Wondering about eDreams' modus operandi? Well, aside from the many below about cancelled flights and refunds mysteriously not forthcoming there's this. You go there via sponsored link on Momondo promising your flight for USD$94.79. You go through the whole process but you don't choose their subscription plan, which is what they really want from you, because then they make it difficult to cancel, as numerous complaints attest. You enter your credit card details. The price still says USD$94.79. You press PAY... and immediately up pops a red notice: "there has been a change in the price of your flight." It's now USD$419.10
Wait a few minutes, do the search again in a new private browser window to avoid trackers and... hey presto!... it's showing USD94.79 again. (The second photo, which has datestamped metadata).
This is called "bait and switch" and it's illegal.
As well as submitting this here I'm sending it via the Europa. Eu website (google Unfair commercial practices bait advertising) which I would encourage other European users to do. The penalties can be millions of euro if enough people provide evidence (I kept a screen recording which I will supply via YouTube).
OPLICHTERS zeer slechte ervaring met EDreams.
Ik ben sinds september 2021 bezig om mijn geld terug te krijgen.
Ze hebben mijn vlucht zelf geannuleerd, deze is niet doorgegaan, dan horen ze volgens de EU regels binnen 7 dagen je geld terug te storten. Februari 2022 nog steeds geen cent van hun ontvangen en niets van hun gehoord. Herhaaldelijk geprobeerd contact te leggen. Contact nauwelijks mogelijk met computer vn hulp via een chatrobot, geen service, telefoon, adres of dergelijke.
Het zijn zeer klant onvriendelijke, onbetrouwbare oplichters, geven geen terugbetalingen terwijl ze zelf de vluchten annuleren.
Boek niet via edreams. Als er iets wijzigt of geannuleerd wordt ben je steevast je geld kwijt. Onbegrijpelijk dat dergelijke oplichters gewoon verder kunnen gaan ondanks talloze klachten. 1 ster is nog te veel.
EDreams give you only a very bad dream!
I have been scammed. Our flights were cancelled and airlines informed us that the money was refunded to edreams 7 days later. I have tried to contact them every week since November when it happened. No contact number is available. U can chat to the a robot who gives the same answer that airlines is taking 3 to 6 months to refund. I cannot believe they have not returned 2000 dollars which has extra fees on top of it. We will now go to consumers forum and have asked our bank to dispute the transaction. I will post a review everyday so hopefully they cant do it to anyone else
Completely useless, paid the extra for the flight change provision. Flying to Italy to see my son, there was a cancellation on one leg, coincidentally I wanted to change my flight times, after confirming times in a chat with their man, the confirmation email had me leaving 2 days earlier and via frankfurt. Im paying for another ticket home, will cost about €600. No one to talk to, their app is glitchy at best, you wonder why people don't rob banks any more, they set up companies that have vague ideas on customer service and intricate ideas on how to rip you off. The reviews on people opting the cash out, seems the shortcut way of them keeping your money, less dramas for them actually having to do their jobs and service your travel requirements. Google may I say is partially responsible for giving these gronks screen time. There should be a responsible service on accountabilty and serviceabilty. In my eyes they are as bad as the companies they advertise- hence no more google pour moi.
I thought I was on frontier site and booked a flight. But no go. I waited for hours and it never processed to book and these a-holes charged me! I could not get through to customer service! Tread lightly with this site! Very bad news!

Covid test change from 72 hours to 24 hours made our tests invalid. Had to reschedule and Copa wouldn't help and edreams wouldn't change flight for less than 2300 dollars. The original tickets were only 1800 dollars.
I booked a return flight for a fix price on their page but then I realized that I have been charged almost two times the ticket fee.
I have spent hours trying to call them but no success. Scam chat line and no way to complain.
Yes, you can find cheaper deals with eDreams, but I had to cancel my flight due to Covid. When you call them they tell you to talk to the airline. When you call the airline they tell you to contact eDreams. This went on for days. Customer service was unhelpful. I'm NEVER using them again. Better to book your flights directly with the airline so you can be protected (and make changes later on).
So I booked a flight that the company cancelled due beyond regular maintenance. Edreams marked me as a no show and refused to give a refund. They said I would get a call back but never did it was 1 year and they still haven't refunded me. I even sent them the email that the airline company sent me saying they cancelled the flight and there reasoning. But still say I was a no show. Don't book through them, they have the worst customer service! If I could give a negative stars I would!
They listed an economy ticket as business class on sky scanner! I paid 400% more than I was supposed to! Complete scam. I will be instructing my law firm to take legal action against edreams so they know not to do this crap again. EVERYONE stay away from edreams the customer service is a sham - look at the other reviews on here
I have filled a refund of a airline ticket in the month of March of 2021. Still no refund yet and not even any kind of response. I have been trying to contact them for months.
It is extremely unprofessional behaviour from their end. I would not be suggesting any of my friend to book any type of ticket through them.
This company is based in UK and they are highly irresponsible. I did not believe this type of company still exist. They are just taking people money and never intend to refund it.

I bought a 4 leg trip - avoided all the options to pay extra money.
The money was taken from my card.
It looked like everything was in order = though still waiting for the confirmation.
Then next day I got email telling me the first three legs could not be confirmed as my payment did not go through!
I checked with the bank. No problem there. And the funds had been blocked.
I called the support. They only speak Dutch, French and Spanish (and one more language - not English)
They told me that there were problems with the payment and if I still wanted the trip it was now more expensive.
I said no. Please cancel all. They said canceling the last leg was not possible.
This is a complete scam and fraud. What need does anybody have for a last leg of a multiple leg trip?!
DO NOT BUY a flight ticket from them. I bought a return ticket from them. I was denied departure. When trying to get a refund I was told I didn't show up. Later went to manage my trips my reference and email didn'tmatch when trying to check what was going on. Obviously ticket was fake. They have no means of communication. I scammed big time.
I would like to know why eDreams website says you can get a proper refund if you purchase "Cancel for Any Reason Guarantee" and hides the fact it needs to be before your first flight in a trip sequence. "per person, per segment" gives the exact opposite impression.
I expect a refund and I can only dream that others have this same problem.

DO NOT use those scammers, I booked my flight they charged my card, sent me neither a Confirmation nor an itinerary, then I can't get hold of any human to talk to and the only thing they let you access is a robot who keeps asking me about my booking reference which I don't have, Coz I DIDN'T receive it. My flight was supposed to be Toronto -DFW-Toronto with stops, I called the airlines of the 1st flight which happened to be the only thing that I know, they confirmed that I'm on the 1st flight to New York, but then THEY DON'T SEE NOTHING... at this point I called my bank to do a fraud claim. And you know what edreams, call me if you like so we can resolve this and if you got the guts for it, *******778
Bought a ticket from E-Dreams in November last year. I wasn't contacted by them to let me knowm my ticket was canceled by the airline. I had to purchase a ticket four times more expensive to carry on with travel plans. E-Dreams never refunded me my ticket and I could never get hold of them other than two times where they gave an excise that their system wasn't working. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. There are groups on Facebook of people that have been scammed by them. Stay away from this "company". They awill take your money.
No one response, i booked a flight with wrong dates and tried to change no one response. I then booked another flight with correct dates and cancelled the previous flight and applied refund but no one has responded since a month. Their rates are comparatively a bit cheaper but worst ever support. Better buy from some other website a bit expensive then regretting.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
