People need to be aware or a mediation fee, the price you think you pay is not the price they take from you card. I was told it's a mediation fee something that I was not made aware of when booking, AVOID
I have been very disappointed with the customer service at EDreams. They sent me the wrong itinerary for a flight and, as a result, I had to buy a new flight at double the cost. When I spoke to them on the phone (several times) they assured me that they would help compensate me for the new ticket that I had to purchase as a result of their error. It has now been weeks and they have done nothing whatsoever to help me. It's very disappointing and I will never use them again. I strongly recommend that other customers do NOT use this company for booking flights.
I have spent 6 months calling eDreams trying to get the $1500 NZD refund that is owed to me. I have been lied to by every staff member I have spoken to and your 'customer service' team are not responding to my email. Worst customer service experience of my life.
I thought that since i am only booking a return flight on set dates with one airline that i would be safe booking this with a third party like e dreams (or opodo as they are the same company!) -unfortunately, turkish airlines made an involuntary schedule change on my flight and changed one of the dates to 2 days later making me have to wait in an airport for 48 hours for my connection. They also gave me the option to change or refund the booking but i had to do it with the travel agent. After speaking with edreams/opodo they were unable to change the booking for me and I had to cancel and make another booking instead. I chose to cancel and make another booking with turkish airlines direct. Low and behold it has taken edreams/opodo now 62 days and my refund has still not arrived. The phone lines are always busy, i just managed to get through to a chat customer service agent who said that 'it always takes 90 days for involuntary schedule change refunds' which is just nonsense because turkish airlines told me they have refunded it to edreams months ago. I have attempted to negatively review Opodo on various sites which always get flagged by opodo and removed somehow. All i can say is to avoid these two companies at all cost. I'm still waiting for 1100 dollars and I'm wondering if i will ever see them again.
I was a victim of edreams scam. I couldn't believe it because previously I was using Edreams occasionally. But last time after I bought a airplane ticket with them I realised that they charged three times more that the price I suppose to pay. They replayed to my complaints with automatic emails telling that I pressed a wrong "to buy" button, that is non sense for me. But because they respond with automatic email explaining my case I realised that they are running few small scams, overcharging their victims but then they have same email for everybody explaining that you pressed a wrong "to buy" button. So you may get few geneuos purchases from them but early or later you will be victim of their scams.
They show you a low price and then bring it high right before you pay. Awful. I already entered my information so I don't even know if they save it or not. I've used so many sketchy flight sites but this is the worst.

The worst customer service ever. Bunch of liars.
They overcharged me for 2 extra suitcase. Later they told me that it was my fault and asked to to submit the complaint form on the website as they could not provide me with a refund for suitcases.
I did that. The form told that someone would come back to be in a few days. Few days later I called them again and was told that it wasn't 72 hours yet since I submitted the form. Past 72 hours I called them again and was told that now I have to wait for 2 weeks to get a response.
That the f... is that?!
This companies should not be allowed to provide any services!
I used Momondo (shame on them for not removing eDreams and Opodo) to purchase a flight from Maldives to Sri Lanka (1 hr long). I picked the cheapest pricing listed and purchased a flight for 2 people. Upon confirmation of booking, the next page in tiny print said "total price below". When I scrolled down it was TWICE AS MUCH as the price on the booking page. I called to cancel immediately and got a phony recording (they play endless games to avoid a person actually answering and I've audio got recordings, screenshots, emails, etc. to prove their embarassing, comical games.
I used the automated system to cancel since I knew I at least had "free same day cancellation for all your money back" according to the website (screenshots to prove it) and instead I got an auto email that I'd receive 80% of the flight price.
I'm telling you all, the games are endless. They change the subject when I said I was double charged so they can defer to all kinds of "legalese" about how my flight didn't quality for free same day cancellation... after first arguing that the reason I didn't get free same day cancellation was because I didn't cancel within 24 hours. As soon as I proved I canceled less than an hour from purchase they then said I didn't quality. Seriously, we need to start writing bad reviews on the travel sites that still allow eDreams and Opodo to show up in the searches. This is horrifying.
I booked a flight through Edreams and received an email to tell me this flight was not available. After 3 days my money has not been be released back into my account and not only that, but they have debited $800 from my account. So now I have no flights and I am $800 out of pocket, not to mention 3 days without being able to access the balance of the flight costs. I do not know how this company is still operating with service like this. Pay a little extra to actually get a flight and not get robbed!
They said they would refund me in 10 day but there is more the a month and nothing yet. I am very sad because I call them many time I wrote to them, the answer is always the same.
I should a read this reviews before I even book my trip with this website... I booked my trip online and I though it was a done deal. Then come to find out they cancelled my return trip and suggested book my return trip, duh! But they are charging me fees for their service, really? I spent so much time for this stupid booking! The C/S suggest I will just pay for the fees it's only this amount $$$, are you serious? Watch out for their hidden fine print fees! Never again! Why would you charged me fees, didn't do any work for me!

Very Bad Experience. I am calling edreams for the last one week. On 17th April, 2019, Jetairways cancelled their all flights and I have been requesting for refund of my amount but there is no hear from them. Other portals like Makemytrip, Yatra.com etc are refunding amount to their customers and they are acting promptly. But edtreams are not refunding my amount and not even taken any initiative to talk to Jetairways. My tickets are still sown active.
Its a matter of 1, 12, 000/- plus 5, 00, 000 NR, it took me 10 years to earn it. I planeed a europe trip with my son and husband but till date there is no action has been taken from them. Never buy a ticket from them. Its a fraud company. My booking reference number is *******113. When I called them, they made me on hold for 45 minutes.
Edreams does have very cheap tickets, but there are plenty of hidden costs. They send a bunch of junk e-mails with discount codes that dont work and the customer service is almost impossible to reach. They say you have 24 hours to cancel your flight, but once you buy it the time drops to 16-17 hours they dont refund everything. I will never be buying plane tickets from them again. THEY RIP YOU OFF!

The worst experience I have ever had with a flight. The Day before my flight I checked to see the flight time and I didn't find it. I called eDreams to check and they told me the flight was canceled. The didnt send me any message and the eDreams app on the iPhone still show me the flight. I asked them to find me another flight because I need to go to the passover with my family and they said they don't have any. After awhile they agree to check and find me a flight 2 times expensive. I gave the my master card to pay and they asked for 100$ Interest because of the card So I gave the my visa card they suddenly ask for the sane interest. So I hang up the phone after realizing I am dealing with layers. I did my best to find another flight. Don't get near this company or you can find yourself in the airport without a flight.

I had booked a flight with an upgrade for seats at the emergency exit. This had cost us 344 euro extra. After booking and payment they let us know those seats were not available and I got a refund of 24 euro (so 320 euro less than I had paid for it) They promised to refund in 5 to 7 days. 3 months late and 10 Messenger contacts later (were the always promises to refund within 48hrs) no refund. I had to make an official complaint at the police and my creditcard company to get my refund (after 4 months) They are counting on it that you get bored to contact them over and over again. Please contact your credit card company AND make an official complaint at the police if you need a refund!
I have purchased a ticket on eDreams website, and the price was showing in USD, but they charged me in AUD (because I have Au bank card) like twice more! When I spoke with one of their costumer service guy on the phone he started putting words in my mouth and simply did not want to hear my story. I spend one hour on the phone with two different people and at the end they just recommended me to get in touch with the care department in order to get a refund. Which I did. Later on I tried to reach them on messenger, but they just simply never replied to me. Terrible service. So not helpful costumer service. Very disappointing. Stay away from this website please.
I booked a Japan airlines flight back in February 2019 from their website for a flight in April 2019. I called Japan airlines a week before my flight to confirm that my baggage could be checked all the way through only to find out I had no more ticket under my name. After countless back and forths over the course of two days I was finally told by Japan airlines that because my booking reference number was never linked to my ticket number that Japan airlines had automatically cancelled my reservation 5 days after the initial booking which was back in February 2019. I am writing this review 5 days before my flight. No one notified me that Japan airlines had automatically cancelled my flight because of incompetence on EDreams' end. I now have to call EDreams back again during business hours to make sure that they contact Japan Airlines in the hope that someone rebooks my flight. After speaking with Japan airlines there are only 5 seats available on that flight so now 5 days before my expected departure I am not even guaranteed to be flying home. I also had to put up with countless rude customer service agents only to get a definitive answer from someone on the Japan airlines side. Terrible. I am never going through EDreams ever again. I am sorry I didn't book directly with Japan airlines.
I booked 2 tickets from Adelaide to Perth to South Africa for my brother and his wife.
This is to see our mother which is 83 years old and for my daughters wedding this coming weekend.It will be the last one he will be able to see my mother!
I booked his wife's ticket under her call name we know her by. 3 days after the booking Myself and my brother started communicating to have the name corrected as per her Passport.
My brother got through after 30 minutes to be informed to mail the passport( I was forwarded an e-mail in this regard).
As per there request I mailed the passport to eDreams on 03/04/2019 to affect the change.
After the one response We spend over 6 hours on the phone and various e-mails to try to get some assistance. Over the phone They promise to respond within 24 hours and nothing. Then in 72 hours, nothing.
I received 2 apology mails with no content but the call centre numbers.
I called the South African help desk number as on there supplies e-mail, my brother called the Australian help desk number various times.
NOTHING!
All you get is to hold on and on and on for literally hours with NO results. The call centre ( where ever they are situated) is one and the same place. The RSA helpdesk number and the Aussie help desk number goes to the same call centre. They are TOTALLY incompetent and is only there to do the public in.
On 13/09/2019 I called SAA myself and they informed me they cannot do the name change as the booking was through eDreams.
EDreams informed me they communicated with SAA and on e-mail confirmed that my brother can die the changes at the helpdesk in Adelaide as per confirmation from SAA in South Africa.
Only to find out This is a blatant lie!
They are to fly out on 14/04/2019 to RSA.
Today the 14/04/2019 my brother was forced to buy another ticket for his wife for 2950 Aussie dollars.
EDreams must be eNightmare and is a bunch of crookes and are deliberately stealing the public's money.

Just don't do it. I booked through eDreams for the first time for a round trip from Toronto to Las Vegas. I did my due diligence and checked over all the fees and total i would have to pay for before I confirmed. I was good with the amount showing on the screen so went ahead. Then I receive an email stating that they were not able to book my return flight and provided another flight but it included a layover overnight. I found another return flight for a reasonable time and amount so only booked my flight to Vegas through eDreams. I called 2-3 times confirming my flight had been booked, amount was charged, and nothing was oustanding--they confirmed. A whole month later, I see a transaction from them charging another $75.68, claiming that the amount had always been pending and that charges did not go through initially. That my bank had only authorized the transaction now. In the end, I ended up wasting hours on the phone with customer service, spent more than I would've spent booking directly from a different party. Just stay away. Don't do it. I don't recommend to otheres
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
