I booked a return trip through eDreams and noticed the day before my return that they hadn't booked the premium seat I had paid for. I contacted eDreams and they said they couldn't alter my booking (isn't that a main function of a travel agent?) so I was told to pay for an upgrade directly with the airline and submit the receipt to eDreams for reimbursement.
I submitted the receipt and waited a month to be reimbursed. Nothing! So my next step was to call eDreams - they hung up 3 times. Persistence eventually paid off and I got through to someone to say that if my refund wasn't with me in 5 working days, I would take legal action and also ask a journalist to be in touch to find out why I didn't have my money yet. I also tweeted about their scam, copying in Skyscanner. Once Skyscanner was involved, the money came back to my account.
I will never book with eDreams again, even if they offer the cheapest flights. When you book a flight, you want peace of mind and they simply don't offer that.
I have used Edreams successfully in the past. Things have changed. I booked the flights, paid through my credit card. Then I tried to enter the passenger information. (For security I will use the name Smith.) I gave my name as Harold Smith and enter my passport details etc. I then tried to enter my partners name - disaster. The site gave an automatic name of Jane Smith. But my partner is *not* Jane Smith. But, and here is the rub, I couldn't change the name. My partner had a go but she couldn't change the name either. A this point I gave up trying to complete the transaction but Edreams had already got my money. Then I searched in vain for a telephone number or email address. I had given Edreams my email address but they have not sent a confirmation or anything else. Now I have to try to get my money back from my Credit Card Company. As we had booked the hotel, we had to go directly to WizzAir. Never Edreams again. I have to give a star rating, I would rate them no stars.

It is a fraud agency. They cancelled my booking for no reason and refused to refund me. Their cutomer service phone is almost impossible to find and they are the worst.
I booked a trip (flight and hotel) for over $2,000. I needed to cancel due to a family emergency. I went through my email to cancel then to the chat to cancel. The email said non-refundable and the chat said that I would be refunded for the airline. Which is it? The flight and hotel were booked at the same time yet the hotel wasn't cancelled. I was told that I had to call. I called and was told that only $200 could be refunded because it wasn't cancelled before a certain date, which it was. I referred to the email which was 3 days before the date I was told. The customer service was angry and changed his story as i tried to cancel before the date. Short story made long... I'm out $1,500. I would never booked through edreams again in my life. There is no easy access to customer service and when you do get through the service was lacking and unhelpful. Very frustrating and disappointing.
Please do not use edream! They are horrible. They make me keep waiting for change my booking and when the fare is high they make you pay with higher price. Please stay away! They are the worst. I would give a (- star)instead!
They lied on the listing. Said carry on was included. Was NOT! They told me it was a "glitch" on the site.
Told me to purchase bags and file dispute. Like I'd ever get that back. Filed with BBB. They failed.
This company SUCKS!
It's been two years since eDreams cancelled my flight and I have yet to receive my refund. I have called customer support 10+ times over the past 2 years, the waiting on the phone line is long (~1hr) and every time they tell me it will be approved within months but they have never followed through on their promises. This is very bad service, I will never fly through eDreams again.
They Canceled my holiday at last minute and won't give refund, can't contact them tried calling to no avail, no reply to e mails, do not book with e dreams.
They are not only dishonest but lairs.
I filled a complaint against them with consumer protection agency, Thier answer was that they refunded my money in fact they didn't, I don't know what are they waiting for and why holding on my money almost a year has passed since buying airline ticket from them on 3/7/21
I have no idea how anyone can give them 5 stars and state that the service was great. I purchased international tickets because i was routed via Trip Advisor but I have to tell you guys. It's been 5 days since my purchase and even though the credit card was charged with a minute, I never ever actually got a email confirmation from Edreams, never got a reply to my numerous email, their phone numbers just does not connect or drops the calls. Eventually, I called the airline directly and got my confirmation. What kinda online travel agency does not react or reply to customer concerns via online. Worst service ever. Will never recommend them. Mind boggling!
These people take people money. They dont raise cancellation to airline on time when customer cancels and finally simply come back and say airlines rejected and eat people money. They dont mention refundable or anything while booking. On cancellation tehy bring on new rules.

Rental car company in mexico is trying to scam me and I think edreama is in on it. I should have looked at their reviews. So I guess it is my fault. I also will be filling a complaint every where I can find. Buisness like these need to be restricted
I've bought 2 flights using edreams on September of 2021, one from Portugal to Poland, and one back, some months afterwards.
After flying to Warsaw I receive a notification that my flight back was cancelled. Their App gave me two options, choose to keep the airline alternative or get a refund, I choose to get a refund cause I felt like I was overpaying for my flight.
They told me that due to Covid refunds took between 3 and 6 months so I've waited 6 months calling and using the chatbot in between, however all my attempts resulted in the same "You need to wait, nothing we can do".
In the days previous to my flight I check my mailbox and I noticed that I've received the boarding pass.
I immediately contact them, waiting for more than 1 hour, and they say that my airline does not provide refunds, they just book another flight.
I tell them that I was already in Portugal, having using a flight from rayaner, and explain how their app did not confirm their current statement, since it never said anything about not being able to get a refund.
Well, I've lost 100€ due to these $#*!ers, don't buy using edreams, buy directly from rayaner.

I booked with eDreams in September 2021. They took my money, then canceled the flight telling me it was the airline (Lufthansa) which had canceled. Which was a blatant lie.
They basically pretended that I had booked a flight, then cancelled it and to this day (6 months later) still owe me more than 70% of what they took from me. No flight, a meager reimbursement of about 200 Euros (they took almost 900 Euros) and lots of effort on my part trying to retrieve the money.
Cheaters all around. What they do is criminal and illegal, and I hope someone shuts them down soon so no more people will be cheated out of their hard-earned money.

I bought a ticket paying 40€ for an extra insurance to get the 80% refund for cancellation for any reason. Well, now 3 months later, they keep repeating it has to be the airline refunding to them and then they refund to me. For what is it the insurance then? I m sure i ll never see my refund as my airline ticket was a basic one and peruvian.So Edreams it s just frauding you with a non existing cancellation cover insurance
While booking my flight on the edreams site beside the flights you had to chose from it said carry on included. The email from edreams says 4 carry on bags both directions. The airline website says no baggage. I have screen shots of the flight listings saying carry on included. I have screen shots of my edreams account saying carry on included. I changed one flight because it said small bag included. I have chatted many times, filled out the forms they asked for, sent info they requested and no one has gotten back to me in 17 days. Has anyone found a solution?
I booked ticket with edreams on October 2020 still waiting for refund. Funds has been released from air India side but edreams is not refunding they are holding my money. Every-time when i call they say we will raise a request and reach out to air India they keep lying all the time and now they are not answering my call i am not able to reach out to representative i tried 10 times so its clearly means i loose my money so please don't book your tickets with them you will loose your money!
Lo stesso giorno in cui ho acquistato il biglietto ho fatto la cancellazione e richiesta di rimborso. Di tutte le volte (innumerevoli)che mi sono comunicata per richiedere il rimborso, le loro risposte sono state diverse, non c'è stata una sola volta che ha coinciso nel discorso. Senza darmi qualcuna soluzione o risposta concreta. Alla fine mi hanno detto che la compagnia aerea doveva darmi il rimborso(la compagnia nego che sia una loro responsabilità da quando l'ho acquistato tramite eDreams) alla fine mi hanno detto che avevano già richiesto alla compagnia aerea e che non avevano ancora ricevuto una risposta. La compagnia Iberia ha negato di aver ricevuto una richiesta di rimborso da parte di eDreams. E ancora continuano a non darmi nessuna risposta e meno soldi.
My wife booked airline tickets on a reputable website but "eDreams" were piggybacking off the website and we were charged $20 over cost price 7 days later were charged an extra $90 automatically for yearly subscription which we did not request. When I tried to cancel via T/C process so convoluted I had to set up an account to unsubscribe... tried to contact customer service (non existent) I then realised I was talking with a cyberbot I was lucky have been able to block payment through my bank... DO NOT USE e DREAMS!
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
