Stay away from them

I booked plane tickets, paid for all the tickets, sent me an email from the company that failed to issue me all the tickets and they gave me a refund for the tickets they did not issue within ten days, Tachles did not return the money and no one to talk to, I decided to complain to Skyscanner through which I bought the tickets. Contact the aforementioned travel company and the representative there lied to them that I did not order the tickets through the Skyscanner website but through them directly so they do not have to answer Skyscanner, stay away from them even if the prices seem tempting.

This is an awful website. Please listen to my advice and never use this website unless you want to lose money and get scammed. They lie about their special "prime discount" or whatever as those prices are the same when you check the actual airline website and once you fall for it and subscribe to "free" prime, there is no way to cancel it, you are going to get charged about 80$ for no reason and there is no way you can stop that from happening. They customer support is the worst i have ever experienced and it is filled with Indians who can barely speak English. I lost a lot of money because of this website but at least I know now which website to not use for bookings. Also they have only one hotline number which is +44 so you are going to have to pay huge phone bills just to contact them (if you're not in the uk), and its pointless to call them anyways since they don't understand English, i spent 15 mins on the call and they still couldn't understand that i wanted to change my contact details even preschool kids would understand it but somehow their employees cant. Anyway this is my honest experience with this website, I would recommend you to book tickets from airline websites or other websites like kiwi.

Sold the flight they don't have

I Booked a Transavia flight from Amsterdam to Girona with this company. The booking number is *******704. When I received a confirmation email I realized that one of the booking confirmations was not correct. I cannot verify it on Transavia's website. The other one for my return ticket is perfectly fine. As a result, I have some 7-digit number that is not identifiable on the carrier's website. I cannot add any luggage there or do online check-in. There is no information on what is wrong on the website of eDreams.
When called to the call center, the representative said he has no information about this flight. He says this is some third-party company that will operate the flight. That's why they don't see any information and I have to talk to Transavia. The representative of Transavia says he cannot see my flight as the number I provide is not correct.
I feel like I have been scammed. Will never book with this company again.

Do not buy tickets from this company. The price of the ticket increases every time to change windows. I specifically selected a refundable ticket because I was not sure of my plans. Sure enough, had to cancel trip and they said the ticket was non-refundable. Total loss. I am warning other customers.

My flights were cancelled last November due to Coronavirus. EDreams kept saying the refund was was expected. After months of chasing they said it was a voucher but I had to use the same original route. Given the original was a Business trip now concluded why would I want to go on the original route? They said it was Airline policy and AirNZ would not change.
I contacted Consumer association and in turn AirNZ contacted me. They said " So firstly this particular ticket doesn't expire until 24MAY23, (eDreams said it was this May)-we extended most of our credits throughout covid so there shouldn't be any tickets due to expire anytime soon, earliest being 31JAN23!
We introduced a credit solution for travel agents during COVID to allow greater flexibility for credit redemption however it seems eDreams opted not to participate, therefore restricted how credits could be used up front (e. G same route)" (this tells you more about the motives of eDreams than anything else)
Air NZ were brilliant and rebooked me on a route I wanted crediting me with the voucher amount and cancelled eDreams voucher.
EDreams are a terrible company and should lose any licence they hold.

Terrible! EDreams = nightmare!

Booked flight with cancellation insurance. Cancelled 3 days before flight but now eDreams says it will take up to 90 days to process. Just received request from eDreams wanting my banking information, but the site clearly states the tix refund will go back to the credit card that was paid on. SCAM!
There is no reason it should take 90 days for a refund and no reason to ask for my banking information.
Book with airline directly! EDreams is a nightmare!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

ABSOLUTE SCAM, tells you to pay more for flexible flights and you can't. In 8 weeks I have been put sent in circles and you cannot speak to anyone. I've now lost £200.00 flight there robot told me to wait 15 days before to speak to someone, to only find out that noone picks up and now to buy fresh flights they have gone up to £600.00

Worst company

This is the worst company to deal with. I'm still waiting for a refund for a cancelled flight since December.
They kept telling me that they were waiting on the airlines, but the airlines said they were waiting on them to make the request. I was on the phone the entire morning trying to solve it. It is still not solved.

I made a mistake in the booking date and it was impossible to change it immediately after i finished the purchase process, I tried to change it, to cancel it, to contact them and it was impossible to get a reply or get a refund from them, even though they promise they'd process an automatic refund as a credit, but that isn't true. In the end, I never took the flight, I had to buy a new ticket with a serios company and I lost my money.

I had a booking with connected flights from two different companies. It is a risk, I know; however, I was told by eDreams agents that I have a Connection guarantee, meaning that if my first flight is late they will reschedule the connecting flights. This was not true. I immediately called the agent when I was informed that my first flight will be late (Cincinnati Chicago). She did not speak English well and she could not understand nor could articulate her thoughts in English as well. I waited for 40 minutes, than 30 minutes until she understood and until I understood her. She was constantly referring to stop over time of 13 to 20 hours, and after 30 minutes I understood that she was actually referring to the total trip time (oversees). And this was acceptable for me. Until we understood each other and she went over to rebook, the company did not allow it because it was too close to the flight?! This is what she said. I called Lufthansa immediately and rebooked my self the trip for the day after. Absolutely the worst service ever... This company needs to be erased from the search engines on flights. I will personally contact each search engine to erase them from their bases.

I booked a flight in jun2022, my connections flight was cancelled by the airline in april i contacted EDreams the day after I noticed it and they were first lying saying that my flight was confirmed
So I asked for a refund, they said. They can reimburse me only if the flight was canceled Not for the rest of my 2 tikets (2800). To process refund take 3 months. The refund is still under airline approval, which is also a lie, be. Cause the airline confirmed that EDreams doesn't need their approval to send my money back. Still waiting to hear from them.
Don't buy tickets through them, let everyone know about the company. There policy take money for any problem happening in your booking.
I wouldn't even give them a star

My friend couldn't fly as on the way to airpot had a car accident. Since than I have been contacting the customer service to request the refund, I also spoke to the airline which confirmed me that i am entitled to the refund. I provided all documentation and NOBODY is helpful and play the game to make you waiting to have you to give up. Please stay away from Edreams. The last time today they hang up on me. I will remove this review only if they will refund me and will write more if they don't. It shame to do business like that

Please do not use this site to book flights!

I was incorrectly informed by eDreams that our return flight was cancelled. Waited several days for eDreams to provide us with alternative options, but they never came. So I booked new (and more expensive) return tickets, only to find out from the airline that our original flight was never cancelled, just amended, so I had no need to purchase considerably more expensive alternative tickets. I now have two sets of return tickets.

A very long phone call with customer services ensued, in which I'm not quite sure I was fully understood. I was told I could not take the original flights anymore even though they were not actually cancelled and the alternative (more expensive) tickets I bought could not be refunded. A small silver lining, I was able to request a refund for the original flight, but reading the other comments here I am not sure when or if that'll ever arrive.

Honestly, you get what you pay for. Don't be lured in by the cheap prices - purchase slightly more expensive tickets direct from the airline, else you'll end up having to buy much much much more expensive ones nearer the time when eDreams messes you around.

Flexible Travel Dates is False

I ordered the flexible flight dates and read the terms, prior to purchasing. I called more than 24 hours ahead of my flight and they wouldn't let me change my flight, even though I paid for the service. They then told me to call the airline because it was there responsibility. I called back later after not getting through to the airline. They told me to book a new flight and they could refund it after 40 minutes on the phone. I asked to be transfered to a supervisor and was then "transfered," but was hung up on. I booked another flight and called back with the changed date / time and was given the same run around. Don't charge $16 for a service you can't honor. I'm a Prime Member and this is how they treat you.

REFUND ISSUES

Requested refund more than 12 months (flight was cancelled due to COVID). Edreams has received the refund from the airline but they keep asking for Swift account and IBAN details which we do not have in Australia. How can they do business in Australia, accept credit card payments and then not refund to an Australian account. The worst part is - I keep contacting their customer service, waiting to chat with an agent and every single time they lie that the money will be refunded to the credit card or the Australia bank account but we keep getting the same email asking for Swift and IBAN. This is so frustrating. How can this company operate

AVOID this dodgy company

In June 2021 I bought tickets via eDreams "Flexible Fare Guarantee" which let me transfer my flights without charge. Due to COVID closing borders I rang them to get my flights moved, and they told me I had to pay the airline transfer charges and they would reimburse me within 10 days.

As I write this in May 2022 I have never received the refund for the cost of the ticket transfer, despite numerous calls, messaging, emails etc. Its always "you should get your refund within 10 days/2 weeks/a month" and always "please just wait a little longer"

I don't believe they have ever intended to refund me, its been an elaborate run around in the hope I would just forget the money I am owed. Also when I transferred the tickets they wanted my banking details, including password!

Do not use or trust eDreams

I have finally blocked them from my credit card because they have charged me twice for a "prime ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE," signed me up twice and are saying they are going to charge me again and their agent says he cant do anything about it. Plus, I hit "confirm pay" for a flight and they triple charged me for it. The agent claimed that was legal because the price went up a "few seconds after you agreed to pay.' Yup. I think this is a criminal enterprise.

Beware of this company! I booked a flight specifically with them because it said free cancellation guaranteed. Our travel plans changed and when I contacted them to cancel they said I had to contact the airline. The airline says no cancellations. So I contacted eDreams via chat (because you can't reach a person on the phone) multiple times and after pushing the issue each customer service agent basically lies; they say they are taking care of it and don't worry, then nothing happens. I'll be contacting the travel agency consumer affairs department and filing a complaint with eDreams. Save yourself the trouble and book with someone else.
