If I could give this company negative stars I would. They are utterly useless. All I requested was to add an additional "Jr." to a name. They tell me it will be 24-48 hours. A week later still not done. Told to wait more days. When you call, IF you dont wait several minutes on hold you will then get a person who can barely speak English, as well as barely understand English. I had to repeat myself multiple times. My request was never filled. And they told me they may charge fees to add "Jr". This is the worse company I have ever dealt with on any level. Zero competence. Do NOT book with them. There are several other companies to choose from. JustFly is awesome!
Horrible experience
I wish I had the option to give eDreams zero stars. The company is a total scam and waste of time. I cancelled a flight that had flight insurance which means I should receive a refund. I have waited over three months for this refund. I have called customer services for the past month and a half trying to get my money back. They continuously tell me to wait 24-72 hours longer for my refund because it is 'with the refund team', they're 'waiting for the airline', or 'the bank is taking too long'. I have been given one of these lines every time I speak with an employee. I do not blame customer support as they are just doing their jobs, however, the company as a whole is trying to keep my refund money and doing anything they can to slow the process down. I will NEVER use eDreams again to book a flight or any other product they sell. EDreams is a terrible company.
In the last two months I could not find 1 positive service review. Shareholders must be informed of valid reviews outcomes that will indicate they are far from being rated as the leading best performing online travel agency. They have been rated as the worst service provider against their top 10 competitors. Call center service worst performing. I would advise any potential service user to run as fast as you can. Terms and conditions oppose what they promise.
I Bought tickets to Paphos which always cost at around 70 Dollars, Edreams charged me another 91$ for as they call it intermediation fees, which you know that you paid for it just after you purchase the ticket.

I WAS CHARGED 1020. 00 for flights to Iquitos Peru, I missed my 1st flight and all my other flights were cancelled by eDreams and there was nothing I could do about it, I had already booked another flight and flew to Lima but when I got there I found that eDreams had cancelled ALL my flights including my return flights. This they had no right to do and I had to pay another $900 to get home. Every time I spoke with a advisor they couldn't or wouldn't tell me who cancelled my flights. Telling me it's the system that cancelled them?... they couldn't give me any phone numbers or contact details of who cancelled my flights or how I could address this issue, they have blatantly stole my money and are being evasive on how I can address this issue... they are the worse travel company I have ever dealt with... DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. IAM TAKING THIS FURTHER WITH IATA AND ABTA... THIS COMPANY IS USELESS USE AT YOUR PERIL... DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! They are $#*!e
I was charged a lot more that the actual final price, they have some shady tactics just to fool you the ticket was 238 final price and after I paid it was 326 without any information. Don't trust this site
I was charged a lot more than what was displayed to me in the tickets payment page which CLEARLY STATES it's the FINAL PRICE ( ticket + services) as stated on the website. They use shady tactics to get away with this with the dynamic prices and tries to blame the airlines when they actually increase theyr service fees AFTER you give the consent for the stated amount.

I made a reservation from them few months ago. In the end of the process that said that the airline charges more $100. Since I didn't have much options, and mainly since I believed that this is indeed because of the airline, I agreed. Today, I came to book from them again (I was foolish not to check reviews about them - which are horrible). And now it happened again - they said again that the airline charges more. This time - $600 more!
Since that promise 12 hours of free cancellation - I made the reservation and immediately went to look for another place to book the same flight. And indeed I found the exact same flight, with the original price that they showed in the search - less $600US.
Well I went to cancel the order. Of course, also in that they try to play around. First, When I tried to cancel the reservation from the website, I got the message 'Oops, something went wrong...'. When I tried to call the number they gave, I got to their answering service, and when I chose '1' to cancel - it just ignored my choise, regardless of how many times I tried. Only an attempt at another number, finally managed to give me cancellation
Horrible company. When you get the final payment the price suddenly jumps! Tried emailing for an explanation but never heard from them.

Scammers of a company! Do not use! They sent us confirmation emails and took money out of our account only for us to turn up at the airport and be told we hadn't been booked on the flight. All of the aolirport staff said this always happens with edreams and they get so many complaints weekly! They take your money and wait for the prices to drop to make a profit if not they cancel your flights... And your stuck like I am.
We purchased two roundtrip tickets from Manila to Malé after we were directed to edreams.com by Kayak. EDreams left us stranded in Maldives because Air Asia refused to honor our tickets. We showed them the current itinerary from eDreams printed on the date of travel (Aug 26) with the date printed stamped on it (to prove that it is current) but Air Asia would not honor it because their was system was showing a different date of travel of Aug 25. Air Asia's agent was not willing to help us told us to resolve the issue with eDreams. EDreams has no email address. I tried calling them at the airport but it was just a perpetual recording on hold. I also tried messaging them online but there was no response. I found a link on their Facebook page on how to contact their customer service but I have only gotten an automated reply. This has caused us to incur unplanned expenses amounting to around $1500 to buy a new tickets to MNL, hotel accommodation, meals, and telephone expenses.
I bought a flight ticket, they told me. Its confirmed and later on got a email saying its cancelled. They asked me fail a claim to substitute the loss. They cancelled the claim. I was in customer care call for hours and hours. They just bounce the call between teams. Waste of money and time. These guys dont even deserve a single star.
Edreams really let us down. We booked a trip to South Korea from Tokyo, but could not use the flights we booked through eDreams. We had to book new flights at the ticket gate, paying out of pocket, because eDreams customer service could not (in one instance, would not) help us.
Here is what happened. When we arrived for our flight, the airline would not accept the booking because our names on the booking were not in the same order as on our passports. The booking program listed our first (given) names first, whereas passports list last (family) names first. When using the eDreams booking program, we entered names correctly in the first name and last name fields, but the program reversed them. The booking also listed our first names twice, so it read: First name, Last name, First name again. (Passports read: Last Name, First Name, Middle Name.) I think this occurred because there was no place in their form to enter middle names, and so it produced the first name twice. We foolishly didn't realize this was a problem until we tried to board the flight. Anyway, the airline would not accept the tickets, and insisted the booking be fixed. So, now with 80 minutes left to go before our flight (we got there two hours early), we called eDreams. But by the time we reached eDreams after being on hold for 20 minutes, we missed the one-hour window and eDreams said (well, their contracted agent in India said) there was nothing they could do, and abruptly hung up on us, leaving us to solve the problem on our own. (We were polite on the phone; we know better than to berate the one person who can help you.) So, we purchased a new set of tickets there on the spot.
Because our return leg two days later was originally booked on a different airline, we thought we could fix the naming problem on that booking in time. But no. Even though we called eDreams a day in advance (again reaching a call center in India), they said there was nothing they could do, and told us to contact the airline. However, the cut-rate airline eDeams found and booked us on, would not pick up their phone after business hours (our trip was over the weekend). We called eDreams back, and they said there was nothing they could do because the airline didn't staff their phones after business hours. So, again, we bought a new set of tickets (this time with a different airline). EDreams promised to send us a refund form for the $1100 (USD) their mistake cost us. They then denied the refund. We are now asking our credit card company to handle the dispute.
We will never use eDreams again, and we advise you not to either, especially if you must travel with a passport. Their prices are cheap, yes, but our experience illustrates the old adage that you get what you pay for.

I booked a return flight from Marseille, France to Prague. The price advertised was 122 per person return. Since I made a booking for two people the total should have been 244. They charged me 362 (This price was advertised no where. I only found out about it after having made the purchase)
I contacted their customer support and they did not help me. They said that the price difference was due to a change in the airline prices (not true because I checked on the airline web page directly and the price was no where near as high) They also said they would try to cancel the flight but could not guarantee anything refund.
They told me to ask their customer support 24h latter but no one replies.

I purchased a round-trip ticket for my friend through eDreams from Jeddah to Cairo and the amount was 1178. 45 SR (Saudi Riyals). Later after filling the information on the final stage, the amount jumped to 1201. 96 SR so I thought it could be a conversion rate. After filling the Credit Card information, I received SMS with the amount of 1343. 81 SR deducted from my Credit Card without any notice (in Saudi Riyals so there are no conversion rates here)! The difference here is 141.85 SR from the final price shown to me, and 165.35 SR from the initial price showed to me at the beginning, this is equivalent to 36.46 GBP or 44.09 US $. I tried sending emails but for no avail, no one answered my emails and of course, I can't call their number in the UK because it would cost me nearly the same amount I am demanding. The last thing to mention here is that I went through most of the reliable websites of reviewing, reliability, and trustworthy to check eDreams, all people are saying the same.
Definitely, I won't buy again from them and I, of course, DO NOT RECOMMEND them at all.
Beware the price you accept is not the price invoiced. They add on their charges after you have authorised the payment. Don't go anywhere near this company. Book directly your self or with a reputable booking agent or website.
Edreams purpose in life is to be a parasite to humanity. They want nothing more than to suck people dry of money. They will employ shifty tactics to add on cost. They are not transparent and are misleading.
They are an unethical business, based in Barcelona and runned by some of the biggest scum bags on earth. Their call centre is based in India and they too are of little help. The customer service rep has no qualms about lying to you and giving fake apologies.
Avoid eDreams if you want a hassle free vacation. They will ruin your trip at the drop of a hat. Don't be fooled by the low advertised prices. Its not too good to be true, but that's their trick. You don't think it's a scam until it's too late.
I was promised a refund for a second time for the same trip but as expected nothing.
On 17 July 2019 I was informed the refund would take 10 days.
Today 11 Aug 2019 nothing!
No communication, No e-mail, No additional information request, just nothing!
EDreams MUST be stopped to operate and ruin travelers dreams!
Awaiting confirmed refund from Middle May 2019 till today. Various confirmations it will be done. 3 Weeks ago confirmation in writing they the refund would take 10 Days.

The deceipt, lies, misleading information and absolute arrogance of the eDreams company is shocking.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
