Total scam, do yourself a favor and stay away from this site. They will take your money! I am out over 500 dollars after a month of fighting with these idiots. I am at a loss for words that a company like this can continue operate.
Edreams charge my card for a car rental I did not make or obviously even pick up a car. I attempted calling when I got a hold of these people 6 times the minute I said I need a refund all 6 different operators immediately hung up on me. I truly am so angry and frustrated. This company left me dealing with so much crap my entire trip I was just stressed and irritated This was so unfair to my family. Someone needs to SHUT THIS SITE DOWN!

I have never asked to be a Prime, they just add you automatically there and you have to pay 60$ with notification by email or phone.
As attached i never added my card details to this $#*! prime account, and i cannot even remove it from there!
They are absolutely horrible you can't get ahold of customer service. The airline is telling me that the credit card E dreams used is what it got refunded to and it was refunded last week, but I can't get ahold of E dreams to get a refund the E dreams keep telling me that the money is so small for the flight I have to get the refund from the airline but they already have the $400 back. So I'm screwed and can't go now. Do not use them for any reason!

People be careful don't buy tickets from eDreams I been trapped twice I bought tickets September 2021 it was cancelled but I still didn't get my refund every time I call they keep telling me you will get your money within 10 days but is more than 6 months still I'm waiting for my refund then I bought another tickets again with them this time they put me in situation I lost my holiday for them and lost lots of money because they book wrong tickets be careful I will never ever think about to buy from them and also told all my friends and family co worker
They make zero effort to work with you. They hung up on me, ended conversations when I reasonably wanted assistance when they cancelled my flights last minute. Absolutely do not book, no matter what the deal is. You will regret it later.
Flights booking get canceled all the time, price changes after inserting bank details, customer service even worse. Really bad from top to bottom.
Awful customer services. Very difficult to contact and if you do their response is very poor especially if you want a genuine refund.

Edreams is a scam company l have reported them to the government fraud and scams department. They will not refund my money from flights canceled one year ago.
My airline ticket was cancelled by airline and my money was refunded back to EDreams, now a year has passed and no refund.
Please don't ever buy a ticket or do business with them.

I book flight from manchester to turkey via brussels. They've confirmed: manchester to brussels & from brussels to Turkey.
& in return from turkey to brussels was confirmed by edreams but they have declined from brussels to manchester without a reason nor they willing to help me rearrange the bookings.
Big disappointment. I won't use edreams in future nor will I recommend it to others.
I just came to know that the amount has been deducted from my account due to the subscription of EDreams. I haven't subscribe yet but I don't know how it happens. And the next thing is the amount has been deducted twice. Literally 190$ has been deducted. I haven't subscribe it knowingly. I tried to contact them but they didn't respond. No online calls no emails. I hate their service. I am not using any services from them now. My 190$ has gone badly.
In the morning i still got confirmation that my 3 flight where arrange and only my first flight went oke the other to did not exciste. And at that moment you cannot reach them. You call them the next day when you had to arrange a ticket by an other air company by your self and than they tell you you will not get a refund because you checked in for the first flight.
If I could give a lower than 1 review I would have. Maybe -100 would be a better review.
Been trying now for a few weeks to rebook a flight and nothing. They are very fast to take your money but after that you are on your own. I think this is a big scam they are running. I even spoke to a supervisor and he was supposed to call me back on this past Friday and here I am still waiting. Was on the phone with them for more than 2 hours last Monday and they keep on giving me the run around. I have a feeling that i will be loosing my money.
Please avoid this stupid company regardless of how cheap they maybe as you won't get your money back. My refund was refunded by the airline a year ago and I'm still yet to receive my money. And the call centre is a joke. Avoid as they have caused me so much stress.

I have booked London to Istanbul return flight it was showing £119 cheap price I booked that but after that agent said it shows unconfirmed and charged £48 then after a week they charged £144.
They also have a sister company named Opodo so whenever booking a flight make sure not to book through Opodo and E dreams it's big Scam
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
