I booked a flight Brussels-Chania and retoyr Chania via Athenes-Brussels
When I got the confirmation for the reservation, I saw the return flight was wrong.
It said Athenes-Chania and at the same time Brussels-Athenes
How is it possible that I can take a flight in Athenes and at the same moment take a flight in Brussels to Athenes?
I have printscreen that I didn't do anything wrong but still they will not refund me?
I paid extra in case I wanted to change the dates so this is pure theft!
The customer service (indian guys) are losers. They cannot do anything.

My initial booking was canceled by eDreams after I submitted it. I had to submit another booking. I'm concerned there will be an issue for my current booking
I did not like. East. Flight. It's my turn hold on hunger. Y. I don't have for a hotel. For the breach. Of your services
EDreams made our flight connections from LAX to Portugual and back from Marseilles as easy as could be. As an 80-year-old farmer, looking for airline tickets on the internet can be a bit daunting. EDreams made it very simple and at much better prices than when I consulted a travel agency who was pushing their preferred airlines at twice the price.

Flight got cancelled due to Covid and legally we were entitled a refund. However, Edream said we are not entitled to a refund only a flight credit for 1 year so we just settled for that, mind you they refused to send any emails only serviced us via phone. Fast forward 6 months we are ready to use the voucher to book another flight and then Edream tells us a series of false information. First they said we can't book the flight anymore because the flight credit is expired, which how can that even be possible it's only been 6 months. Told us they would launch an internal investigation on the initial phone call and said they will get back to us in 3 days. It's been 2 months, have not heard ANYTHING.
We then proceeded to call qantas because that was the airline we were flying to see if anything can be done, they tried their best and informed us that they do not have the flight voucher it is already with Edream and they can't do anything. We proceeded to call Edreams again and they admit we still have the flight credit, but they don't have it and it's with qantas. So at this point, we have a flight credit, yet Edream and Qantas both say it's with the other party. Endless phone calls, 2 hour wait times, an insane amount of time wasted trying to locate where our flight credit is and NOBODY KNOWS. As the agency we booked with, I believe Edream has the responsibility of letting us use the credit and taking care of this issue - however, they have been unresponsive, deceitful multiple times, made empty promises and wasted our time. They always urge us to contact qantas but isn't that their job in the first place? Why do we have to waste hours and days hunting down our flight credit because they can't be honest with us in the first place? The customer service representatives are also useless and transferee me to multiple people whom not one could help. To this day, we still have no idea where our flight credit is, and is unable to redeem it even thought Edream admits that we are entitled to it.
We are currently in the process of a bank dispute, which further wastes our time. I will be pursing a claim in small courts Victoria if they waste anymore of our time it's ridiculous. Save yourself the trouble and NEVER ORDER WITH THEM. Edream is unethical and train their employees as lying pieces of trash.
I have tried to book online a flight, but The payment did not pass and on the website, it was confirmed that the payment and booking didn't work.
I also have never received any confirmation email, I went then on an other website and purchased the same ticket.
Then after 3 days, I saw on my account 500€ taken from my account without ever receiving the booking confirmation. Flight already happened and when I called customer service, they refused to reimburse me even though it was a mistake on their website.
They only send me the flight confirmation after the travel occurred

I bought a ticket in 2020 and am still waiting for the return, they do not Help in any way on the phone, dont Replay to emails. Absolut fraud of a company
EDreams does not actually guarantee your ticket. They cancelled my booking with zero notice. I made a booking about a week out, they sent me confirmation emails and everything. One day before my flight I noticed that it said "Processing" on the app. Went to customer service to check what that meant- they said that actually the payment had been returned and my booking was cancelled. No notice, no nothing, no email, and in fact they gave me a boarding pass. If I hadn't randomly decided to check in I would have shown up at the airport to no flight. I don't understand how it can be the way their system works that they don't notify you if your booking doesn't process and just send you a (fake?) boarding pass anyway. I also received very poor customer service from the agents who offered no help, not even a coupon, and no sympathy- I was just told to book another flight (one day out!) without any offer of help or even acknowledgement that their system had put me in a bad situation.
Zero stars, terrible experience. I would not recommend using this service, as they do not guarantee your ticket. I now have to go spend hundreds more dollars on another flight on extremely short notice. Absolutely hellish, awful service.

I wish I would have done some research and came across this site BEFORE I made the mistake of using this page. I had the worse experience with them. Long story short, my airline canceled one of the connections from my original flight and Edreams provided a secondary flight THAT WAS NOT CONVENIENT FOR ME AND I DID NOT WANT TO TAKE. I called 4 different times, in spams of a week and nobody could take care of my request, apparently because the airline was not allowing the change, which was a lie because I was in constant contact with the airline. The airline let me know they could not make any change unless Edreams contacted them, which in their system they could not see anything. In the end, I had to stick with the flight change and they did nothing for me, not even offering me a hotel night stay at the place I had to take a 15 hr layover. STAY AWAY FROM USING THIS PLATFORM! Worse customer service on the entire planet.
Very bad customer service. My flight was canceled and I asked for a full refund but they didn't accept it. EDreams customer service is cheating because eDreams recommended another flight on another date and I accepted but when the confirmation came I found a different date. I call eDreams at the same time just to confirm my acceptance with the correct date but they said the date I accepted is not exciting. I asked for a full refund because the flight was canceled but they refused my request. So be careful when dealing with eDreams. I've never experienced like this before. I now complain about this. Not recommended at all.
I had the painful experience of purchasing plane tickets a year ago with eDreams. The next day after the purchase the airline Swiss canceled their flight. Up to now still struggling to get a full refund from eDreams a year later. Reading reviews here and via the net and youtube you realize that eDreams is a criminal organization. Please report being scammed via internet / edreams to the FBI via an IC3 form see below link.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
