TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, LIARS, TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT MAKE THE RESERVATION IN TIME FOR YOU TO FLY, THEN GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK! TAKE IT IN 10 MIN. AND 7 DAYS LATER i'M STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND AND IT STILL HASNT COME. THEY SAID 24HR, THEM 48 THEM 72HRS AFTER 4 FOUR CALLS THEY SAID 10 DAYS, WHAT THE DEVIL? STAY AWAY, THE WORST

Hi. They don't deserve one but is not 0 stars there.Do you want headaches? I am buying tickets for my friends and vacations for a while. I just love to look and see people happy. This time I am looking for my parents. The worst ever company. First they charge more then suppose. I am buying tickets at one price in the email I got a different price. I am calling them because I thought is a mistake. No is not. They charge their fees on top. Second they say 24 hour cancelation without penalty. I try to cancel after 4 hours not possible for the full return. I stay on the phone with them for more then 3 hours, after all I cancel and lost money but i don't want to deal with them anymore.

Precalculated scam

Do not use EDREAMS. These people or these programs reserved for me a return flight which I was unable to take, nor to be reimbursed, despite the insurance that I had with them in addition. It looks more like a scam than anything else. Avoid other companies, they are in the same competition for theft and other scams. Don't worry, it's your fault if you use their services. I have more computer problems thanks to them now.

STAY AWAY FROM eDREAMS THESE PEOPLE ARE VICIOUS AND WILL DECEIVE YOU. I PURCHASED FLIGHT TICKETS IN THE U.S. FOR AMERICAN DOLLARS AND THEY CHARGED ME IN EUROS. WHEN I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM TO CANCEL THEY WON'T ANSWER THERE PHONE OR EMAILS. I HAD TO CONTACT MY CREDIT CARD CO. TO DISPUTE CHARGES AND CREDIT CARD CO. COULD NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH eDREAMS. TOTAL SCAM SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND FIND ANOTHER SOURCE AS THESE PEOPLE ARE LEGITIMATE SCAM. JUST READ ALL THE TERRIBLE REVIEWS THEY HAVE..

E-Dreams is a nightmare

I bought "cancel for any reason" insurance and when I called to cancel I was told that my ticket was unrefundable because I requested they fix a typo in a passenger name. No where does it way in the terms and conditions for "cancel for any reason" that fixing a typo revokes your ability to recieve a refund.

You can cancel for any reason but you won't get your money back.

Son unos estafadores, engañadores, mentirosos porque venden un seguro de opción de cambio de fecha del vuelo, el cual tiene publicidad engañosa, lenguaje confuso y ambiguo para engañar y que la gente lo pague.
Cuando se trató de usar dicho seguro, dijeron que no aplicaba, con el pretexto de que el cambio debía hacerse según sus cláusulas, antes del primer vuelo, es decir, el vuelo de ida. Sin embargo, pagué intencionalmente el seguro porque no tenía certeza de mi fecha de regreso y cuando necesité hacer el cambio no me aplicó. Y todavía tuvieron el descaro de ofrecer otro boleto carísimo.
Cuando te lo venden sugieren "si no sabes tu fecha de regreso, pagas extra, y podrás cambiarlo hasta 24h antes de tu vuelo".

Además cuando ya se va a pagar los boletos aéreos y se ingresan todos los datos de tarjeta de crédito te envían un mensaje de que la tarifa aumento (en esos 2 minutos en que llenas los datos de tarjeta de crédito) y debes pagar tarifas más altas, cosa que hacen a propósito en todo boleto aéreo que he adquirido, en diversas ocasiones.
NO COMPRARÉ NUNCA MÁS CON EDREAMS.

If things go well it might be ok but as soon as you have to change your booking (due to strike), you will
1) NOT get someone on the phone - numbers provided (UK, Germany) are not responding
2) have to Open a facebook account to access a messenger system (30 min with a robot and than a customer service employee with no authority (waste of live time!)
3) GET asked to call again an US Number (high costs from EUROPE!)

My advise, stay away!

EDreams is a scam

I booked tickets with eDreams, my Visa was charged with a bigger amount that was actually displayed on the screen when I clicked pay. I just talked to an agent and confirmed that they have a glitch on their website. No refund provided. EDreams is a scam, do not use them.

I am soooooo disappointed from taking extra money from my booking I did. It was clearly showing the total C$93.42, when I hit the purchase bottom it was the same too. But they deducted from my account C$132.26. I submitted a complaint and their customer service employee Jarred has shut me off and told me to go and f... my self. I want to talk to Dana Dunne now.

Literally, EVERY SINGLE TIME I have ever tried to purchase a flight from this site there is a last-second bump in the price. You can retry the process 20 times in a row, and every single time the "last-second" increase will happen and the price will actually be higher each consecutive time. Seriously, dishonest practices.

Do yourself favor and buy from legitimate companies or directly from airlines. As soon as you enter you credit card info, edreams discount is removed and price bumps up to original price.If you dont pay attention, you are one click away from payin full price. "Customer service" out of India ( red flag already), they dont honor the price you are getting. Give you bs excuses, making you look fool.

Don't buy your flight tickets through eDream. If a problem occurs, the company cannot be contacted in any way. I bought 2 tickets through the company and found that one of the one travelers was still a minor. All I needed was to fill out a document and pay 50, but it couldn't be done. I sat at the eDream chat page for 8 hours, unable to get in touch with anything but a robot that couldn't help me. I tried with all the options they described, nothing helped, no contact. I eventually tried to cancel the ticket, within the 24 hour deadline there, by law, IMPOSSIBLE. Good advice, buy directly from the airline, they can be contacted and can help if you, like me, get stuck. I've lost the tickets, money and time out the window.

Already regret what I got myself into... Never received a confirmation for my flight. Called them and asked about update, since $$$ has been taken out of my account but no tickets been issued. I was told to wait 24 hours... what company does that! Either you get your tickets or not. Why to hold my $$$ and not issue tickets! Im afraid long fight will come from this to get my $$$ back because seems no tickets will be issued! What a dream I got myself into. Stay Away, buy tickets elsewhere, Saves your nerves!

DONT BUY IN eDREAMS!

I bought several times through this page and it had all worked out. The last booking I made with them I almost paid twice and couldn't do anything about it. When my payment was being processed, a flight of 300 euros went to cost 500 at the time the money was being charged to my card. I contacted Edreams over the phone and none of your operators helped me... they didn´t know what to do. I was told to contact via email, which is supposed to be a different department... That's what I did, and after 3 days I got answered by saying it was probably my fault because it would be an offer for the PROMOTION CARD. I sent them an answer with photos of the prices and offer of the flight to justify the refund and prove that it was not a promotion. They never answered me again. I tried to contact them several more times and would not reply.
It probably works well if you booking goes through without a problem, but don't expect to get your money back or some kind of help if something happens with your booking.
Bad customer service, there are better companies to book with and with better services.

FIRST-RATE SCAMMER!

(I'm typing this with rage as I just got off from the phone with the CS). Giving 1 star is beyond generous. I'm appalled and shocked that this hell hole is still operating.
I made a booking of return flights, they deducted my credit card, and yet I didn't receive any booking confirmation.
I was trying to reach out to their customer service which is ridiculously challenging and almost impossible.
Then I made a very expensive long distance phone call to London, ended up talking with a customer service. A super rude and obnoxious Indian guy was talking to me. Not sure if he's underpaid, or rather fed up with all of the complaints that he has to bear every minute everyday.
It turned out that MY BOOKING WAS UNSUCCESSFUL, he said that they are unable to find the flights, and YET THEY TOOK MY MONEY. I was furious to say the least, why the fuqk would you publish such availability and take my money if you are unable to process the booking?!
Classic scammers, of course it will require at least 7 to 10 days to refund my money. So now, I'm all pssed and with no money to book for another flight.

I would like to see someone that is lawyer to sue the shyt out of them.
AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

PS: SHAME ON MOMONDO to have affiliated with these scams. SHAME!

I purchased a round-trip purchase on eDreams for my friend to travel. When she reached the airport she was told the booking was never confirmed, and to complete she was forced to purchase a separate, one-way ticket directly from the airline. After considerable effort dealing with their customer service department, eDreams agreed to make a partial refund - less than 50% of the cost they charged me for round-trip ticket, and far less than what my friend paid for the separate ticket. Their business model is theft, pure and simple.

Please do not use this company. One star is generous! I am in SHOCK as to how they are able to get away with what they have done. I booked 5 flights for a stag trip for my friends. They created two separate bookings for five people (one with only the outbound flight). I was charged for both sets of flights and two booking fees in excess of £100. The customer service centre is so hard to find and the staff on the phone incredibly unhelpful. I am still unable to get my refund confirmed and they have asked I take this up with the airline who are 100% not liable. They refused to even admit that it seemed odd that I would book the same flight for the same people. Not only have they made an error which they won't refund me for - they have charged me £100 for the pleasure. I can't see how this isn't criminal activity. Judging by reviews, I am not the only victim of their behaviour.
