Even though I paid an extra amount for cancelation, they DID NOT refund my money. The airline canceled the ticket and returned the money back to them, but they don't refund.
EDreams is het meest waardeloze bedrijf dat ik ken!
Recentelijk kocht ik vliegtickets voor mijzelf en mijn partner. Ik ontving een e-mail dat mijn boeking moest worden 'beoordeeld', mijn vriend ontving geen enkele mail of andere info. Mijn boeking werd geannuleerd vanwege 'card details'. Ik nam contact op via de chat: "Nee mevrouw, u kunt beter met creditcard betalen." iDEALbetalingen worden dus niet geaccepteerd, waarom biedt eDreams dan deze mogelijkheid?! De boeking van mijn partner zou ook geannuleerd worden. Van een refund was echter nooit sprake: "De betreffende boeking was namelijk nooit gemaakt en hierom schreef eDreams dan ook niets van mijn rekening af."
Ik word van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd. Zo nam ik contact op met de bank, Adyen, iDEAL en het zielige eDreams zelf. Chat, mail, telefoon: bij eDreams werkt niets.

They charged me for a Edreams subscription that I did not agree for. I tried to get in touch to get a refund. No one answers my messages.

I booked through skyskanner a flight (self-transfer) so two flights and both ryanair. I got the first flight information and could check on it at the ryanairs website, but the second flight i could not and it said i have the wrong information. Called ryanair 6 times and edreams aswell and they said to me to not call back and they will send a email to ryanair. I was on wait for forever aswell. I didn't give up tho because i needed those flights. Ryanair said that i need my information to get the ticket and that my information was wrong as in my email is not correct. Basically i wrote them a long letter, to both companys and in the end, Edreams had used for the first flight my correct email and for the other flight a totally typed wrong email. Was very stressful and exhausting. Plus they added like 30 euros aswell as some random fee. Would have been just easier buying straight from the airlines company. But i have had friends who bought from edreams and said they had no issues so thats why i bought from them. But i just wouldn't want to take a chance again and get scammed again.
Skinuti su mi novci sa kartice za jedan let dva puta. I nikada nisu vraceni. Pokusala sam ih kontaktirati ali nisam dobila nikakav adekvatan odgovor na moj problem.
Horrible experience, long wait, no one who can give knowledgable support, I had to repeat the steps back every time due to not feeling the agent was clear or explicate with the direction. They mentioned policies but never told me what the policy was when it came to changing my flight, I asked to speak to another agent and they would not let me speak to someone else. I finally gave up and called the airline directly who was able to help me and adjust my booking as needed.

Airline - if refund possible they are not allowed to talk to you
If not you are more than welcome to cancel without refund... than most probably they will sell that ticket again.
Call them and wait for 2 hours to get absolutely no response.
Dispute transaction as they will do separate transactions to each airline without your knowledge.
Please report scamwatch and do mention skyscanner as they made it possible for them. Skyscanner can fix them if they want.

First they said I had a 30 days trial I try the sevice once and wanted to cancel, on the platform it said I had to call to cancel! I was never able to get a hold of anyone to cancel the subscription…. Then ofcourse they made a charge to my card for a yearly plan…. It's been a month and am not able to reach them. After they charge you for a year you are now able to cancel the subscription on the platform but not able to get a refund. It's a scammmmmmmmm!
Made booking only to find out a week later took more money from my card no invoice after five phone calls now can't talk to anyone at eDreams please don't use this company one big rip off
You pay for transferrable ticket and cannot change ticket. DO NOT USE!

After waiting almost 10months I am still without a refund for tickets worth $1000+. Their chat system is an endless loop that will not let you talk to an agent about refunds (just a default message about refunds taking 3 - 6 months), and their phone numbers are just dead. I cannot reach them to get help on something they supposedly are going to follow up on... An absolute joke of a company.
EDreams are a nightmare to deal with, do not book through eDreams! I booked a flight from Dublin to Calgary with a connection in Toronto and the same coming back it was a round trip.
I downloaded the eDreams app had my flight details there to see.It was a week before I left Ireland I discovered my return flight had changed and was no longer departing from Calgary, it was now departing from Toronto and no word of Calgary at all. They never notified me of the change. I contacted eDreams through the app in the chat section and they would not help me, they ignored me. I tried again with a different person this time and ignored once again. In the finish up I had to book an independent flight from Calgary to Toronto, out an extra $500 now.
Do not go with eDreams. They're a nightmare.

I bought an international Flight. I recieved the ticket, but the airline didin't find the ticket at the company. I lost my money, Nobody answer emails or the chat app.

We had our first flight postponed, they sent us to a hotel for the night and all that. Because of that, we would loose our flight (that we booked with them). I called them, they said we weee eligible to change the flight to the next day so I did it, then at the end they have me the fee (for changing the flight) 10x more than if I just bought it online! How come?! Of course I lost the flight with them and bought the same flight through a different company, paying 10x cheaper. This is ridiculous.

I wish I had read these reviews earlier! It's a fraudulent company, how can we get it closed. No one is interested in your problem, deal with it. The most they will do is get u to speak to Kris a robot and it will disappear... omg I can't really express what this company did to my family. It ruins lives
1) They fleece the customer of money. Even customer service by phone requires extra payment of $25, not to speak of booking seats and other regular extras.
2) They charged me a foreign transaction fee of 3%, even though I paid in dollars, just because the Airline is booked in is an Indian airline.
3) The only free customer service is through chat. Twice, I met an unfriendly agent, who asks oblique questions and hardly solves the issue.

I was excited to see there was a cheap flight on eDreams to my destination, but as I started going through the motions to purchase the tickets I was dismayed to see the price keep on rising. Plus there was numerous upsells throughout the process, I felt like I was being sold to by an aggressive salesman, plus I kept getting reminders that the plane ticket would go away soon. I felt really pressured to buy and did not enjoy my experience at all! Just before buying it said my new rate was over double the original posted rate saying that the tickets went up in price since I started the process! I eventually decided to go directly to the airlines I was buying a ticket for and just buy through there. It was cheaper than eDreams and a much more pleasant experience.
I will not be using eDreams again.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
