I purchased 2 tickets on their website for my mom and my 5 year old daughter. A day before the trip my daughter is tested positive to COVID and can no longer travel. I have been calling every day to ask for refund or reschedule. None of those options is now available. I called the other partner Bruxelles Airlines, they said Edreams just need to give them a call to fix the issue. I have been calling almost 50 times. I won't stop calling until they either refund or reschedule. Amount is almost $900. It seems like Bruxelles were blaming me for using a 3rd party instead of booking with them directly.

This company is totally scam they are asking prepaid card or gift card to go instant payment and not charging by credit card due to long approval time. They already charged into my credit card and I received email my flight got canceled due to fare got changed…very poor customer service and agents are receiving call outside USA and pretending names like Michael, john and Tina. They are hanged up phone calll after long waiting time. I'm still struggling with refund and informed my credit card company about this scam. My flight 2 years ago was cancelled by edreams, they gave me credits to use on another flight which would expire after 2 years. I have tried to find the correct phone number to talk to someone for a year and half, finally getting one and then a representative told me I could book a flight on the phone with them using my credits, upon telling them the date I want to fly, they said they would get back to me after they checked with the airline that my credits were eligible. First of all, how could my credits NOT be eligible? This is my money that should be useable for any flight! Of course they were not going to actually help me use those credits, why would they want to?
Fast forward to now, months before expiry, I call again to book my flight using my credits and the representative tells me that my credit voucher has an error and that she can't book the flight for me and I need to go online to book it, pay for it WITH MY OWN MONEY again and file a claim to get reimbursed. No. They are trying to string you into giving them more money and most likely take YEARS to reimburse you! That is what these less popular companies do. This process has been a total waste of time, effort, and money. This company's main goal is to steal your money, and give you no flight in return and $#*! you over. Please DO NOT BOOK with this company and go with one more reputable. $#*! YOU EDREAMS. BURN IN HELL.

The company is a total scam. After trying to cancel with them within the deadline unsuccessfully, wasting 4.5 hours of my time (6 calls, each time a new representative), they directed me to contact the airline. Play, the airline, refunded me the money the same day and confirmed via email (attached is their email). Contacted eDreams via their chat and 45 minutes later they asked me to email them and they would refund me within 2 weeks. I did on 5/11 and as of 5/27, they hadn't. I called again and they asked me to "kindly wait 72 hours". When asked when, exactly, they replied "kindly wait 72 hours." When I asked if they meant by May 31st, they replied "kindly wait 72 hours" over and over (chat log attached). Until I finally gave up. BEWARE!

Rubbish!

Absolute rubbish, lost luggage, missed two flights and no one responsible they cant do anything. Had to buy another ticket just to get home. Out of pocket $1500. I wish I had red the online reviews before purchasing the ticket with them. Never ever again. Rubbish!

They will take your money for the car rental but will not deliver the car. If you ask for a refund they will absolutely not return your money. You will be left stranded in an airport and never see your money back. Avoid at all costs!

E-dreams agents will communicate only with the supplier who refused you the service and agree with whatever the supplier stated, regardless of your documents or proofs. Do not trust e-dreams when they say they will call you back.

When the sitejabber posting appeared they claimed the Booking number provided is invalid. They know very well what they have done and will do whatever it takes to take your money.

SCAM ARTISTS!

I booked a flexible flight plan. When I went to change the flight, they told me I had to buy a new one and would be refunded the lesser of the two flights (already kind of shady). I never received the refund within the time period they gave me. When I called to follow up, they hung up on me multiple times. Finally, they told me I had to send them $500 on cash app in order to get my other $1000 refund. By no means EVER book a flight through these people, they are absolute con artists.

Never book through Edreams flights. Tried to request a change in a flight because the airline (NZ air) change the flight times and I knew that I could not clear New Zealand customs in 45 minutes. New Zealand Air said that Edreams had to make the change they would not make a change in the flight reservation. I contacted Edreams 3 times and never got an answer (yes or no) that they could make the change. I also added cancelation insurance to my flight but when I checkout on the Edreams site it canceled the insurance. Edreams would not help with that either. I will never use Edreams again and suggest that you don't, unless you like problems.

Looking on the internet I found a ticket with this FRAUDULENT company.
I bought a ticket with these EDreams and I regret in a few hours, I tried to cancel. They said no.
My ticket doesn't include my luggage, I HAD TO PAY FOR MY LUGGAGE, the ticket became highly expensive for paying my luggage.
They don't show you anything about that.
Scheme and fraud.
On my return, it was a mess, I had to sleep at the airport because they book my returning ticket with United Airlines, the next day, and since 3:20 AM I was at the booth looking for a flight and the company could not find my ticket or itinerary for over 2 hours at the Orlando Airport. What a headache.
PLEASE DO NOT SUFFER, DON'T BUY ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY.

I purchased two air-tickets from Singapore to Rome from eDreams on the 28 March for $2472. 49 at 9 pm. The booking reference is eDreams Barcelona: *******148. The next morning, within 12-24 hours (the website mentioned free cancellation within 24 hours), I cancelled my booking via eDreams' online system-manage my booking portal. I called my credit card provided UOB that same morning, and my credit card officer mentioned I was not even charged yet. As of today 2 August 2022, $643.39 was taken without my authorization.
I received this email on 19 July from eDreams (see attached document)
"We have already refunded the amount which we have received from the airline, The conditions of your flights are set by Qatar Airways directly and, as such, we have no influence over their policies.
Please note that eDreams is an online travel agency, and accordingly acts as an intermediary between the customer and the airline."

I am totally fed up now as the blame is now put on Qatar Airlines. I would like to see the official charges by Qatar Airlines. Please provide date and time of transaction. If I do not hear from you soon with the repayment of my money, I shall continue to warn consumers of your unethical practices which is unauthorized deduction of consumer's credit card.

Poor service

When you book your ticket, they prom is you that you can change or add bags to your ticket on line, but after lurches, you have to do this at the airport. If covid positive test they can't change, your flight detail, it does not matter whether, the airline, is having a flexible flight policy, THIS AGENCY IS A SCAM, in my opinion, the numbers on the app they give you are also not working, it is with difficulty that you get hold of this compony

Credit card fraud

My credit card information was stolen and used to purchase from this site. Why are you not asking for billing address, firstly? That would've stopped the whole thing. Second, why are you lying to the company when they investigated saying that the card was used prior. The company and I were able to easily disprove the lies you told. Please close this criminal's account!

This is a horrible company. After they get your@, you won't hear anything from them, no matter which way you contact them.
The first time I have business with them is also a last time.
To have business with Edreams = throwing $ through a window

Wow... I can't even describe the experience... Bought an Emirates ticket from South Africa to Fiji, got the e-ticket, went to Emirates website and selected seats - all good. She's arriving to the airport - "the agent has voided the ticket for some reason". That's it. No flight for her. Couldn't even call them - there's no phone number on the website! There's no email from them, their website still shows the ticket as valid... Wow, just wow... Never using them again, ever! If you wanna risk your ticket cancelled last minute - book with Edreams.

P.S. Got an email from them AFTER DEPARTURE TIME that "Due to technical reasons, we have been unable to finalise your booking request" - see the screenshot. Yes, it's great to find out about that when you're at the airport ready to check in.

Stay away from them

I booked plane tickets, paid for all the tickets, sent me an email from the company that failed to issue me all the tickets and they gave me a refund for the tickets they did not issue within ten days, Tachles did not return the money and no one to talk to, I decided to complain to Skyscanner through which I bought the tickets. Contact the aforementioned travel company and the representative there lied to them that I did not order the tickets through the Skyscanner website but through them directly so they do not have to answer Skyscanner, stay away from them even if the prices seem tempting.
