My wife booked airline tickets on a reputable website but "eDreams" were piggybacking off the website and we were charged $20 over cost price 7 days later were charged an extra $90 automatically for yearly subscription which we did not request. When I tried to cancel via T/C process so convoluted I had to set up an account to unsubscribe... tried to contact customer service (non existent) I then realised I was talking with a cyberbot I was lucky have been able to block payment through my bank... DO NOT USE e DREAMS!
I urge you to not use this business as they will rob you out of your money and ignore any attempts to co tact them. They robbed me of 5807$$ even though I tried desperately to undo my booking within 24 hours. One is blocked on purpose to get through to any customer service representative via phone! Online chats are ignored and disconnected by rude employees
Emails to customer service are ignored and send computer generated messages back that make no sense! This is very scary! As a single mom with three kids I got scammed by $5807!
I booked two flights to the USA in ealry 2020 and paid for them. They were cancelled by the airline but I have not been able to get any refund or rearranged flight out of edreams. I have phoned them 8 times and suffered waits of between 30 and 80 minutes to get through. The poor overworked agents can do nothing except make emplty promises which are never fulfilled. EDreams are truly awful, imcompetent and dishonest. They should be avoided at all costs.
It was my worst online purchase. I bought insurance service for flight changes. Nothing was repaid after my flight was changed. They didn't informed me about the flight cancelation and I spent over 7-8 hours in several phone call attempts until they changed my flight with another one. Eventually i payed 90€ more for the flight pluse insurance while it was advertised to change flights freely with the insurance. Terrible nightmare and stress.

Booked flights via eDreams, unfortunately. Due to COVID, like many others, the airlines cancelled the flights. EDreams stated they were waiting on the airlines to refund them before forwarding it on, however I had directly contacted the respective airlines and found the money had already been refunded.
Thankfully, Qantas reversed that and directly credited myself and travel party the refunds directly, however Rex stated the fares had been paid back to a different card, not the one I used, and provided the last digits and other details - The business is also operating as Travel Fusion. EDreams now, ten months on from booking, do not reply to their (EN) customer service email, nor respond to any requests to refund me to my Australian bank account & demand a IBAN number, which is only used by EU countries.
I have been advised by a number of banks that the account details (SWFT and AN) are enough to process the refund; I'll hold my breath. Avoid these muppets. Useless is an understatement. Their M. O. is to frustrate and anger the customer into so much frustration that they eventually give up. HODL on, this company deserves to implode.
They do scam of my debit card after 2 months they cut money from an account. Actually, the ticket price shows 222$ but they take money 244$ next day 35$ next month same date 83$. Very very worst experience in my life. I lost my money after I had blocked my card $#*!! People, pls Don't prefer this company to book anything.
I had to rebook my flight as my covid test result arrived late. However they said that they'd have to contact KLM directly and ask them which would take 2-3 business days. My issue occurred on a Friday meaning I'd have to wait until at least Tuesday to fix my problem. I asked them to reimburse my accommodation and expenses, but I got no response. Their customer service hung up on me multiple times and it's the absolute worse and most useless bunch of people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. DO NOT BUY A TICKET WITH EDREAMS!
Rate increased at final step because I "waited too long". I repeated the search on a different computer and rate magically came back down. It's a complete scam, even if you get passed the 14-day free trail required to get their advertised rate. I just imagine their free trail costing $100 to cancel!
I bought the flexible dates insurance when I booked my tickets. I had to change the dates, and try to get a hold of someone. First I went through a life chat where I had to wait for over an hour to get to someone. Then I I was told I will get a call from someone within 3 days. I explained that I do not have three days that I just want to change the dates. Again I was told that I'm out of luck and just have to wait. I tried to call the service number which to my surprise was the exact same person that I had in the live chat again I was told I have to wait for a phone call. The next day I received a phone call back they tried to change the booking for me and said there was an issue with affairs that they will have to give me a call back. Again surprise surprise nobody called me back. Do yourself a favor and do not book anything with this company.
Denied Boarding Due to Fake Transit Flight
I contact Edreams before booking to confirm booking a specific flight from Bangkok to Manila with Cebu Pacific
airline is a Transit flight, I was guaranteed the flight/ticket in question is 100% an approved Transit flight, and so I booked it. Sadly this was not the case and I was NOT allowed to board, I've been tirelessly with no success, contacting eDreams and the airline online options, customer care and whatever email addresses I can find online related to eDreams and Cebu Pacific, as I need a refund asap to book a flight and fix this mess. Im very sad and disappointed

Just try cancelling a flight or even changing it - impossible to get in contact with anyone even after paying for the "no questions asked" expensive travel insurance policy
Edreams is the worst travel online Co in the world... It is a scam. Please do not use them. You can never find their address to log a complain. They send you around and around but never find a conatct. It is always an automatic no-reply email that you get. IT IS SCAM... Pls DO NOT USE THEM. I have written to them at least 20 times and was never sent a correct anwser. IT IS A SCAM...
I booked 2 flights through their site as they offered me a free discount for their membership. It all seemed fine until the date of travel I received an email from the airline prompting me to do the check-in when I proceeded to do the check-in I realized the flight departure time was different that the one I purchased and was displayed on the e-dreams booking manager (3hrs and 30mins later to be precise) This change would mean I wouldn't make my connecting flight. I reached out to the relevant airline who mentioned that there had been no flight departure changes. In fact, there had never been a flight with the departure time that was sold to me. They prompted me to reach out to the agency as even if they wanted to accommodate me in a different flight they cannot do booking changes if the flight was purchased through an agency (edreams). I reached out to edreams who basically washed their hands saying as the flight was within 72 hours of the departure they could not do any changes to my booking regardless of having sold a fake departure time and me having paid for their premium subscription which promotes them handling any booking changes needed. 2 hours before the flight I received an email from edreams announcing a change in departure time which I knew was fake... there had not been any flight departure changes they just sell fake departure times and accommodate all the passengers on the existing ones and announce the departure time on the day of the flight. If the time doesn't suit you there is nothing you can do because they announce it the day of the flight when their policy allows them to not be responsible for having to deal with it. To not loose both of my flights I ended up having to take the first flight with the new departing time miss my second flight and having to purchase a new layover flight as eDreams was not taking any responsibility and the relevant airlines did not make any changes to their flight departure times.
This company will maybe work for you if you have no problems with the app, the flight companies or any kind of minor inconvenience. Which doesn't seem to happen to a lot of people. As soon as you need any customer service, you will be by yourself. The chances of you being the exception are not impossible, but they are very low.
DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO EDREAMS PRIME TRIAL. They will still charge you for the whole year (54,99€) even if you cancel it on time following guidelines. You would not even be able to use the prime perks after paying a whole year of the service, because guess what, it would appear as cancelled on your profile.
The customer service is useless. Emails do not go through (you receive a email saying the email you tried to send was not even able to go into their inbox, i speak from experience). You will need a booking reference to even be able to TRY to speak to a human being on the phone (tried the normal phones and the prime phone, i think it was 4 different numbers in total, same machine talking with the same speech). The bot or any customer Q&A section on their app will be useless for this query too.
The bank would not be able to cancel the payment either. Money lost, no way to get it back.
I truly have never had such an awful experience with any company and i have never witnessed this complete lack of customer service.
Would encourage to never engage with this company, it is NOT worth it.

I found the ticket I wanted from kayak.com. Redirected me to edreams. I figures they were okay since on kayak. Went through the process. I did not select a seat, no baggage, and no to everything else. When it came time to buying the ticket a window appeared saying the ticket was $344 instead of $130. I closed the window because I had zero interest and tried to again book under the $130 price. It ended up booking the $344 price. Never ever ever see this site. Complete scam and all the internet sites should ban them.

Edreams sold me a ticket from Kinshasa to Dakar on Ethiopian airlines that did not exist! I showed up at the airport for the flight, and was told that flight had been taken off the schedule weeks ago and no longer existed. Yet edreams had sold me the ticket three weeks previously and never contacted me about a change. I rushed home in an expensive taxi, called them and waited 1.5 hours on phone before giving up (at was now midnight). I called early next morning and they told me they could "rebook" me for an expensive fee. I pointed out this wasn't a rebook ing, as they sold me a false flight. They told me they'd elevate it to management and they'd call me back. 15 hours later they still hadn't called me, and I just had to buy another (much more expensive) ticket for another airline, as I had to leave. They still have never contacted me, a month later, and after I left a review on trustpilot they publicly posted that they'd email me to resolve the issue. They never did. They are the absolute worst.
We booked and paid for flights from South Africa to Istanbul Turkey. Day before our flight we were notified by the airline that we are not allowed to enter Turkey. Goverment decision after our flights were booked and paid. Turkish airlines regunded edreams in full and confirmed this by email. Edreams refunded us only 60% of the original amount. Wish I read some of their reviews before booking through them. Watch out for this crowd
I engaged eDreams to book a flight from BOM to SYD via HKT, however they were only able to confirm the booking for HKT to SYD and were not able to book a flight from BOM to HKT. Note, they charge for me the full booking (BOM to SYD). When I asked them to find an alternative booking or cancel my booking from HKT to SYD they were not able to help at all. Eventually, I lost money for the booking of HKT to SYD.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
