EDreams has a customer support staff that takes your calls and makes promises that never happen. Zero action ever. Needed to make a flight change because Morocco blocked tourism due to covid; called eDreams every week and only received promises. When we canceled our booking, they said we would only receive 25% refund; okay; but they didn't cancel and we received $0. They are all talk, no action.
WARNING! A big nightmare experience! DDreams is the worst agency, do not make business with them and save your money and headaches. They are based in Spain, they do not take responsibility about anything and you can not talk to any one, no customer service at all and the will take your money without your permission. WARNING!
Make sure you are 100% sure of your decision before hitting SUBMIT! It is virtually impossible to get any support after that. No live agents available, just Bots. Very frustrating.
After I booked a flight with Edreams, after 30 days, I was charged for a Prime Plan which I did not ask for and also have no access to (as it is not available in my account). Calling them is a huge mess. Been on the phone for a couple of HOURS already and no success. In one of their pages They even say that they do not refund this as apparently it's been my trial time (the 30 days since my ticket acquisition), but as I said this is so terrible that they charged me something they are not even providing.
A. They withdrew 200euros from my card more than the money I agreed to - in other words, the amount charged was different than the one shown at the site when I pressed the button. The amount shown at the webpage was withdrawn immediately and some days later, another 200 euros were withdrawn from one of the air companies I was travelling with. They put the blame on the air company. b.my flight was rescheduled for 3 days later. All other agents (travel booking companies), upon demand of their clients, rescheduled them to fly at the original date for free, since the airline had a flight the original date, early morning. Edreams refused to reschedule me and wanted to charge me for "changing my ticket", while I never changed anything, I just wanted to fly the date I originally booked and paid for. They tried to put the blame on the air company while I know the air company agreed to reschedule other passengers. Every time I spoke with them on the phone, I never heard one word of truth from the employees of their call center. They even refused there was another flight and I had to go online to double check and then call them back. They are a scam of a travel company. Never book with them if you don't wanna loose the ticket money and the money they steal from your card themselves
This is the worse online ticketing agency on the planet right now. I bought a ticket and needed the first name to be corrected, I was being deceived and told the name would be corrected and I would fly at the set time of travel. Only to call the airline and got the true situation that the name couldn't be changed due to two airline being involved in the ticket.
Now I am about to loose this huge amount of money due to misinformation from edreams. These guys are pathetic liars. They asked me to email travel doc. And nothing was sent to the airline. Airline was disappointed at the way the attended to the issue.
Please do not ever use this airline again they are the worse.
I bacame prime member in edreams company without realizing it, i just wanted to download the app. Τhen the application was too complicated for me to cancel my subscription and I contacted with the customer service, initially via online messages (where responses were automated) and then via phone call. Here, i want to point out that i dont think so, that they provide customer service, as was extremely hard to pick up someone the phone. So, as i had all the evedence in screenshots, regarding my request for cancellation, they supposedly accepted my request for refund. I get my refund on 06th of November and they CHARGE ME AGAIN on 09th of November 59.90 pounds FROM MY PREVIOUS CREDIT CARD WITH OUT MY PERMISSION, as i had deleted this credit card from the online edreams application. After that, i was really so upset and tried to contact with the customer service, I sent hundreds of emails, They told me that the amount had been refunded, i was never get any refund and then I mentioned to them to connect me with the manager and I really never got any response from anyone! They violated my data protections, accessing my card without my consent. Unreliable company and unprofessional. I would not recommend it to anyone.
I'm so stupid. How did I book a flight with these people and not check reviews? Flight was cancelled and I got no notification from them or airline. After countless attempts I got to chat with a "real" person who was useless. I'm obviously going to lose all of my $650. I blame myself. And Intercarribean Airlines is just as bad, so I don't even know if I have a return flight still booked since first leg was cancelled. What a disgrace. Scamming people has become the MO for so many of these organizations.
After testing positive for COVID, I was told by the airline I would receive full refund, but I had to go through eDreams. Contacted eDreams. Online service is a joke and non-existent. Called them after searching for a phone number. On hold for 2 hours, and then told I'd probably not get a refund. EDreams messed up my ticket from the beginning, then changed my flight, and now are saying no refund, even though the airline guaranteed it! I'm out of $1000. Customer service terrible. I'd never fly with eDreams again! Book direct with airline in the future. Don't waste your time with eDreams. Worse experience I have ever had, and I fly all over the world. Never again with these guys!
They just took money for ticket and isuued a unrecognised PNR reference, so airline said its wrong. I bought a tickets from Sydney to Chennai,. On the day of departure their apo showed me, the airline cancelled your flight. I checked Sydney departures it was clearly saying on time. Then reconfirm with airlines and they said the flight is scheduled to departure, then i called Edreams customer support and the guy mentioned and keep on saying your flight is cancelled by airlines. I went to Airport i saw the check in counter is opened for my Airlines, i showed my ticket and the host couldn't find any bookings on my name and the flight number date time exactly matches, but they said this is scam. I have attached all the screen shot and my flight left on the same day. This is fraudulent company and i will blame only Skyscanner send me through this booking Agent and skyscanner should take full responsibility.
I had to change my flight back. The App, nor the automated Chat allowed it and redirected me to the Customer service. 1) the number was wrong, it didn't bring the +44 UK country code 2) after 10' waiting time, I hang up as the call bill was already up to 40$! I knew that the airline company had seats available on earlier flights. Never ever again booking through intermediary like eDreams and Co.

I tried to discuss the feasibility and price of changing my return ticket but I desisted after WAITING 1 HOUR AND 15 MINUTES and NOBODY PICKING MY CALL.
F***k*d up site. -100(negative 100)/100 rating for everything. Dont use this site to book anything even if it is the last site on this planet. And when it comes to refund, I would say --> forget it. You wont get it until you take birth on this planet for atleast ******* times or more.
I have flight yesterday 30th December 2021.
It was Qatar airways flying to Doha to Kathmandu. They told I was not eligible to go back because they have layover in Brisbane. I hold Nepalese passport. I didnt have visa. Obviously there was no where written in my flight. I am stocked in backpacker, waste of money, pcr test. Edreams not responding, no calls response. Please help. I need to get my refund. They have cancelled my return flight. I need serious help
EDeams and Spirit Air are both disasters and I recommend you have nothing to do with either. They said my flight was refundable, and wouldn't refund. They said it was changeable and it was, if I paid them more than twice what the original fare was. They repeatedly wouldn't respond to emails or chats and it was impossible to get them on the phone. I only was able to finally get them on the phone once they said it was too late to change my flight via the internet. Only then did they provide me with a phone number. I called and was repeatedly disconnected and offered useless information. Please stay away. Am only providing one star because this program won't allow me to give zero.
No customer service, for your own piece of mind stay away from edreams. Only automated reply to my emails. Extremly disatisfied.
I booked tickets to fly from Montreal to Florida last year, the flight was cancelled due to Covid 19, but I have not received any refund from them. Do NOT book from this website, they are frauds!
Purchased Airline ticket. Airline canceled flight 2 months in advance. I called Travel agency 4 times to rebook and nobody would get back to me. Finally I had to call Airline and they referred me back to Agency because they are discount tickets. No refund lost 1800 dollars. I couldn't even rebook. This is against all ARC and IATA policy and EU laws. SCAM network here.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
