If you want to throw away your money, bring yourself some stress and high anxiety, book your flight with edreams. I booked a ticked with the help of an agent, but guess what? They are ready to lie to you in order to sell you and then good luck finding someone who understands your problem and eventually help you. Because of their lack of information and incompetence, i wasn't allowed on the plane! I missed my round trip completely, ruined my trip and had to purchase another on that day (obviously not from them) and later, I received an email from them saying that Im eligible for a change of my flight, so i called (endless times with different agents and supervisors) and every time the result is the same (no email confirmation of what has been told over the phone) lies lies and more lies every time im promised my issue would be resolved. (I attached a screenshot from one of their emails saying that they have tried to contact me, which is another lie, as i didn't receive a call and i got that verified with the number company)
It has been months. Monthssss! And just few days ago the reason behind the refund not going through is because i was a no show! They didnt even give me credit as they promised nor did they try to help out change the booking (good luck escalting the problem to whoever it is) no solution for you. Dont get me started on their app, u would wait for hours everytime and eventually nothing useful. False information every time you contact any of their agents, and never ever believe that you will get a response in 72 hours as they claim. I had to call and request for a change of dates at least and it was all a lie, no email no booking, nothing. I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM, THEY ARE THE WORST! Never ever doing this mistake again and booking anything with them.
EDreams refused to offer solutions or problem solve for this particular customer. I paid $860.74 for an airline ticket that is now worthless because of a single letter typographical mistake. They refuse to support their own business values when it comes to customer care. No change, no refund, no acceptance of a substantial administration fee offered by me. They deny, blame others and make excuses. They offer no transparency and when challenged about their integrity they ghost you. They refused to accept the contact name and details of the airline representative that accepted the change. If I can influence 10 potential customers not to use eDreams then its not a total loss. Use this on line travel agency at your own risk. You are better off dealing straight with the airline companies themselves. Such a change through them costs $30 not the total loss of your ticket. My story will be shared world wide to protect others from experiencing the nightmare I have endured with eDreams.

I bought an air ticket of 19,90 EUR and Edreams charged me a fee of 54,90 EUR! As a subscription! Stay far away from this site!
I purchased, from e-dreams, an airfare ticket with medical insurance included (by Europ Assistance Insurance). Edreams, thereby, sold to me the air-travel medical cancellation insurance, thus Edreams became the sales agent of the insurance company and was paid a commission for such sale. I then had an inadvertent medical emergency and was taken and interned at Hospital Sanchinarro´s emergency room with grave abdominal pain. The attending physician ordered no travel and repose, the physician prescribed pain medication and ordered an ultra sound examination and visit with a medical surgeon. I sent my claim to the insurance company (Europ Assistance Insurance) and the claim was declined. These people, in my opinion and experience are crooks, but I won´t let them get away with it. I will be filng a law suit against Edreams who as the sales representative should have conducted their due diligence regarding the Europ Assistance Insurance, which I also believe is a literal scam. I will be reporting these to the Spanish police in the hope they will conduct an investigation of the insurance company, as they should for commercial fraud. DO NOT PURCHASE ANTHING THROUGH EDREAMS OF EUROP ASSISTANCE. Spare yourself trouble.
Booked a direct flight from Frankfurt to Hangzhou, China with China Eastern Airlines with eDreams. 4 weeks prior to the flight, I received a notice from China Eastern that the flight was canceled. Talked to China Eastern Airlines and they told me that they have to sent the refund to the ticketing agent - eDreams. Edreams numbers are disconnected or are not answered. Called for 4 weeks and sent numerous e-mails and no response. Here is were this is even stranger - on their mobile app they say - contact China Eastern and here is the best: the flight was canceled - checked with Frankfurt international - on my eDreams app - the flight is still on left and arrived in Hangzhou. DON'T BOOK WITH EDREAMS.
I would not recommend buying flights through this company. It is mostly a marketing ploy, be sure to read all of the fine print before purchasing.
Be aware that they will not refund any of the fees for upgraded seats or extra baggage. We paid for cancellations insurance that was misrepresented by the way you chose your fare. Essentially, they stole $284.00 from us.

EDreams is a fraud. They sneak hidden fees into their booking platform. You only become aware of these sneaky fee after you hit the "pay" button. A booking that would cost R3890 on the airline direct site, costs R8220 through eDreams. This is utterly fraudulent and it amounts to customer exploitation. When you try to cancel a booking, their website says "this facility does not work at the moment, we are fixing it. Plse try again later"
This is a fraudulent company, never travel with them:
- I had a multi-leg ticket for which the first leg was cancelled, turns out later this flight was scheduled for departure anyhow => they sold me a flight that didn't exist, only to cancel it a couple of days later
- without informing me, eDreams independently and without informing me cancelled the second leg of the flight - I found this out by luck myself, only days before travel, I had to buy a new ticket myself which was many times more expensive than the original one
- eDreams compensated me for the initial amount, but minus 1 euro - due to "autocalcalculation" they said, never got this money back
- filed a claim without any substantial response, I keep on following up and they keep on giving me new deadlines which they never stick to

I booked my flight with eDreams. Due to a minor change in plans I called them to call what would be the charge if date was changed. I never gave authorization to cancel or change flight, however they went ahead and cancelled my flight and now they held on to my money for more than 2 years. During these two years I tried various methods to get back my money for example, I called them five time to open an investigation into the case as to why ticket was cancelled in the first place, they said they would review transcript and call back but they never call back each time I call they say its still ongoing. I even tried re-booking a different flight but they say I can only choose same origin and destination and the prices they quote for me are higher than what they show on their website by a about 600$.
This is very bad on eDreams part, this is a super fraud company cheating customers. I wish I had some connections to file a lawsuit on eDreams.
I made a booking through edreams and purchased they flexible option, which allowed changes to be made.
Sure enough, a couple of weeks later, I had to change the flight dates. This is where the nightmare began. Edreams gives you no ability to contact an agent directly, I was provided two different telephone numbers, and neither one had the ability to talk to someone, it was just a message. The only other option provided it to "chat" to an agent on their website. After six separate chat sessions, each one explaining what happened and each agent promising that I would receive a call within 48-72 hours (?), I finally did get a call. I patiently explained to the agent that I had purchased the flexible option, and needed to change the dates of my flight. She confirmed that I did buy the flexible option, and explained that if their was a difference in fare, I would need to pay the difference. I accepted this, and we started the change process. She told me that the only way to do this change would be purchasing a new ticket, and I would be refunded the amount of the old ticket within 10-15 business days. This seemed extremely strange, and I should of stopped there, but I was so pleased that, after all the frustration of trying to get a hold of someone, that something was happening. After purchasing the new ticket, I insisted that the agent send me an email stating that I would be getting the refund, and the amount. We stayed on the phone until I received the email. A month later I checked my credit card, and the refund had not been applied. I contacted edreams again, through their chat, and asked where my refund was. The agent said that the refund would be coming from the airline (?), and had not been processed yet. I explained that the responsibility of the refund was edreams, not the airline.
I regret not purchasing with the airline directly, and buying their flexible option. As it now stands I have paid twice for this ticket, and also paid for the flexible change option. I have not received a refund. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their agents are located in India, and really don't grasp the English language. They flat out lied to me. Avoid this company at all costs, book directly with the airline.
I want to share a VERY negative experience about the airline ticket agency eDreams.
ATTENTION!
The company changes the ticket price at the time of a transaction (a payment).
The price of my ticket was changed 4 times and instead of economy class I was sold business class.
It is not possible to track this, since when paying on the company's website, there is no confirmation of payment by a code: the amount is debited from the bank card automatically (without confirmation).
Immediately after the payment, I contacted the eDreams company, also warned the air carrier company.
The eDreams staff promised me that the money for the ticket would be refunded within 6 months.
For 6 months I was negotiating (contacted about 20 times). But in vain, only promises. The money was not returned in the end.
The air carrier company told me that eDreams had not contacted them all the time to resolve the problem.
I found the eDreams website on the Momondo website.
I think eDreams is ruining Momondo's reputation.
It is now my duty to warn potential eDreams customers of potential eDreams scams.
I plan to post negative reviews on various web-sites and forums for 6 months (exactly as long as eDreams promised to refund my money).
A very very very very very very very very bad bad bad from now to the end of life. Plz dont book with them at all. They even dosnt deserve any stars at all.
This company does nothing but will take money from you. But even if they will charge you for a ticket it's doesn't mean you gonna fly because they will screw up your information and Air lines won't find you tickets in the system.
Don't take your chances
They charged me twice for the same service without permission (illegal and I will proceed with legal advice) and they never gave me a proper refund! They also charged me for seat reservation and when I traveled I had to sit apart from my partner in whatever seat and they still haven't refunded me this cost as well!
Unprofessional! Please stay away from them or you will regret, and most probably have a stressful trip!

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
