We stumbled upon eDreams while booking on an airline site, attempting to secure plane tickets to help my sister while she had cancer surgery. That led us to believe eDreams was somehow connected to the airline. It's not, and our experience with them was a nightmare. First, everything was messed up with the payments for the flights, and it took multiple calls to eDreams to settle everything. Those calls were frustrating due to language barriers that made it difficult for me and the customer service agents to understand each other. I also used the app to do chats with customer service agents several times, and those were similarly frustrating and unhelpful. Then, when the schedule for my sister's surgery changed, I had to cancel my flights and alter my plans. Working with eDreams on the cancelation was a nightmare, and when they finally told me I would get a refund OF LESS THAN 1 PERCENT OF MY PURCHASE PRICE, they were completely unresponsive to requests for more information. And I still haven't received that paltry refund weeks later. Some people may have a good experience with eDreams, but I recommend avoiding them at all costs. My experiences could not have been more frustrating, and their "customer service" is a joke.
They look like US democrat party; the best stealer in the world, i paid 3 days rental car before pick up they took my money from my bank account; flight was delayed, when i pick up my car they char $183 dollars more to my account

I went to book a flight on edreams flight to Calgary is 219.00 from montreal. Now the baggage cost is totaly ridiculous. 4 bags 917.00 who in their righ mind will pay 4 times the cost of the ticket to send your bags. As far as iam concerned I will never travle with them they are nothing but thives... I have never in all my years of Traveling have seen this prior fir luggage. Ppl should stay away from this company.
I booked a flight to Dubai but had to change it due to the covid restrictions so I requested for a postponement and/or receive a voucher. Edreams never responded but I kept sending message after message. Yes they offer good deals but since I didn't purchase the cancel with no fee service, I was left in the dark bc I couldn't speak to anyone nor did I get a real response. At this time I called my bank and had them dispute the charge in which I was refunded from my bank. If this happens to you, just reach out to your bank bc in my experience you won't actual hear from this company.
Needed to contact them to change a flight detail, a service that had been purchased. 24-48 hours turn around after contact on the app. The guy who finally called was heavily accented and hard to understand, and couldn't get our request completed, but gave us a call back number. It was worthless-I assume it was going to India (based on the guy's accent, but could have been one of many countries) and the line was ALWAYS unavailable because of traffic. Made the change on the airlines website myself, in 5 minutes.
Totally worthless service, no value added, avoid if you want prompt and effective service.
Edreams is an awful travel provider. I booked travel on 29th January 2022 for flights due to travel on 14th April 2022, and returning on 18th April 2022. Even though they have taken the money from my account, they have provided me no confirmation email and keep saying my booking was never made, even though the money has been taken by E-dreams. This is fraudulent as they have delivered no service to me. I have tried to contact them via email and on their online chat service, but to no avail. It seems impossible to get through to them by phone. It is disgusting that Edreams are allowed operate to operate these illegal practices. They are obviously trying to get people to buy their Prime service, but I did not want that, I only wanted my booking details sent to me by email, so that I could travel. The way it's looking now, we will have to cancel the whole trip

When I did the ticket reservation I paid for a preselected seat and asked for a wheel chair
My ticket was ok but no seat selection shwewd on Air Canada site when I checked in and I had to pay again to reserve my seats and no wheelchair was registered for me I had to walk the long distances and stand in line for ever with t2o knee replacements and a tripple bypass plus m 78 yas of age

They trick you into buying a membership and then when you question it. Yes we will refund but didn't. Then customer service is non existent. I tried to book with Web-jet Aust and was sent to them. They are frauds and take your money without consent. Bank wont do anything as you booked through them but knew what they do
Worst rigmarole of getting a simple flight to Liverpool. Bombard you with emails. Just no. Worst experience ever. Worst set up ever. I received emails from company I was flying with then wanting to charge me more to verify it was me that booked flights at a cost because I booked through 3rd party (These clowns)please do ye're selves a favour and run!
I was made to believe that I would be refunded if there was a health issue and as a senior on SS I believed the gentlemen. I booked to go see my son for Mother's Day and found that due to cancer surgery, I could not make the flight. I was told... oh well, sorry you can't get a doctor's release, but we are not refunding this trip either.
I wish there would be 0 star to give them. Called twice and they have no one to help place on hold and hangs up and never calls back.
My worst experience every using a travel agency, I made mistake in my niece name inside of typing h I did g, I catch my mistake 3 munities after booking, and try to communicate with this agency ( took 4 hours to get a hold of a person, than the gentleman told me they escalate the issue to another division and it will be fixed, next day ( as Today April5th 2022) I got a email that they cant Change the name because of the airline, I didn't buy it at all, Mistake happened before to a lot of people i know and name being fix sometimes it required a fee, but the airline didn't want to fix the mistake, that's ODDS. So i called this EDREAMS (for me its a nightmare) and the Customers service that he was sorry for this issues and to cancel my flight, it cost me 300$

I bought tickets for my whole family in March 2021, which I didn't use, and as per Turkish Airlines' policy, I would have until 31-March to set the travel dates (I'm attaching the T&C's from the time of the purchase). I then STARTED to call eDreams early February to set the new travel dates. All they said was "the airline refused". I called the airline and they said "you need to do it via the travel agent". It's a complete scam. Lost thousands of dollars...
I booked a trip to Cabo using this company. Got a confirmation of flight there, resort and return flight. Couple days later I was informed the return flight was "declined". Went on there site to see what was going on, and it was no help. Spent an hour on the phone with an agent, who assured me the return flight was "re-booked", and paid another fee. The day before I was set to leave, got a notification from them indicating the airline indicated I was "double booked". Spent another hour on the phone with an agent, who assured me my return flight was confirmed. Also assured me I would get another email confirming and that I was over-reacting. Well I left to Cabo as planned, and had no issue with the outgoing flight or resort. However, the day before I left, I tried to check in online for my return flight, and got a notification that there was no reservation in my name nor under booking number I was provided. Then, couple hours later, I received notification from eDreams that my return flight booking had been declined. I was stuck having to go to the airport, visit the counters of 5 different airlines, 4 of which were overbooked (including the airline I thought I was scheduled to return on), and ultimately pay over $800 for a return flight on American Airlines. In all, I was in airports over 12 hours on my return. These guys are taking calls from India, you can't understand a work they say on the phone, their web site is tough to navigate, and the entire process was horrible. I would look elsewhere, and will definitely never use again. Those bastards had me leave to a foreign country without a return flight!
Don't buy anything from eDreams, they charge a subscription automatically, 30 days after you pay your ticket they will charge you 54 €, no client assist, email doesn't go true. Happened to several people I Know. SCAM SCAM SCAN
I've been dealing with eDreams for more than 4 months now to get a refund. I purchased their flight cancellation insurance and had to use it for legal reasons. EDreams will tell you it's the airlines holding up your refund. I finally received an email stating I would be refunded in 7-10 business days (since eDreams is international, based out of Barcelona) after numerous attempts via email and telephone It's hard to find an eDreams customer service number, you will be on hold for 2 hours minimum, and the customer service reps are rude. I was concerned when they asked for all my banking information to receive an international refund, so I used an account I'm less worried about. To date, I've not seen the refund and it's now the 13th business day since eDreams responded informing me I would receive a refund within 7-10 business days. I filed a BBB complaint, which eDreams responded to stating they are "researching the issue." The next course of action is small claims court. From what I see, eDreams is rated one star with over 800 critical reviews. Numerous people haven't received their refunds, even after purchasing cancellation insurance. I've lost over $1600. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING MONEY even though you buy their cancellation insurance.
Very bad agent. I requested for a ticket which includes two sectors. The agent booked just last sector and failed to book the first sector of the trip. But later refused to give a full refund for the full booking payment. Instead told they can give refund for just one sector not confirmed. How Can I travel with just one sector. I planned to travel from Maldives to Nepal. But agent booked only last sector of the trip which is India to Nepal, where India is just a stopover.
This is singularly the most appalling and fraudulent company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They are staffed by liars and ran by fraudsters who have capitalized on the chaos caused by COVID to boost their profits and harm their clients. From my research spurred by my experience I have discovered they are withholding refunds from thousands of customers - falsely claiming that the airlines are the issue. A simple call to Virgin Atlantic proved that untrue. So far in the last two weeks alone I have been stonewalled and BLATANTLY lied to by kartikay, Magma Naaz, Rishab and Dishika and more. Every day they swear someone will call and email with an update within 24 hours, knowing this absolutely won't happen. I just want the refund for my flights from MARCH 2O20. Shocking that they haven't been stopped by authorities by now. BLATANT FRAUD. Please please please do yourself a favour and do your research on Google and Twitter before giving them any money. You will never get it back if anything goes wrong. I will always pay a little more to book through someone reputable rather than experience this disrespect and dishonesty ever again.
A simple request that Trip.com usually completes in less than 3 minutes has taken these guys 2 days and 3 hours and yet no result.
Flight leaves in less than 30 hours and they are unable to help. Not that they can't help but support agents are rude and dismissive and just keep transferring you around with one, then insists you complete the request in-app. The agents in the app insist you call instead. Almost like a game organized by high-schoolers.
Upon calling they transfer you around all over again then the cycle continues. Been this way for the past 2 days.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
