I didn't receive my invoice for the booking with booking reference and order ID *******7357. Although I have asked for it twice, it still hasn't been forwarded to my *******@spire.com email. Can you please resend the invoice?

I have been waiting since March 2020 for an answer, I have called several times to both the airline and Edreams, and they keep sending me one to another, after I post a comment about it on a website like this Edreams contact me saying they would give me an answer, took them 3 months to answer me that I should contact the Airline, for real? After almost 3 years of this back and forward game, I am seriously tired and not willing to waste more money on phone bills.
I couldnt check in cause aplication didnt work properly so I needed to pay 30e extra. And there is no mesage that if U dont do check in alone they will take U 30e per a flight on airport.
My first time chose eDreams - worried that all my flights are ok- usually I buy directly from airline

My first flight is by Condor second Lufthansa. I have second checkin laguage. I did registration of it for Lufthansa and don`t know should I do it with Condor aswell?

My experience is ok with eDreams, but I have a question about my eDreams prime status. There was no reply for me on some of my letters. I started to be a member of eDreams prime in April 2022, paid almost 60 $ and when I bough tickets in September, I had to choose the option of becoming a prime member again?! How is that?

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
