Terrible. They didnt let me change even though i paid for it. They said they will look into it and call me back in 72 hours (!) I paid extra to bea bale to change

Bought 2 flight, they was cancelled because of stroke.
Edreams customer service is very very very hard to reach and there is actually no way to get a refund.
So, you pay for two flight, flight is canceled because of strike, and you get no refund: You pay for nothing.
Just forget this website and just buy you ticket from compagnies directly!
Everything with the booking went well, after booking I tried to add baggage priority service from Wizz airlines without success

They told me they couldn't refund my outgoing in full because it was up to the airline policy to do the refund. I waited 6 months back and forth to get $400 out of my $1700 I payed for the outbound flight even though they canceled my last leg to return flight. They said they could only give me a full refund on the return but not the departing flight. If I was to miss ( no show) my flight on one leg I would lose all my flights but when the shoe is on the other foot the airline they can choose and do as they want with your money. Don't trust this company. I would make other arrangements with travel agent or better deal directly with the airlines because at the end of the day you will have to deal with them and not e dreams cause they will just pass the blame to the airline and drag it on like they did to me for 6 months.

I had to first ask for my travel documents. I suggest that immediately after payment, the travel documents should be sent too so that the client is well assured of her trip.

EDreams was able to reschedule my flight, but the confirmation documents list an incorrect price... by a difference of approximately $283. I am awaiting corrected information.

They cancelled my flight without any notice and didnt refund it. When you speak to their agent you loose more time they dont care to solve it

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
