Terrible company! Flight was cancelled and I requested refund. After 6 months and lots of phone calls where each time I was told the money would be refunded within 5 to 15 days I finally resorted to threatening to take the company to court. Only after this threat was the refund received.
One of the most horrible company to deal with. They lure you with decent flight offers, offers you a ton of policies when booking your flight which makes you feel no matter what they won't let you miss the flight but at the very moment when things go wrong, they won't even reply. Following up with them to ask for a refund is useless. They take advantage of the fact they are an online business and would never provide you a refund. They are so unorganized and mismanaged that don't even provide you an update on your issue/case. For me, they went from "yes, your case looks genuine" to "we can offer you a 200$ refund" to "sorry, this is not our mistake and we can't give you any refund". Don't even expect them to give you a call back because they won't.
My case lasted with them for almost 4 months with me calling them about 7 times. 2 out of 7 times they just put me on hold and never reverted. No email update on my case update whatsoever.
Whatever you do stay away from this company. They are a scam. I paid extra for exchangeable tickets which they refused to honor and would not return my phone calls. I challenged it through my credit card company and they lied and stuck me with the charge.
I would give lower if I could. I just purchased a ticket to vancouver. After checking again, I noticed it was to Abbotsford. I was offered to change my tickets for 4 times the price I paid or I could just buy more tickets! Recommend to go with any other company. Wasted my time, could have just told me bluntly it was my problem to deal with.
I had the misfortune of purchasing my plane ticket from this website. It has been a nightmare ever since. I forgot to put my middle name on the booking. The airline asked me to contact the agent to add a simple middle name. It has been more than 2 weeks and this company has been giving me the runaround for a simple name correction. The agents are polite but are completely useless. I'm prepared to cancel the plane ticket, hopefully, I'm able to get a full refund and never do business with this company again. EDreams is eNightmare.
Made two separate bookings. Both not processed correctly. One without any notice reimbursement. Other booking never reimbursed. Contact with helpdesk takes loads of (waiting time) mostly chat robot. No useful answers or help at all.

I travel frequently and this company is by far THE WORST I have had to deal with. I booked a flight with them and it was changed. I accepted a new flight time but, by mistake, did not realize that they also changed the date by 5 days. The nightmare began. I could not a. Change the flight b. Cancel the flight c. Cancel and get refund. The customer service robot after several days finally "let" me chat with an agent who told me that she would connect me to "the team" that could change my flight date. There was no team and I had to go back to the same robot answers in a non-stop circular fashion.
I now rebooked a flight on my own and do not have any idea how this company can be contacted. Do not try the phone number. It does not work.

Awful awful awful. Their online assistance is just a loop where you get no help. They do not answer their phone. The absolute worst company. They sent boarding passes the day after I reached my destination. Losers.

I made a booking yesterday from Manchester to Rome on 28 May and return 2 June and got a confirmation email confirming this at 19.02. Then this morning I got an email saying the booking was Rome to Manchester 28 May and Manchester to Rome on 2 June. I have spoken to the robot Kris on the App who could not help. I spoke to the customer service team who said they can not help as the departure date is more than month off despite them confirming it was there error. They gave me a complaints email for Travel Fusion who replied saying they are nothing to do with Edreams. An absolute shambles
I have been waiting for my refund to be processed for over months now. Have sent them so many emails but never got a reply. Please never book your flights through them
Can't stress enough how horrible of an experience it has been to work with eDreams. The company is extremely unethical, unprofessional and manipulative. We booked a flight which had to be modified because of COVID restrictions on travel to USA last year, we made the change one month before the travel date because eDreams give us a 100% guarantee that we would be credited fully for future flight. Now, I am trying to rebook my flight but eDreams has made it very difficult for me to rebook a flight, not only have I spent nearly 15+ hours on call over the past few weeks trying to resolve the issue, and all guarantees from their agents to resolve the issue and complete the booking within 48-72 hours is never lived up to, it only results in me calling back and checking on the status of the previous ticket, creating a vicious loop. I would just like to have the flight booked at a specific date and utilize the credits we were guaranteed.
Never ever trust these scammers with your money. I had a harrowing experience and where do i start. Flight was cancelled, no intimation provided

I was also scammed, booked a flight the next day i receive an email saying they couldnt offer the return only the outward (still took full money), this was no good for me as one way are expensive. I asked for full refund and cancellation of the one way flight, this was promised but never happened.
I have reported this company to action fraud ( i suggest more people with similar issues do the same as this will give it more credibility)
I was shocked to see when i did report it that the company is supposedly closed accourding to gov.uk (both the mother company in spain and the london based uk part of the company) so how are they still trading if they are closed!
Please all beware. I also believe they are putting some good rwviews about themselves on trustpilot as there are so many bad ones with full details and all the good ones are not very detailed.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
