COVID variant prevented travel to South Africa. Booked internal flight (Lift Airlines) in SA through eDreams. Since I cannot fly to SA, I wanted full refund. Even though eDreams appears on my credit card, they told me to contact Lift--this is unprecedented since airlines always send you back to the booking agent. Lift refused refund but it is the merchant eDreams who charged my card. I have disputed the charges and I am waiting for the results. Will never book with them again and for ~$100 USD they will lose a customer. Bad business.
I booked a connecting flight the other day DXB to KUL then KUL to MNL. 1st flight was confirmed and ticket was sent. However, I was given a only a booking reference number and upto the last minute, I was following up regarding the flight confirmation and ticket. Chat support was worst and their only response was "Ticket will be sent shortly due to system issues that might take upto 4 hours." Came the day of my flight and upon checking in, the airlines confirmed that the connecting flight confirmed was DXB to KUL then KUL to AKL. We immediately called the agency but was just placed on hold for more than 2 hours. While we are waiting for a customer support to pick up the call, we also tried to reach them via chat support only to get a straight answer that they cannot refund even the mistake was from their end. Now, I have to shell out more money to try and get a flight from somewhere else not to mention extra cost for another hotel booking due to missed flight because of this incompentent company on top of the hassles they've caused.
If I were you, save yourself from stress and go book somewhere else. Seems that this company is operating by scamming people off. If I could give a negative review to this scammers, I would love to do so.
Purchased tickets from eDreams them through Kayak. OK, great! HOWEVER, a few days later, the airlines cancelled my flight due to COVID. This is when the nightmare begins. Contacted eDreams over a period of a week via their email, website, and phone number. Email and website inquiries goes into a black hole. Calling them by phone puts you on hold for hours (see my attached image of phone call), only to be told that they will "get back with you." There is no reference or name to refer to. The call center is operated from India, and apparently no one has authority or accountability to solve any problems.
Bottom line: It's really easy and fast to BUY your tickets, but it is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to refund the ticket if you have any issues.
I booked on Monday and they cancelled without telling me since I didnt get confirmation 4 days later and I messaged them on chat and they were not helpful at all. See screenshots

I had the worst experience with eDreams. One of my flights got cancelled by the airline and it took me three days of trying to talk to someone. They didn't provide any solution and even told me that I couldn't cancel the reservation using the insurance because the airline had cancel the flight so I just had to wait and see… After a lot of fighting over the phone with someone that was just reading a script, they told me I could request the refund but theybwere gonna wait until the airlines cane back with their decision. It took another fight over the phone to process a partial refund for the flight that was cancelled. No empathy or care for their customers. I would highly avoid using eDrems for anything
I've downloaded the edreams app and booked a flight. A month or so before I decided to cancel but when I went to do it there appeared a warning saying I should wait until the day before my flight as I might get better compensated nearer the departure date. The day before I could no longer cancel my flight on the app and when I contacted edreams costumer service they told me I could recieve a voucher for my flight instead or cancel the flight but I'd have to get in contact with the agencies for each flight. When I went to the website for vueling, there said I could only cancel my flight up to 48h before the departure, and there was no way to get a voucher. Absolutely disgusting policies and very misleading. I'm appalled and will never use this service again.
It is not easy to do the cancellation as advertised. I have been trying for days. All in vain.

I am unble to find my flight bookings in the airline website as stated in eticket itinerary.
By the time I reached to airport, people working on the airline's check-in desk confirmed me that, one of my connecting flights does not even exist! Due to that I had to cancel whole itinerary. And its been more than a month eDreams has not refund me yet! They don't even have a customer service on phone call, all they provide is that chatting box.
This is one of the $#*! agent to book your ticket with, I booked the ticket and change my plan because of the border restriction. And counldnt even talk to this agent to discus about my refund. I would not recommend eDreams.
The only good thing that this app has to offer is cheap prices. My flight got canceled Alligent sent a refund and edreams used a different card number that was not mine to pay for my ticket. They kept the refund and I still can not contact them. While going through security my boarding pass which I was using through the app, was showing up invalid and I had to go to the desk and pay for a printed one. I spent two hours waiting for an Allegiant representative and they informed me that they are known to be very fraugullent.
Seven and a half months without a refund. My ticket was cancelled by the airline in April 2021. It is now December 2021 and eDreams has not given me a refund. They never answer the phone and it seems that they have no intention of giving me a refund. There are over 300 complaints against eDreams in Southeast Florida alone. I don't know when they will return the money they owe me.
Don't purchase tickets with edreams. They steal. I booked a flight with them. During booking had an option to pay $2 for online checking. I selected that one, it was just $2. Apparently edreams registered me for prime with that purchase and after 1 month charged my credit card over $80!. No company should be allowed to put a charge on my account that I haven't provided my info for. I found their emails at junkies after I got the charge. I thought they were simply advertisements. There is not even any membership number or anything else to reach them and cancel. I have to cancel my bank card. I know for sure that I will never book anything with edreams.
I have contacted our airline which gave me written details of their refund to eDreams on our behalf. EDreams keep denying they have a refund and make any follow up contact so onerous that a resolution virtually impossible. EDreams is not fit to hold any brochuring license.
It was impossible to contact edreams by phone. It was almost impossible to contact edreams by email and communicate with a real person. Most communication is by robot and no reply email. Had to use BBB to help resolve our problem. I don't recommend this company.
I'm writing this review beyond any disappointment and disgusted. Please invest your money in any other flight ticket business but not this one, you are losing money and flights cause it's going to be cancelled. Over that they don't help you through nothing you have to figure it out, customer service doesn't exist, you basically chatting with robots and their agents are incapable of solving issues they create. I'm very upset, haven't travel to my country in 3 years and when I'm finally ready, I sadly purchase my flight ticket with then and they canceled it after a week, the saddest part is my dumbass brought their prime package and they tried to make me pay for more $900 in order to fit me in another flight. Please don't give yourself unnecessary headaches purchasing with this $#*!ty business.

I booked a car rental from this awful website. The booking went successfully. Payment went through. Then few minutes later, I got an email for booking cancellation with no clarification so ever. I tried to find a phone number for their customer services, but I couldn't find any. However, I used their chatbox to chat with them, but they asked me to send an email to other people within their company who handle such issues like it was impossible to send that note on my behalf to the other department! So, i sent the email as directed asking why my booking got cancelled. They responded to me with this meaningless email that i still don't understand. " We would like to clarify that all approved bookings pass by a standard automatized screening process, which in the end proceeds with the validation or declining of all the bookings.
As this is a automatized process crossing security elements which we do not have in some cases full visibility or interference, we can only advise at the end if your booking failed to meet the security elements, as it did in this case"

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
