDreams for my flight to Florida. I will NEVER use a travel agency again after using eDreams. They wrote that the carry on bags were INCLUDED in the price when in fact they WEREN'T. I found out after calling the airline when my confirmation code that was given to me by eDreams was wrong. Turns out they put in my email wrong and a lot of my other personal information which caused me to have to rebook with the airline. When I contacted eDreams to be reimbursed for the carry one bags that they said were included in the price, I was hung up on. I've emailed them pictures of my receipts and have tried getting in contact with them through email and I have yet to hear back a month later. I've been following up and crickets… I highly recommend that nobody book with this travel agency.
I booked a flight to Lagos in June 2021, I ought to have received a refund as the flight did not go ahead, today is the 24th of January 2022 and I'm still waiting for a refund to come through. There is no real updates when I call edreams, they keep telling me it's in process. They keep me on hold for well over 2 hours or more before they respond to my calls and when they do, they are not helpful in anyway what so ever. Edreams has to be the worst travel company ever. Just refund my money. I just want my refund. You promised me that I will get my refund, it's been 7 months already.
This company is the biggest scam. You won't be able to talk to a live agent and the computer agents are less than helpful. Book through a reputable company! If I could give zero stars I would.
Not reliable at all. Their site is not clear. Only after completing the purchase, you find that you have purchased the service you did not want and when you contact them, they say that no change can be made or get a credit. Definitely, I will not purchase through them in the future and I, in no way recommend using their service

I stupidly bought an eDreams Prime subscription last summer, thinking to save money on a trip. Instead, undisclosed fees added $250 to the cost of a one-week condo rental. Also, although eDreams is perfectly happy to accept American Express for its annual subscription (which of course renews automatically), it will take only Visa and Mastercard when I try to book a trip. Very inconvenient for US travelers. Plus, both Visa and Mastercard providers declined payment, suspecting fraud. I spent hours on the phone ironing it all out, including with rude, unpleasant eDreams call center employees. Stick with Expedia — you'll do so much better!
This is the last company that will ever cross my mind again when I will be booking flights. I booked a flight on Oct 18 with Spirit through edreams. I had to cancel the flight the very next morning due to some unavoidable circumstances. Edreams didn't let me cancel through their website and suggested to cancel with the airline directly which I did within 24hra of booking my flight. This is a standard in USA where cancellations within 24 hrs are fully refundable. Spirit promptly cancelled my air tickets and refunded to edreams. I have since then tried to contact them several times but to no avail. I got a reply to my email and was asked to upload airline cancellation confirmation which I did. There was no response to my email for a week after that. The phone call is auto disconnected telling me that a once my travel dates are ot within the next 2 weeks they cannot help me and I should call later. Somehow after waiting and hour in chat on their app I got hold of a rep who told me that my ticket will be cancelled and he will take care of it. But even after 3-4 days nothing happened. So I had to endure the wait for chat again and ask again for refund. The customer service finally put in my request and all has been silent since then. The email I received says something else and their app status says something else about my refund entirely. This was our first vacation after 2 years of being at home with 2 kids during this pandemic and edreams have made it so stressful which was suppose to be a relaxing period for me and my family. I have a confirmation from spirit that they refunded to their master card ending in 7500. And edreams tells me they are still waiting on confirmation from airline to cancel my tickets and that airline is taking 3-6 months to refund. This is utter lie as I know otherwise. DO NOT TRUST THESE FRAUDS. They will keep your money and not refund you. Avoid avoid avoid at all cost
This has been going on since 31st October and we are being ignored we have provided EDREAMS with everything that they required and proof from Ryanair that we were not listed on the flight to Prague on the 31st October, they are now just ignoring us and not responding to anything at all.
We paid for that flight where has the money gone then out of pocket as had to book new flights at the airport, this was totally not our fault and as a consumer surely they cannot just ignore us!
I called them for a change in my ticket and I was waiting for 2 hours and nobody cared to answer. It is impossible to reach a customer care to answer our request.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
