I made a mistake with my booking and had to change the dates... forget about it... 48 hours to respond and when you finally get someone on the line they say "we can't do anything at all to change your ticket but is there anything else we can help you with? "... It said you can amend the booking on the website but you cant... never for me again, nightmare.

Booked six separate flights via EDreams in the last six weeks. Enough said.
I booked a flight with edreams. I called the next day- within 14 hours to cancel the flight. They told me it was USUALLY a 24 hour cancel policy but in this case it was only until 12am of the same day. (which was about 6 hours later) They said they did not know why it was such a short cancel policy but could not help me. I would NEVER book with them again.

Wasted 15$ on phone call with support in London to push for booking confirmation full 6 hours after finishing the booking process
EDREAMS ARE A SCAM THEY BOOKED A FLIGHT FOR ME TRANSITTING THROUGH POLAND TO HAMBURG THEN THEY EMAILED THAT THEY CANT PROCESS THE FLIGHT FROM STANSTED TO POLAND SO I SHOULD BOOK A NEW FLIGHT TO POLAND AND CONTINUE MY JOURNEY WHICH DID NOT MAKE SENSE TO ME. I ASKED THEM TO CANCEL MY BOOKING WHICH THEY CLAIMED THEY DID, THEN I CALLED THE NEXT DAY AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE GUY WOULD NOT EVEN LISTEN TO ME, HIS POSITION IS THAT I CALL RYANAIR FOR MY REFUND CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS? NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY ARE A SCAM.
The whole booking process from the selection of destination, travel dates, and providing personal information was jiffy, fast and fuss-free. Will definitely book from eDreams again.

EDreams certainly is a scam. Booked travel back in February, paid travel insurance. Now I am unable to travel. Tried canceling using the mobile app, that did not work. Went to the site and got a chat bot, then supposedly an agent came on who told me I had to go to the airline to get a refund. Asked for an invoice so I could contact the airline and and was informed that it takes 72 hours to generate an electronic invoice. Then that changed to 24 hours. This morning I got a travel confirmation instead of an invoice. Beware this is a horrible way to do business. I will share with everyone I know and post on every social media site about the way this company does business.
I can't give my total review yet, I still haven't traveled. But so far I did get my itinerary with the information Thanks.

I booked a flight via edreams from Rome to Palermo on june 8th, operated by Ryan Air. Two days before departure I get an email from e dreams to check in.
Trying to do that I get the message that for this flight online check in is not possible, I should check in at the airport. On my Ryan air account the flight didn't even show up, because obviously it was booked through e dreams. At the airport I get a nasty surprise: I had to pay 180 euros for late check in, for three people. I kept getting emails from edreams for the check in even days after that.
When complaining and trying to get a refund from them I got the answer that it's none of their business, I should complain with the airline. Now I know very well that Ryan Air requires online check in. As the flight was through edreams that wasn't possible. So why should I pay 180 euros more? E dreams never mentioned these additional costs obviously, otherwise I would have booked with another company and paid a lot less. At the airport I was told that e dreams uses to do that with a lot of customers. Never again will I book with this fraud-company and I hope other people understand what this company is doing too!

I am waiting to See how the Rest of the process unfolds once my flights approach.
I booked a return ticket via eDreams. After booking, and while the website advises to wait for "a few minutes" to receive the booking confirmation, I have been waiting for a few hours for the the full ticket to arrive. You might also be surprised to heat that the website only provided me with ticket to one way of my trip! And I have no way of talking to someone *not a robot) in eDreams! Not pleasant at all.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
