I reserved short return flight in EU region. After few days I was informed that my outbound flight was canceled by airline. I immediately contacted eDreams thru phone. I had trouble finding phone number. I called to their UK office and after 20 minutes of music I finally got someone with really bad English. I think he was Indian. As I called - and waited - they try to contact airline and their response was they cannot reach airline and that they will offer me solution tomorrow. So I called the next day, waited another 30 minutes on the phone listening to the music, and when i finally talked to the representative story from previous day was repeated with one difference that I should call tomorrow at noon. So I called next day and the same story repeats. This time I was on the phone for forty minutes. Quite a phone bill. I arranged return call with them which I never received.
Finally I sorted it out successfully directly with airline.
In my view eDreams stuff forgot about me as soon I finished the call. They newer even try to contact the airline.

I had a real woful experience with edreams. I have a reservation that edreams changed for four times (I received a several emails) and I need to cancel it.
The reason that I really need to cancel and get my refund is that edreams made something wrong with my reservation schedule that I could not check in on my flight. On the same day that I went to the airport I could not get to my trip, because edreams did not make a reservation for one off the legs off the trip. On the same day I tried on the phone to rearrange a flight or change and edreams didn't help me. Even that I was on the day and time that was suppose to check in on the airport.
To not miss my trip I needed to buy a new ticket on the airport more expensive and o still trying to get my refund from edreams.
The problem is that I have already called four times to get my refund and the person that answer me always say that is going to try to check and cancel, sometimes the person just turn off the call out of nothing or just don't do anything.
I am having the worse experience ever with edreams. I just need my refund off a ticket that I could not use because edreams made a mistake on my reservation. That's an absurd, and as a consumer I just need to get this right and have a real decision of the company. All my calls seems to worth nothing, all my effort as well and all the stress of the situation too.
Reserved a flight from NYC to Cincinnati, but then I got a email that stated booking was cancelled. The email did not mention a reason at all. Called customer service and they told me the flight was full. So i had to wait the next day for a refund. I end up buying a ticket that was more expensive b/c the flight I wanted was unavailable
I bought 2 flight tickets from Da Nang to Hanoi form eDream at amount $141. However, they inserted a $50 return anytime at the last minutes when I hit purchase, and bump up the price to $191, I called them right after I realised that they deducted $191 from my bank account, within 5 minutes when I placed the order. Said only will return me 80% of the ticket fare, which is $80, can't take out the $50 extra, won't let me talk to the manager, later hanged up my call. NEVER AGAIN! EDREAM SCAM!

I bought a ticket online and input my full name. When I received my booking, my middle appeared as my surname and my surname did not appear on my reservation. An obvious glitch in their online booking system. I called the company and could hear a noisy call centre in the background and my customer representative was Indian. Automatically, I knew that this was an overseas operation hiring cheap labour to scam money from people and the company not taking responsibility for their errors. She told me they could change my name unless I paid extra money. I told them I should not be paying to change my name and it was their error to put in my correct details. She then hung up on me and ended the telephone conversation. From this experience I can truly say that they do not care about customers. They are thieves and will rob you. Shame on you. EDreams are an absolute nightmare. Utter scum.
I have been on the phone 1 hour (55euro bill) and at the end of the call the agent told he was not able to help me and that I have to call the airline. While the airline told me I had to call the agent. Terrible.
No chance make online check in, I never got my fly tickets, customer service was horrible, nobody was abble to help me. Holding on line for 5x 10 minuts. I never got my money back. Never book fly ticket on eDreams!
I reserved a ticket two weeks ago. I got a "confirmation email" a few minutes later and I expected to be charged on that same day. It's been two weeks and they haven't charged me yet, I don't want to buy it anymore and I cannot contact customer support to cancel my reservation because when I call their customer support "their system is offline and they cannot see reservations". They are literally the worst company I've contacted with.
Booked a flight using eDreams. They are at best, worthless. Where I was going to travel to has become unsafe, so I contacted them about canceling the flight. They could not help at all and said I needed to talk to the airlines. I asked if they had a number to the airline that I could call and the number they provided is worthless.
Now that I have been making known how horrible this company is, they have once sent me an e-mail that was worthless offered no help.

This i s a modern thief company. On thhe EDream website I purchased a ticket to fly with Vueling from Paris France to Barcelona Spain. After comparing the ticket from E dreams and Vueling official web site I decided to go with the price that Edreams offered that was slightly cheaper than Vueling. When I agreed to pay the price and clicked CONFIRM the price "Jumped" for $30 on the top of the price that I agreed and reviewed without any warning and any possibility to cancel the purchase.
I complained but they have lame excuse and I officially give friendly advise to all customers NOT TO TRUST E Dreams. This is stilling money from customers in a most primitive way and I will try to advocate and spread my experience in any possible way.
The website is a SCAM - DO NOT book flights or hotels with this company.
I booked flights online, with the agreed price of $860 inclusive of all inflight, service & baggage & currency fees. They took out an extra $70 additional fee of which they could not explain when I called to enquire as to why the money was taken out.
I filled out a claim as per being told by the customer service agent. I waited a week and heard nothing, I filled out another claim. 2 weeks later absolutely nothing, despite getting an email when I made the claim saying I would hear back with 3-4 days. I have called numerous times every time to be told to wait and was told i was put onto a manager as I requested and every single time, they ignore and evade fixing the problem and reimbursing what is owed.
It has now been 2 months since I made the booking and filled out the first claim and no effort to rectify the situation as been made. APPAULING customer service and my MONEY IS GONE. DO NOT! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I am just praying that I actually have a seat on a plane because the legitimacy of this company is hard to believe.
IT IS A FRAUD AND A SCAM they take out extra money and deliberately don't rectify the situation. Do yourself a favour and book with anyone else but them if it costs you more because you will be charged additional fees.

I bought travel insurance from these scammers they called - Cancel Anytime. I got ill 4 hours prior to my flight from Barcelona to Zurich. I wanted to re book a later flight but the agent told me that it requires 24 hours prior to travel in order for the insurance claim to kick in. But it said - CANCEL ANYTIME. They won't honor it. I told them not to cancel my complete itinerary. Because I was sick and didn't make it to the flight, I ended up purchasing a new airfare from BCN to ZRH for $500 - for me and my wife. When we got to Zurich, we found out that the rest of our trip were canceled because I didn't make it to my original flight. The worst nightmare was we had to purchase the rest of our trips from Zurich to Franfurt, and Frankfurt to Barcelona that costed us an additional $2,500.00. These scammers are a group of con artists who will make every attempt to steal from you. There should be a class action law suit against this company. It's unreal in the travel world to have this organization still doing business...

At this point, I could write a book on all the ways edreams were disrespectful, incompetent, thieving and patronising.
I have no more energy to relive it all. Just take my word when I tell you this company and its staff are DISGUSTING and absolutely shameless THIEVES, that will never respond to normal ethical decency and justice. They will steal from you with a straight face and claim it's actually your fault, even when you have proven over and over again that it is not. You are left with one more option: to sue them, which is what I will do.
This is how they keep their fares low: by stealing from you whenever they can and never owning up to it.
I paid for a car which was not made available to me and they will not give me my money back. They go so far as to falsely claim I didnt show up or that I didnt have all documentation (depends on the day and on whoever is answering me), when I was there one hour before and had EVERYTHING that was needed.
The sooner this company disappears and its staff are unemployed or in jail, the better for everybody.
I've booked a flight through eDreams, with it showing me the price of my ticket of £86 and my luggage for an extra 22kg is £27, amounting to £113. During the process, it popped up with a message saying something in the lines of "this flight has just increased its prices to £96", under the impression that the fluctuations of flight prices being normal, I clicked continue. Then, I get an email confirmation from eDreams showing me I paid £123 total while another from Jet2.com saying I paid £117.40 with £4 online check-in.
My friend then went into the Jet2 site and booked the exact same flight for £86, showing me the prices hadn't actually changed. As if that wasn't enough of a sign, Jet2 reveals that online check-in is FREE together with a discount when purchasing an 22 kg luggage, an option I didn't get.
Confused, I contacted eDreams on Messenger and they were not helpful but rather gave me a link to fill in a complaint form, which I did. They also told me my flights costed £117.40 in total so I thought that they just charged me for online check-in for no reason. Days after with no response, my bank had told me I was charged £123, completely different from what they had told me. Under the impression that I had been charged £10, without "online check-in charge", I contacted eDreams for the third time and this time demanded an explanation.
They then told me that I had paid £117.40 for my flights, £8.06 for luggage, and £-1.75 for shipping and handling. (WHAT?) As if falsifying information was bad enough, I wasn't even informed in the confirmation email that I was paying these amounts, for if I had known, I would have booked elsewhere that gave me a cheaper option for the flights. THEY DID NOT SHOW ME THOSE PRICES WHEN I CLICKED CONFIRM TO PAY. Jet2 shows that the flights were £86 and the extra 22kg is £27 and the numbers they provided were never shown to me. They didn't even offer any form of refund. A SCAM.
Do you research before booking flights with a travel agent and definitely do NOT do it with this agent. Their form of business is shown through the hundreds of angry customers with complaints.
1h wait to finally speak to an agent who wasted my time asking me tons of questions and in the end had to transfer me to another department whereas we are asked to pre-select the service while waiting for the first agent to pick up. A certain Prashant Gupta didn't even bother listening to the issue before transfering the call. Such an unprofessional person. Spent another 1h in the morning trying to change one leg of my flight and was promised a call back which never happened. Liars is what you get when booking through eDreams. It seems that the call center is outsourced to India which is a nightmare as you have to repeat yourself 10 times before the agent understands the issue. And even after then, no solution is provided as you are being asked to find one yourself. So save yourself a headache and book your flights through the Airlines websites directly.
This is the first time I ever (in my very long experience with internet services) publish a negative review but my experience with eDreams really ground my gears.
I decided to book through eDreams because it was a bit cheaper than booking directly through the airline. I completed the process, and got an email saying that the request had been sent, and that I would receive confirmation briefly.
I wake up the next morning with an email saying that the price had gone up by almost 40 euros, that if I would like to still confirm. I had to call three times to get a hold of someone. When I did, it turns out the price increase was not including hand luggage (which I did have included in the previous purchase), I had to ask to get this information, if I had confirmed without asking I would have had to pay an extra 50 euros at the airport. With hand luggage, the new price was a 70 euro increase, or a total of 50% more expensive over the initial claimed price.
Everything about the process was completely unacceptable. Go straight through the airline if you want to save time, worries and potential mistakes.
Had cancellation clause but no refund. Had to use visa to recap portion of ticket. EDREAMS NEVER AGAIN
Cancelled my flight they are not refunding me. Im going to court just to get the money they took for me.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
