A crook site and stole my money and I was a free cancellation barrier
When I wanted to cancel their reply, it was only possible to cancel only the return flight and half the amount was deducted.
Knowing the wrong history was from the site because I was sure of the history of the site with which the error occurred

DO NOT USE

Edreams took money for a Thomas Cook flight booked the day before their collapse and will not refund. They are saying they are waiting for Thomas Cook but I paid them and need the refund to source new flights. I have contacted them again and again but no refund.

I have already posted on here about my terrible experience with Edreams, but as it's still ongoing, I'll post again to reiterate their uselessness. I booked flights with them 6 weeks ago which I was quickly informed were cancelled due to a price change. I then called and I was told I would get 100% refund in 10 days. 6 weeks later and no sign of the $1800 they owe me. I have called multiple times and been promised solutions that never come. After I wrote my last review I was emailed saying customer service would contact me soon. Shock- they still haven't. I would honestly deter all people from booking through them. I used them before with no issues but the stress you go through when something does go wrong is not worth the risk. Utterly disgusted with edreams and I will be making sure I tell everyone who avoid them at all costs. P.s. Please refund my money edreams!

I am pissed

The hotel I booked dint let me in. They said your booking is canceled and we font have any room. So I had to go to another hotel. I tried to contact Edreams to get refund but Now after one month they dont even answer my emails! It was supposed to take three weeks, then 48 hours, then 72 hours, and still nothing!

NEVER USE PRIME EDREAMS!

Please never use PRIME edreams.
It is so bad their customer services and I am currently in a legal dispute with them to get my money back.
I have currently 4 employees in my company with PRIME edreams account and I can't tell it was money to the toilet.
The prices they propose with prime are not cheaper than going directly to the airlines and book it yourselfs. The discounts never work and they will never reimburse if something goes wrong with your booking. They do not care if you are a prime client or not. It is a complete rubbery.

I had booked tickets to France but want to reschedule my travel due to Cancer. They have taken me for a joy ride by passing the buck on the airlines. Been over a week, they have not sent any email to the airline to reschedule my flight. Just keep on pacifying me by saying that the airline will respond.
They are a total scam! Never do any transaction through edreams.

I booked a flight for a friend from Manchester to Addis Ababa through eDreams on Ethiopian Airlines - I mixed up his forename and family name. Once I realised I contacted Ethiopian airlines who said I needed to work through eDreams. When I eventually got through to eDreams their agent told me that Ethiopian airlines do not permit changes to booked tickets. He told me that I had to cancel the original take the partial refund and start again. I did so at a cost of over £400. When my friend spoke to Ethiopian Airlines they stated that changing a booked ticket had to be done by the agency that booked it but that there was no charge or problem with changing it! Since then, despite a formal complaint I have been unable to get any response from eDreams or compensation for unnecessary costs incurred. I will never use them again and tell anyone who is planning to book a flight to avoid this company

If you are using edream web site you just wasting your time and money. I have booked a flight on thie web site and they charge me about £85 for the flight which should been £35. They chage for seat and then the air line didn't agree with that and I had to pay again and when I called edream they told me we will send you an email to get £9 back which never happen. Their stuff was rude and extremely unhelp. Never never using them again and please tell everybody not use them and government should remove this web site from internet as they fraud.

Don't ever book with eDreams. I booked a ticket to Jordan from Riyadh some time in May 2019 (booking reference *******109). Due to a change in Jordan airline flight schedule, I had no choice but to cancel the flight ticket. This will be a full refund since it's a mistake of Jordan Air.

EDreams told me that I should wait maximum 3 months to get my refund back. However, after 3 months of waiting I did not receive any refund from them. Even my booking number was removed from the system.

I gave edream a call, took me 10 to 15 minutes waiting time. The consultant said he is sorry but they still did not get the refund from Jordan Air yet. Told me to wait 72 hours or more. And gave me email address to converse with them. This whole call cost me almost 40 minutes and oversea charges $$.

So I waited and waited but there was no email or response from them. I send emails several times but this company will never reply your emails. At the end, I gave them a call again and waited a long queue. As soon as it's my turn, the consultant checked my case and told me to wait 72 hours again. It sounds convincing this time so i agreed to wait another 72 hours. Also I requested him to change my refund account from credit card to bank account.

To my disappointment, there was just an email from edream telling me refund still pending. I reply to this email but as usual this company has no one checking any emails.

In the next call to edream, I found out my refund account has not been updated as promised by the consultant. I lost my cool and scolded the operator.

From then onwards, I have been calling edream till today. And I still not getting my refund back. There is not a word of sorry from the company. They don't even honor their 3 months refund policy. They could have just refund me my money after 3 months and they can deal with Jordan Air later. Customer first. Instead, they let me wasted so much time and money calling them for nothing.

To all those out there who are planning to book through edream please do it only if you don't plan to cancel or change your flights ticket. This company will not refund you money. Don't bother sending them email or complaints because no one is bothered. They are rude and treat customers like nothing. This company has no heart. It's just a plain system taking order and giving tickets. Don't ever choose edream unless you cannot find any other agencies to get your ticket.

I will also post my records with edream on the tripadvisor review.

Changing flights
October 5, 2019

I booked the wrong month in error with the return month. Tried to change it. After an hour I got to "speak" through messaging to someone. Their answer? Contact the airline your travelling on. The "insurance" I clicked on for cancellations have no value as I didn't cancel through them. Stay away, people.

If you have no problems, everything is fine. You have a problem and they make you problems everywhere. They don't answer the phone, they don't answer your messages, when they do they give unsatisfactory answers, even the final quality survey doesn't work. I could write hours of how bad it is..

When I payed for the Cancel for any reason insurance option:
Round trip from New York to Sweden $566 + $101 for Seats = $667
I was given $440 as a refund i should have received $533. NOT including the $50 service fee i paid for this booking. NEVER AGAIN. You have been warned, sometimes the cheapest options cost you more. Also id like to not i was routed to a call center where 1 i could barely hear the rep and 2 i could not understand his accent.

Bought a ticket and only half of the payment went through. The agent could not charge the other part nor refund the initial payment. So, at this moment, after 35 minutoes on the phone, I have not ticket nor a refund. I must talk to the bank and call them again... to be continued.

I have had the worst experience with this travel agency online. I booked 3 return flights and Edreams only confirmed my return flight, so I tried to contacted to them to ask for my outboand fligth email confirmation and they just told me that my fligth was canceled, and i needed to book another fligths but obviosly with an extra price, they told me that the Airline didnt have more seats available and thats why thet cancelled my outbond flight, and the only thing edreams can do is book another fligth more. So I asked for a REFUND cause they didnt respect with the service offered.
Now they don´t want to give me the Refund for those cancel flights.
So PLEASE NEVER BOOK WITH THIS FRAUD COMPANY!

I've just made a booking and was charged S$1,509.33 for it. This is a completely surprise to me as in the final payment page (where I had to key in my card details) showed payment around S$1300. I was shocked by this amount - why was I charged extra S$200?

I wrote to edreams via email (which does not work) and Twitter (no response) after 3 days to explain themselves. On a separate mail, I requested from their FB messenger bot for an invoice to find out where the extra charges came from. Guess what - mediation fee was 242 SGD! No where has it stated that this was to be charged! On the "confirm payment page" only stated ~1300 SGD. So freaking dishonest I will never use edreams ever again and will discourage everyone to avoid *******@edreams customer service: if you are reading this I would like a refund!

Warning! Pls, Do not book anything with this website. I'm so tried of contact with this company about money refunded after I booked the ticket with this site. It's wasted my money and
My time! I Booked the flight on 17th September 2019, and then When I arrived at the airport for checking in but there wasn't my name on the system, No ticket and No nothing. I try to contact to the call canter customers service. The guy name "AAMIR", He said my Booking was cancelled on the 19th Sep 2019, BUTmy flight was on the 17th Sep, and "eDearms" already charged my money from my Debit card, How is that possible? The call canter said they already sent a email about my ticket cancelletion on the 19th Sep 2019. I was asking an email flight cancelletion because it wasnt any email from them whatsoever. I need an email approving but they can't give it to me. He said the company has been not charged yet, but i have checked with the bank it has been charnged already! I have many Questions need to ask but he counld't give me a right answer me after that he hanged up my phone with out an solution or any email to improve the answer. The customers service NOT helpful ( my booking is *******061)

When I made my booking, I paid EXTRA for "flexible Travel dates" during the Check-out process. However, when I called customer service to change my return date, I was told that option has already expired 24hrs BEFORE my departure date... WHAT?!? The checkout process is designed to SCAM passengers for extra fees without actually allowing you to do it! These scammers should go to jail for that! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

If anyone is aware of an initiative of people organizing to file a joint suit against Edreams, please comment and spread the news.

Do yourself a favor and don't book anything through Edreams.
There is no way to contact their customer service directly, therefore you can't arrange anything in case of emergency. Also, if you manage to get a reply, they'll delay reimbursing you indefinitely.

I had a flight cancellation insurance for an Edreams flight, which I had to cancel. I followed the requirements, and cancelled the flight a week before the flight was on, which was well within the 24h before the flight cancellation period.
It took intense online presence in a form of negative reviews before anyone replied. After that, they said they process my request and will reimburse me within 7 to 10 days. This was on September 27th 2019. Until now, on October 28th 2019, I still didn't receive the reimbursement. I sent them an email 6 days ago reminding them to reimburse me, but I guess no one trying to keep a civil conversation with them is worth responding.
