I have finally blocked them from my credit card because they have charged me twice for a "prime ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE," signed me up twice and are saying they are going to charge me again and their agent says he cant do anything about it. Plus, I hit "confirm pay" for a flight and they triple charged me for it. The agent claimed that was legal because the price went up a "few seconds after you agreed to pay.' Yup. I think this is a criminal enterprise.
Beware of this company! I booked a flight specifically with them because it said free cancellation guaranteed. Our travel plans changed and when I contacted them to cancel they said I had to contact the airline. The airline says no cancellations. So I contacted eDreams via chat (because you can't reach a person on the phone) multiple times and after pushing the issue each customer service agent basically lies; they say they are taking care of it and don't worry, then nothing happens. I'll be contacting the travel agency consumer affairs department and filing a complaint with eDreams. Save yourself the trouble and book with someone else.
I bought a flight ticket from eDreams and the birthdate of my husband's was wrong so I called them and asked them to change his birth date. The rep said her name was Anna. She explained that it was a ticket that was not refundable so she would have to cancel my flight then rebook it. In the meantime I was having an issue with hearing her so she said she would call me back on a different phone, which she did. She then said she would handle the change of the date on my husband's birthday, as well as rescheduling our flight. In the meantime she canceled our flight. But she never rescheduled our flight. Then I find the refund that she sent me went to somebody else's account I called her and asked her about her rebooking me on the same flight that I wasn't seeing that and she told me she was working on it as well as I told her that when she refunded my money which I don't understand why she did that, because she said was going to reschedule our flight. I told her that was not my card number that she sent a refund to. She asked me to give her an hour to get all of this taken care of.
I waited an hour as she asked me to. When I called her back the phone number that she gave me was disconnected. I had to rebook a flight out today and pay for it again. Thank goodness to my knowledge she did not cancel my return flight to Cleveland. No I did not go through eDream, I went straight to Frontier on line. There is so much more that happened. I would like to have a call back
Rescheduled. Have been waiting over 7 weeks for the new ticket to be sent. NO COMMUNICATION. NO RESPONSE TO MAILS. Do yourself a favor and use another vender. It is just not worth the hassle to save a modest amount of money. My confirmation number for this process - # *******744. Avoid them - not worth the modest savings over another carrier.
Waited an hour and 10 minutes. I finally got someone.
I asked her if the cancel within 24 hour policy is still applicable. She literally ignored me. I asked her again and she she wait. 5 minutes later i hear a robot asking me to rate the service and whether I got my issue resolved.
I regret ever booking with them!

Got to the airport in Vegas and they asked for more deposit so I couldn't rent car. Costumer service is horrible never got anyone on the phone to talk too. Will not recommend anyone with this company. The total they were supposed to refund was 148 n change all I got was 101 with change.
This is the worst set of people/travelling Agents I've ever dealt with in my life. I booked and paid for a ticket after providing my information and details, no email was received to confirm the transaction I made. I tried reaching them through emails twice but I received this generic email as a response that didn't make sense to me and to any other person around me. Again, the Robot in question I chatted with could not help and the phone number provided online does not have a different opinion to speak to a real person. Finally, I had to call the flight company who came to my aid.
I would advise that you send all your personnel for proper training and revamp your services since you're serving different Countries. I would want anyone else to go through this.
Bought a ticket to route me from South Africa to Canada. On arrival to take my flight the flight was cancelled. I called them for an alternative travel and each time you encounter a service Agent who no history of the issue. Promises after promises. I was stuck in South Africa for 4 days until I had to purchase a new ticket to come home. I have pursued a refund with them ever since, October 20th they showed in my refund status it has been processed and refunded in November 23 2021.On further follow up they sent me an email to say I cancelled my flight so they are not refunding me contrary to confirmation of the process. Each time it is a deferent agent with no clue of previous notes. Imagine I have repeatedly said my flight was cancelled and they know it. Now I can sue them here in Canada because they are not registered here in Canada I have lost my money, but can the public out there watch out for this Scam Agency.
This is a fraudulent organisation. They deducted my money when I did not register for any premium services. I called them several times and they promised to refund my money but till date no refund. They're a scam organisation and should be avoided

Worst experience ever, did called for the past 2 days to no avail. Managed to speak to an agent and now I have to pay a difference with my old booking to a new booking which basically a full one way return. I was so concerned about my travel insurance end date and they told don't worry they can assist me reschedule my return journey. If only they answered my call and reply to my email before my travel insurance run out it would be help. As they stated it's 24/7 service I was on hold most of my calls trying to speak to an agent.
I booked flights and hotel to Tahiti from Brisbane. I had to change the flight due to Covid positive PCR test a 4 days prior to travel. EDreams charged me an additional $1040, and rebooked me to a flight. I then kept getting SMS messages saying I needed to board the original flight booking. I went online and after getting no where, rang eDreams to check the rebooking was ok. I was told they had rebooked but that the airline (Air Calin) had cancelled the flight. I was told by eDreams I would get a refund as I could not travel on other dates.
After hearing nothing, I contacted Air Calin in Sydney. They responded the next day and advised the flight was not cancelled but that eDreams had tried to book us on an already booked out flight. Air Calin said as the booking was on eDreams reservation system, they had to do the refund.
EDreams had also failed to notify the hotel - so $2600 for that booking was now nonrefundable. They advised this by email.
So I have now spent over 12 hours, dozens of online 'chat' interactions and spoken to 2 agents. They have said on one occasion, "refund in a few days", and on the other "my booking is non-refundable" - even though they made the booking on a full flight.
EDreams is the worst travel agent experience i have ever had. I have travelled internationally over 80 times and thousands of domestic flights. I am a Lifetime Qantas Gold member - I have travel that much.

After making a booking with this company, the airliner cancelled the flight one week later. They (airline company) gave me the option to reschedule my flight or have it refunded. As there were no flights around the period, I opted for the later. The airliner reimbursed my money to eDreams four days later, but informed me that the agency placed it into an account whose last four digits did not match the account number of the card I used to make the booking. Adding to this I could no longer access my refund details on the eDreams app. It suddenly claimed I had an incorrect Password. Stranger still, when I was finally sent an email to reset a new password, it continued to disallow the process. To this day I still have not been reimbursed my $489.53, or even been contacted by this dream-destroying agency.
My flights were cancelled by the airline, but eDreams didn't bother to tell us! Customer service non existent they are only interested in taking your money. Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews until after I had booked. Please do not use this company it is not worth the hassle
This company really sucks. They are very dishonest. We bought a policy to be able to change the date of our flight and he had to use it. When we change one of the flights we supposed to receive a refund but we were told that it was going to take from three to seven months to get it! Are they investing the refund money from their customers?
This is intolerant! We are still struggling to get it and the don't take calls from anybody. They are only machines.
Just got to the bot, unable to put me through to a real life person. I wanted information on how to fill in the form and all the bot did was ask for my ten digit reference number. I DONT HAVE THAT YET!
Then i found a number my self, got to the option menu, and again i could only proceed if i had an 10 digid reference number.
So because of this experience and all the other negative reviews i am reading, i am going to book somewhere else!
Total fraud. Will refuse to help you change your flight. All they do is send you between your email (please wait 24 to 72 hours) and the help center, where it can take upwards of 45 minutes to get connected to an agent. Then when you reach an agent, they can't say anything original. It's all scripted, so they can't actually answer your question. It's infuriating. Do not use them.
We stumbled upon eDreams while booking on an airline site, attempting to secure plane tickets to help my sister while she had cancer surgery. That led us to believe eDreams was somehow connected to the airline. It's not, and our experience with them was a nightmare. First, everything was messed up with the payments for the flights, and it took multiple calls to eDreams to settle everything. Those calls were frustrating due to language barriers that made it difficult for me and the customer service agents to understand each other. I also used the app to do chats with customer service agents several times, and those were similarly frustrating and unhelpful. Then, when the schedule for my sister's surgery changed, I had to cancel my flights and alter my plans. Working with eDreams on the cancelation was a nightmare, and when they finally told me I would get a refund OF LESS THAN 1 PERCENT OF MY PURCHASE PRICE, they were completely unresponsive to requests for more information. And I still haven't received that paltry refund weeks later. Some people may have a good experience with eDreams, but I recommend avoiding them at all costs. My experiences could not have been more frustrating, and their "customer service" is a joke.

SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
